Would be nice if hours online matched with actual store hours. Wasted time and gas to get here and they close at 9 but says online this location closes at 10.

Great selection for the whole family!

Very big selection of every costume, mask, make-up, accessory, & decoration that you would need. There prices are just a bit high to me! Other then that, I recommend to check them out.

My Mecca this time of year. Has everything you want or need to pull together the perfect Halloween outfit. I wish they could be open all year round...you just never know when a pink wig might come in handy. Good selection of adult Male costumes too!

Love this store! People are knowledgeable and its clean. Once again my only problem is... Not everyone is a size small. Lacking in the plus size costume area. Never can find a 2x of what I want unless I go online and order. Love the staff! They make shopping fun

I had the BEST experience here!!! The people were VERY nice!!! Its a Halloween store so I wouldnt expect the cleanest atmosphere BUT they actually carried plus size costumes! Spirit Halloween did NOT and in fact they didnt carry much online either! I Called HS and they were kind and helpful on the phone and when I got there! Plus they had dressing rooms and they were well organized!!! Will be coming back next year!

Says they are open on Google. And they even have a calendar on their door saying they’re open today, but the door is locked.

You need to put “Spirit Halloween” somewhere in your transaction title so when it comes up on bank statements it has the proper name not Spencer’s gifts. I was Spencer’s Gifts and thought my account was compromised so I had my debit card canceled which means I have to wait 7-10 business days for the new one right when I will need to pay bills. This is a HUGE inconvenience when it could have been avoided by having the proper name on the transaction. Please get your business straight. Either you are “Spencer’s Gifts” or Spirit Halloween”.

Lied about being opened

If I could give no stars I would!! Most unprofessional management at this store!! Manager was pumping brest milk while checking people out, also was checking people out with her baby in her hands!! Also the way the Hispanic male and the manager where talking was very very unprofessional f... this and f... that. I guess they just hired anyone to work for them! Will be talking with the BBB about this one!!

I loved this store so much but today I went in to buy all the supplies I needed to make a few mask for Halloween. I went in with my boyfriend and we are a interracial couple. We walked around looking at everything and finally got to the section I needed at this point we were there for about 15 mins . They have alot to look at so we were taking our time. I finally get to the isle I needed and start getting everything. We start walking to the front and noticed everyone who worked there happened to now be in the general area we were in but when we walked in everyone was up front . That wasnt what really bothered me what bothered me the most was when I looked over I see 1 employee looking at another secretly mouthing to her other employee to watch us . It hurts because in my hands I have about 70 dollars worth of supplies and I am furious. All in all I understand watching over your store but Ive never felt so discriminated against. Im caucasian and Ive gone into this store numerous of times and Ive never experienced this . It saddens me but I will find another Halloween store .

Pricey but the staff was very helpful, and my kids loved their costumes.

They didnt have a ton of stuff when I went and the store looked really sloppy. I think they need more staff to keep the place organized.

Saturday they close at 9:00 not at 10:00 like Google says. I sent a request to Google to change the listed Saturday hours.

They go out of their way to make sure you walk out of their store with everything you need for your costume-from wigs to makeup to shoes. great selection

We drove all the way from Blanchard to get Halloween costumes and online it showed the store was open till 9:00 pm and we get there and it had a piece of paper over the normal hours saying they closed at 7:00 pm! I’m very disappointed to drive that distance and the the right hours were covered up and the store was closed
