Cookies are yummy. Service is... questionable? the workers are talking about how they hate the job.. I’m like yep. Okay. Not my business. Moving on.....They didn’t have a large selection. I did go later so I’m going to just think they was sold out?? Maybe ? But yeah. Yummy cookies! Just maybe go before 3 for a better variety and more than 2-3 on the trays.

Obviously, the cookies are great. But they do not answer the phone what so ever. Called 6 times and the phone just rings and rings. Lost my business. Dont expect to talk to anyone at this store!

Made an order via grubhub only to find out they dont have cookie slices. How is a cookie place not going to have cookie slices. Never ordering again. Stay away.

Very disappointed in this business. I am a delivery driver and was dispatched for a delivery 20 minutes before closing (640pm). By the time I arrived at 702 they had bagged up all their trash and were leaving for the night. Guess employees were more worried about getting off on time than taking care of an incoming order. Wont be going back🙁

Ordered a cookie cake not long ago for my husbands birthday and it was beautifully done. The customer service was very nice, they even gave out free leftover cookies. The only thing that stopped this review from meeting five stars was the taste. For $55 bucks I expected it to be made as satisfying to our stomachs as it was to our eyes. Other than the flavor, my experience with this cookie shop was highly satisfactory.Here you go: Feb 23rd, around 2pm. Cookie shop is on S Douglas Blvd in Midwest City.

Went into Great American cookies and asked the employees if they had coffee and was told no. Once I was outside I see a picture it said ice coffee on the side of the building. Went back and was told ohh yes we have ice coffee. Seems like they were high or something..

I purchased a groupon for a 16 cookie cake with iced artwork for $13. The price was just a great deal. I liked that they had a reserved parking spot for cake pick ups. I already had my hands full trying to hold my cake and my toddlers hand. It made it so much easier to have a spot close by the entrance. I do however wish that the cake box had been sealed with a sticker or something after purchase. It was a very windy day and the lid to the box kept blowing open.

Ordered 2 16 cookies the day before. When I went to pick them up, both were poorly done, one had a misspelling and the other was wrong colors (not even close). On duty employees claimed to not know who took the order but it was one of them. They claimed not to have their managers phone number; they later called the manager who didnt have time to speak to me. Initially, there were no replacement cookies; this also changed following the call to the manager. Unfortunately, those were not cooled and would have been a runny disaster. The two employees were just trying to survive their shift and I believe were doing their best with poor, inadequate training they received from an unmotivated, ineffectual manager.
