This was the first time I enjoyed my snowball. It was more like the taste of last year. Inspite of the young lady that was getting inpatient while we was making our choices. And I have 9 punches that show how many time I been coming this year.

Pros: drive thru snow cones, friendly serviceRefreshing summer treat. I dont know if it was the flavor or if it was the ice but my piña colada sno cone tasted off. It was still refreshing. Will go back to try a different flavor.

Sweetest high school kids working here! They were closing but still made me a cone real fast bc google had the closing time wrong. Snocones are awesome too!

Got a 32oz and it was missing about a quarter of it. They didnt even put the curved top on it. I feel like i got robbed.

A bit confused on when they open. online and at the store it says 12pm. but ive shown up at 12 and 12:58 on two different days and both times theyve been closed. I wasnt gonna sweat them not being open the absolute momemt it hit 12, but a full hour past and still nothing? im not upset just confused on the times.

We showed up 10 minutes before they close at 9pm, we had two cars infront of us and the lady took the order infront of the car infront of us and skipped us. By the time we were going to order they told us they were closed. Bad business here. Bunch of kids working

Horrible customer service. Lights were on and workers inside. Denied service at 845. Workers were yelling at me. Very rude and terrible attitude.

Really good sno cones at great prices. We bought 9 kids and 3 adults for $21. They have several flavors and five different sizes. There is something for everyone. They give you plenty of syrup as well. They were very nice and they thought ahead. They saw us pull up behind the car at the window and came outside with a pad to get our order started.

Shimmers remains my favorite destination for summer snowcones. I like that they offer a punch card to earn a free snowcone. The line is usually long, but these babies are worth the wait!!

Best customer service I have witnessed in years. From them coming out to get orders to the kind faces when paying they all have great smiles and attitudes. Plus the snow cones taste absolutely amazing. I highly recommend to everyone.

What happened Shimmers?!?! You used to be the best, With shaved ice high above the cup. Now you’re just those average guys, that don’t really care. It saddens me.

This is my favorite place ever. Never ever have I went anywhere else for a sno cone. The guest service is superb.

The overall quality of their treats, is a solid 5 star service, the only complaint I have is that the lettering on their drive thru menu is a bit small which makes it hard to decide what you want without holding up the line.

This location is busy..my first time here and waited 20 or 30 minutes for a snow cones. They were good but not worth the wait.

The ice is very smooth. They usually understand when I ask for light syrup. And it is in a convenient location. Larger size selection of cups than most places. Good number of sugar free flavors. Seem to have the largest selection of flavors period.

In Oklahoma City, Shimmers is my fave! They have great flavors and I like the texture of the sno cone ice. They have fun and inventive kids flavors and a very extensive menu on their website, all of which might not be on the board outside their hut. This summer I think I will invest in one of their refillable cups and stay away from any more Styrofoam. Love Shimmers!

Very, very slow moving but WORTH THE WAIT! YUMMY!

Expensive if you get one bigger than a kiddie, especially if you are buying for your whole family. But, our kiddos love it and if we all get the kiddie size its reasonable. Very good though, good flavors, and lots of choices.

Sno cones are super flavorful and they have lots of add in options. Great prices as well! My new favorite sno cone shop for next summer.

These snow cones are good! but the service idk i just always have some problems! today was the worse one of all. i ordered a snow cone and i saw that it was dripping but the guy that gave me it looked at it and still gave it to me so i thought okay it’s spilling because it’s too much no guys i put my snow cones in my cup holder and when i got it out i realized it was a hole in the cup so my cup holder was full of the juice coming out of the cup i just didn’t like it because he probably knew it was a hole and didn’t offer me a new cup 😖😖😖 other than that they never put extra gummies or extra nerds when i ask and pay for them

Huge selection of flavours. Ask the attendant for all the sugar free options, as they arent all listed on the board.Wait times can be extended during the summer months, but they do give you a gummy bear on every sno cone!

This is the ONLY sno cone place i will go to. They have awesome sno cones with so many flavors to choose from. I usually get the small margarita with salt or the sundae but Ive tried many other flavors that were just as good. Staff is always nice. There is usually a wait but its because they stay so busy. There are other locations some staying open year around. Definitely worth trying even if you do have to wait in line.

Shimmers is one of the few places to go for sno cones in OKC. Best thing is they are open year round. They have two benches to sit too. I would recommend Cake Boss or Hello Kitty to try for new customers. Rush hours can be very busy, so plan accordingly.
