They made the most AMAZING blankets with custom embroidery for my sorority. They were so responsive and willing to work with me even though I must have changed my order 3 times. The price for me ordering 40 custom blankets was almost comparable to just buying normal 40 in bulk. I want all of my future orders for my club to come through them.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!On Thursday, I visited the store and spoke with both the owner and his assistant to submit an order for embroidery and printing service (art work provided by customer). After review, they took my order and I was told I would receive a phone call, and email for approval, and that it would take one month (30 days) to complete. I specified I would be going out of town and needed the items by the due date, or sooner if possible.The following Monday, I returned to the store and submitted two hard copies of my art work (store closed on Saturday’s) to the clerk at the front desk. I inquired if this was a big order, because I thought it was rather odd it would take a full month (30 days) to complete only seven items, particularly when their website indicates sports teams. The clerk went to the back twice to speak with the assistant who took my order to find out the status, and to see if things could be done any sooner. The assistant never came out from the back to speak with me, but relayed messages from the clerk. No work had been started at this point.Over 3 ½ weeks later, and just three (3) days before the due date, I had not received any correspondence regarding the status of my order, so I decided to go the store. Everyone seemed lost and could not find my order. After searching the store front and back for approximately ten minutes, my order was found tucked away in a box sitting on the floor in a corner. Fact is, my order had never been placed for processing. The owner told me that his assistant, who was with him when I submitted the order, had been confused about his instructions, and that my order was set-aside, and eventually overlooked. I told the owner “we have a problem”, and he responded by rolling his eyes and saying, “I know we have a problem!” I told them “I didn’t think the order could be completed in the remaining three (3) days”, and the assistant told me “that’s not true, and that I’m the one who requested it be done in one month (30 days)!”The lack of follow-up, correspondence, and disrespect are totally unacceptable! They are unprofessional and substandard, and no one should do business with this company!

This place saved Christmas! Our place in Austin fell through on a special Christmas project for 2 special young men. Ive called dozens of places between Austin, Little Rock and Amarillo trying to find someone on our travel route who could customize a small order while I waited. Stitch N Print did a great job in a short amount of time with a fabulous attitude! I recommend them for your custom apparel needs!

I tried calling at 3 different times on 3 different days and got no answer. Not even a recorded message... The ringtone just eventually turn into the fast busy signal...I couldnt find their hours of operation anywhere, not even on their own website.I am going to assume they are no longer in business...

Called to see if they could do an 8 color print for me. After I drove 30 minutes out of my way, because they said they had the capabilities, I get there and get an attitude from the old man up front and find out they cant do what they told me they could do. Thanks for the waste of time.Dont lie to get a job. Thats not good business.
