These guy are very professional the parts I order where there when they said they would be. All the guys were helpful. And had work done on my pick in the shop and even though it had to go back they went back and fixed the issue no questions asked and no charge! And in a timely manner.

After visiting with several mechanics about my 2003 Duramax getting coolant in the crankcase and not getting the feeling they had it diagnosed.I called Delco Diesel and visited with Frank who felt it was probably the water pump which would be unusual because they normally leak external.Turned out he was right. They got the problem fixed in a timely manner and a fair price.

This store caters to the mechanic mainly but anyone in need of good quality tools is welcome to shop here! They have a wide selection of tools from many different brands. They can also order sets or specific tools if you need. I purchased a 1/4 drive SK ratchet today and it was priced at close to what online stores are selling it for! I would highly recommend their service and selection as the person I spoke with at the store was very friendly and had a conversation with me as if I was a long time customer even though it was my first visit! Had different issues that they helped correct. They were completely willing to find a solution and had suggestions to help troubleshoot. No matter how good of a mechanic you are, guys like these can give good advice.

Was told my injector and ficm would be “about $800”. They replaced those parts then told me the coolant was boiling over and it was a major issue. I paid them the $1,000 for the $800 problem and drove it 30 miles home. There was no coolant leak whatsoever.

Be careful! If they are not smart enough to figure out the problem then they will keep charging you on the same parts. They actually had the balls to tell me that the part that they have replaced 4 times within a few weeks time was not even the issue in the end. YET they charged us for it AGAIN! WTH?

Delco rebuilt a fuel pump, now the truck is gutless. They said the problem is in the truck not the pump.They built the pump to produce 40 psi, stock is 160 psi. Now they dont think they should do anything about it.
