The team member who was working Wednesday 3.3.21 at 5pm did an amazing job. He was very polite and explained all the different types of cakes they have. Restaurant was clean and well managed.

Came in and left after seeing mold around the line of the freezer. Went to the location on 23rd and it was damn near spotless. Health dept needs to visit the North May location..

It’s a great location. It’s clean and well lit at night. Ice cream is somewhat expensive but it’s to be expected considering you aren’t buying grocery store ice cream. I also like the option of being able to buy a pint or a quart of any of the flavors they have.

Pleasantly surprised to find they had flavors I was actually interested in. I havent been to BR for over 2 decades so I imagine a lot has changed even though it looks pretty similar. I sampled several flavors I never seen before and ultimately chose the chocolate fuego. It was mostly just really dark chocolate but I could sense a bit of cinnamon/something else in there but not nearly enough to consider it a significant difference.I guess Ive come to expect otherwise so it was welcome surprise that the place was really well cleaned and not showing signs of wear and tear on everything. Also glad to see two people working, A sure sign that the management understands the benefit of not leaving a lone teenager tending the counter. But that isnt as impressive as the seemingly genuine smiles on each of their faces. Might even be a good enough reason to visit more often.

Underwhelming Experience - Food and Customer Service - Their small $30 Oreo ice cream cake has about $6 worth of ice cream and a thin layer of cheap chocolate flavored cake wrapped around it. That is all. Fiscally Smart folks would not consider that a decent value. Take your money and business elsewhere, where customer service exists along with a decent value for your money.

Ice cream was great as always but dined in and every single table was dirty and needed cleaning! Once customers were served the two young ladies working went back to focusing on their phones! We had to open napkins and lay on the tables to have a clean spot to set our cups!!

Dirty guy didn’t even use gloves when getting my ice cream, he clearly hadn’t washed his hands he had dry old ice cream from previous customers. Gross.

Love the ice cream flavors here. The Lemon Custard is my favorite! Friendly service even when understaffed and busy. Line moves right along. Wish there was a little more indoor seating.

I swear every time I walk into Baskin Robbins there is always someone to help my family and I out. They have great customer service and the ice cream cakes are to die for. The store is always clean. Its just a wonderful atmosphere over all. Ive never had a bad experience and Ive been eating there for 3 years. And they always answer the telephone, thats a plus!

Going to an ice cream shop I didnt expect to find something for my little guy with dairy allergies but they do have one ice cream thats dairy free and they even used a separate scoop to scoop it for us. The person that helped us was really friendly and patient with my kid who wanted to sample everything.

They have very good products. The problem is the management. They always ran out of cones. When you bring two kids to come in one has called another one doesn’t all you doing is make the kids cry . They have four waffle bowls on the shelf. In the oven to stay still baking more bowls but no cones. Isn’t it very simple when you run out of cones you bake more instead of baking more bowls that you don’t need ?

Ice cream is always excellent quality and the staff is super awesome! Very courteous and attentive!

I have been coming to this place for years and have always enjoyed coming here. However, this is the first time I have ever been treated so rudley by two young kids that worked there. They saw me coming and walked in the back and came out laughing and asked me what I wanted. Then they just kept laughing and looking at each other and were so disrespectful. I will no longer come here if they continue to work here it we was that bad.

Having lived in the west coast I have had Baskin Robbins in the past. This locations ice cream was really good. There are several ice cream creations, as well as iced coffees. The only reason this location did not get a 5 star rating are the prices which are quite a bit higher than any Braums location. I give this location a low 4 stars. Their should not be around an $0.80 charge for a waffle cone. The waffle cone I got broke toward the top when I was eating the ice cream, I dont recommend the waffle cones, they are not worth the extra charge.

I ordered a photo ice cream cake one month ago for my husbands birthday party; I provided picture to be placed on cake & verified receipt with Baskin Robbins employee one month ago. The day before I am scheduled to pick up the cake, Sunny tells me they do not have the ice cream cake ready and asked me if I EVER emailed them the photo - THIS IS A VERY BAD SIGN. No NASCAR ice cream cake. I am now faced with cancelling birthday party. Very disappointed.

Tried to buy a jr cone, single sundae, and 2 pralines and creme quarts. Tried to charge me $19. Tried to explain that i was being charged about $5 too much. The girl said thats what the computer says. So I got my calculator and added it up. She said sorry she has to go with what computer says. No manager there. One of the other employees came and understood but couldnt get a hold of manager. So i took receipt and left, I will call monday to speak with manager.

I went to this location last night to pickup two 56 oz containers of icecream because Baskin -Robbins sent me a coupon good for two 56 oz containers of icecream for $12 . When i went to check out the girls working were having problems getting the register to take the coupon so they called the manager on the phone . The manager told them that the 1.75 quart containers that they sell are larger than 56 ozs so they dont qualify for the coupon and also they dont sell a 56 oz container so my coupon cannot be used there.I would appreciate someone from Baskin -Robbins explaining to this manager that 1.75 quarts and 56oz are exactly the same amount so that hopefully other customers like me wont have to deal with this kind of aggravation .
