The bubble bars are my favorite. You get colorful bath water and tons of bubbles! Recommend the Comforter and Brightside.

I was kicked out of the store today because I was told I would have to use their hand sanitizer or wash my hands at the sink. I told them I had my own sanitizer and would just use that but apparently that was not acceptable. I had intended on getting a bath bomb but I think me leaving worked out for the best. Their products are overpriced anyway and I figure Id rather support a smaller business on etsy that uses less toxic ingredients. Additionally, any product made with non organic ingredients will be filled with dangerous pesticides like glyphosate. So I guess the guy who had me leave the store did me a favor. I wont be buying Lush products ever again.

I would give this store a no star if I could. We need to educate this store and let them know that the CDC says we do not have to wear a mask if we have had our shot and no this store is not allowed to ask me. However I went to the store today to pick up some items and the girl at the door tells me that I have to wear a mask or I cannot come in. I refused to go and I will never shop there again. Shame on you Lush!!!!

Went in to get a scrubby since it was recommended to me by a friend. while I was there I asked the employee working the front what he would recommend for all the redness and bumps I have developed on my face. He recommended a face mask and wow he was right it reduced the redness and feel of the bumps in half.

Mask holes enforcing masks even though no city or state mask mandates for nearly 2 months. Practicing medical malpractice without a medical license or govnment mandate. Store had ZERO other customers, bad business practice to practice medicine and medical advice without a license.

Love how theyre keeping their employees (and customers) safe during the pandemic. I wouldnt feel comfortable buying there if they hadnt closed the doors to the public, as the packageless products could have potentially been touched by so many people! Love pampering myself a little extra during this time ❤️

Everyone is so bubbly just like their soap! I wanted to find a shampoo and conditioner bar and they helped me find the right one for my hair type and smell. The bars were package free which was awesome! I brought my own container and didnt produce any plastic! Love this place ❤️.

Horrible store. Kicked my daughter and her children out of the store because her 2 YEAR old wouldnt keep a mask on!! That is totally unacceptable!!! She was just a baby! They will not be getting business from any of my family or friends!!!

This place is awesome!! Products are wonderful and so is the staff! Excellent customer service!! They were out of the product my son wanted and not only did the guy tell him when the next delivery was but he took the time to ask what he liked about the product he wanted, and showed him another similar product that we ended up buying!! The girl that checked us out was so nice too wish I had asked their names but we will be back! Thank you for knowing your products and for the great customer service!

Everyone is super helpful. The place is extremely small. Therefore, the aroma from the products can be very overpowering. Personally, this triggers my panic attacks but they have welcomed me with open arms and accommodated my needs. Someone helped grab the items I needed while I stayed over to the side and rang me up on a hand held device. Absolutely thankful!!

The shop is fantastic. They know how to help me when I ask. If it is available the get it for me. I love all their products. I have ordered online for quite a few years before I realized this place was here. If you have not been there you are missing out!

Oh my goodness! I am addicted to this place. I love spelling nice and feeling clean and this place does just that. Very healthy and not tested on animals. But the best thing is the customer service. Their staff are more than generous and extremely helpful. They give samples if your not certain about someone.

Such a cute store! The sales rep was super knowledgeable about the products. The store has a few things that were new products thi me and the girl helping me was able rho explain them all very well. Prices were good, great vibe.

I absolutely love this place! I went in for the first time almost a week ago and fell in love with it. Everything is homemade and natural. They have everything for skin and hair care. Shampoos, soaps, masks, creams, lotions, everything! The prices are really good. They soaps are measured and weighed by either the pound or the ounce. The only complaint I had with this store is its very small and was easily cramped. With only a few people it was a challenge to really look around without getting in someones way or having someone get in yours. Other that though it was great. If you are looking for a place that has great smelling, natural beauty products, that really will improve your quality of life I highly recommend Lush!!

I love this store! Always wonderful customer service with plenty of people working. You can smell the wonderful scents of this store from half way down the hall! I havent been disappointed with anything Ive bought so far and I love everything they stand for.

The products are great but not so much the employees. I was in here around Christmas time and walked into the store about 10 minutes before 9, and they were extremely rude because of closing time. I didn’t buy anything this trip mainly because they were rushing me and kept reminding me of the time, I was sure to leave before 9 but even if I was there until 9:15 I’ve worked in retail and it’s your job to assist and welcome the customer throughout their entire trip no matter the time, and no matter how irksome their visit may be to you.

I got the pink peppermint lotion from this place and I absolutely love it helps with the bags underneath my eyes and I put it on my legs and feet to sooth aching pains.I am totally satisfied with it and will definitely be returning to buy more in the future. Also I got a sample of happy happy shower gel. It smells of pure lemon or citrus, which I am a huge fan of. Thanks Lush!!!

I would like to thank Luke for introducing me to Pink Peppermint. As a diabetic with severe neuropathy, I have had a difficult time finding a product that aids in maintaining the softness of my feet. I have been using the PP Cream for several weeks now and the results are marvelous. I am extremely pleased with the softness of my feet and legs (I used it every where but my feet have been the focus). It is worth anyone’s time to visit the store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended this product to several people and will continue doing so, as the results are visible everywhere on my skin!

I never heard of this store and after going in there I didnt even know this stuff existed least it was. Weird soaps lots of stuff that I never knew existed but all in all really cool store. I would say though if you have a sensitive nose dont go in here its strong

My husband and I checked out Lush because of the package free shampoo bars. We were interested in that aspect as well as the use of essential oils and lots of natural ingredients. It looks like some of their products contain some chemicals so we havent decided if well purchase again or if Ill make our own.

Love LUSH and this is the closest location to me. All of their products are amazing and smell so good! This location is a little small but you wont be in there for more than 20 minutes so I wouldnt worry about it.

Their hair care has helped my hair tremendously. I have very oily hair and natural is the way to go. The workers there are also very sweet every time I go in.

Went there with my daughter. They sell soap, lots of it. The place smells like a flower garden. Very refreshing and very appealing to the senses. My kiddo seems to like it so Ill be her mouthpiece.One thing I did notice was the staff all knew each and every product extremely well.

Salespeople here are very friendly and great at educating customers about the products. Got a live demo on a bubble bar and about 10 customers bought one immediately. Excellent job. Always a treat visiting LUSH.

I visit Oklahoma City quite often and I wasnt aware until this past weekend that there was a LUSH in OKC ! I usually go to the LUSH in the Dallas Galleria and I love that store, but after visiting the one on OKC I will say I liked this one more. The employees are amazing and even though it was full everyone was being helped. Clay helped me choose a conditioner and provided me with the best customer service. Even after I was almost walking out he brought me a recommend sample for my hair. They truly make customers feel cared for. Thank you Clay and all others. I introduced the store to some of my friends and they liked it very much and Im sure they will be back. Hope this review helps, love LUSH ! 💚

Went into Lush today with my niece. Absolutely looovvveee this store. Today Jada helped me introduce my niece to the store. She was friendly, welcoming and very approachable. She throughly made sure I was able to test products for my skin type. By far the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. When we were finished in the store, my niece even went over and gave Jada a hug and on the ride home was raving about how much she loved the store and the service we experienced. Other workers I would like to acknowledge are Luke and Ally. I would recommend if you are ever in Penn Square mall and have not visited this store, you should. They have the best luxury hygene products. I have been and will always be a regular customer.

I love Lushs products and corporate philosophy. this location is very well staffed (to the point of being overstaffed, there hardly seems to be space or duties for how many are always there), all of whom are always very knowledgable and friendly. the place is a little tight though, but that may be unavoidable given the extreme expense of mall square footage.

A friend told me about this place and how great the products. I bought an after shower exfoliator and they gave me a shower soap, Dirty Spring Wash. I will definitely be back as soon as their almost gone. The ingredients in there products is awesome! Natural oils in both. The exfoliator with the natural oils is saving me money on lotions because with this product none is needed after shower and the softness lasts until the next shower. Cant say enough great things about what Ive gotten there. I will definitely be back ❤️
