I went to City Bites for the first time! I must say, the staff in this location is great! Very sweet, friendly, and give great service! The restaurant seems clean and nicely decorated. I loved their cookies. They are good at baking! However, I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and did not like it. It seems like one of the ingredients in it is vinegar and another is raw sweet red peppers. It just did not click with my taste buds. It was not a great combination. It was awful. To be fair, I have not tasted another sub. I do not feel eager to go back, because my first sub. was not the best. Nevertheless, I do have in mind to go back to City Bites (in general/this location or another) and give it another chance by tasting another sub. There might be another sub. that I might like.

Its good food. Love the cookies. Ive never had any issues with this location. The Diet Dr. Pepper shoots out water so I hope they fix that because thats my main squeeze drink but overall good stop, just hit the Diet Pepsi instead. I usually get the broccoli cheese potato with the ranch and butter on the side. Good stuff!

When I went in there initially I was just going to get a plastic bag and one of the employees purchased one of my curbside chronicle magazines. Then as I was leaving a gentleman had pulled up and was going in and purchased a meal for me. It was some sort of a chicken or a turkey wrap I think but it was amazing!!

Good comfort food menu and deli. Love their baked potatoes. Unique decor with a cool area for kids. Check out the secret second floor nook. Great prices for a filling meal. Good take out too.

Went at around 3ish. Wasn’t busy and the staff was so nice and provided good customer service. I ordered the mesquite chicken sandwich and it was pretty good.

The last two times I ordered from here, the orders were wrong. The first time, we ate there so the orders were quickly corrected. In my case, I ordered ham and I got turkey. I went again today for a to go order. First up, they prepared my sandwich to eat there. They quickly wrapped it up for me to go. I get home only to discover it’s another turkey sandwich, not ham. I don’t like turkey sandwiches so it’s unlikely I mistakenly ordered turkey. I will go back but will inform them of my last visits and it would be appreciated if they got it correct this time.

Staff was awesome. Place was clean. They had everything I wanted. The Baja tacos are my jam! The oatmeal cookie was soft & delish.

I always call in orders, some big some small. Its always bomb. They know me by name.

Worst experience. Cant call, their phone has been busy. Bread is burned. California melt has no tomatoes. I asked for extra honey mustard, they left it off. I asked for olives, there is 4. The sandwich is made absolutely sloppy. What the heck!!

Disgusted by the store.Went there and saw that they were treating mask compliance as an option and not a requirement. To clarify, of the three employees preparing food, two of them were wearing their masks on their chins (not covering their mouth/nose) and the third wasnt wearing a mask at all.They also had customers in the store not wearing masks and even peaking their heads over the plexiglass window in front of the food prep station.Never getting food from this chain again.

No amount of stars or positive reviews could ever make this place worth the cost. I have eaten there many many times and Im pretty sure they raise the prices at every visit. My daughter and I just ate there and it was almost $30 for 2 sandwiches and 1coke and 1 cookie. I for sure wont go there again.

The Cali Club at City Bites is my all time favorite sandwich. Its piled high with tons of fresh sprouts. They also have great bake potatoes and cookies yummy. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because they got rid of their plastic cups and switched to styrofoam. I loved their plastic cups. Everyone did.

This store was my 1st time to City Bites. Ordered Mesquite Baked Potato. It tasted good, however their was very little chicken & that was grissley. 😟

Food was great. The mesquite chicken potatoe was just amazing and the loaded classic was too. The girl behind the counter, blonde with glasses was the sweetest and just great service even put smiley faces one the boxes. I’ll definitely be back

Visited during the noon hour rush. Great quick service. Staff was friendly. They were continually cleaning tables, making ready for more customers. We had the Mesquite Chicken sub. Really good but its chicken was shredded instead of cubed like on the pictures on the menu behind the counter and like it was in the past. A bit disappointed with that. But good experience otherwise. Probably will order differently the next time.

Food was awesome and huge portions and loved the deco(the different scenerys for each table).

The sandwiches are great. I personally like the turkey and provolone on a honey wheat wrap (nothing removed). Usually I dont like olives, except when I have them on a sandwich here. I have quite a few memories here.

Ive lived next door to this place for months. I pass it when I walk to work everyday and never even really knew it was there. I went there on a date last night and lets just say I was not disappointed! I had the City Burger with BBQ sauce and it was absolutely fantastic. The employees could have been a tad more attentive, and there was a peculiar smell in the building. But overall, I was pleased with my experience and will be back for another City Burger!

I absolutely love City Bites. I cant eat spicy foods but imagine their Chipotle on the double tacos or anything else would be wonderful. There hasnt been a time that I wasnt greeted w smiles from the best staff. They are wonderful w my rowdy grandsons. Then comes the great big cookie. One gets birthday cake (yummy) & the other peanut butter w icing swirled on top. We are partial to City Bites on N May & 59th. I am sure they are all Great! But I was walking by w my dog one day, got hungry, and they let me order and brought the food to me outside. For all of you Pokeman lovers, theres a Pokestop inside to keep you busy while you wait. Time to collect balls, gifts & other items.

Try the California Melt. It was delicious! The pumpkin cookie was really good too! Facility could be cleaner.

You can never go wrong with City Bites. All of their sandwiches are really good. Their potatoes are great as well.

Superb local place with brilliantly creative menu! Atmosphere is unique as well with wrecking ball crashing into the front door and one-way see-through windows in the bathrooms. An adventure for the palate and the mind!

Delicious loaded baked potato and cookies!

My family and I came in to have a loaded potatoe pretty late because of work and the potatoes were delicious however the staff was rude and refused to cook to go potatoes for us because they were closing. Business is business and if your sign states you close at 8:00 PM and I order a potatoe at 7:40 PM to go it should be cooked and served! BAD SERVICE!!! Also, the girl that seemed to be the one in charge was very rude when she threw our forks on our tray and then pushed the tray to hand it to my husband, my husband proceeded to say “thank you” as we are not uneducated people and she proceeded to walk away with a dirty look on her face without even acknowledging his “thank you.” She seemed to be frustrated with the staff helping her and seemed to be in a rush to have the place closed. I HAVE VISITED THE ONE ON MCARTHUR AND MEMORIAL FOR TAKE OUT, WILL DEF JUST BE VISITING THAT ONE IN THE FUTURE EVEN IF IT MEANS DRIVING FURTHER.

Called and placed a lunch order, show up and they tell me the call was routed to a different location......Try and order my potatoes and told they are out. Wont be going back here to risk this happening again. What kind of ordering system is this business running exactly?Wasted my lunch hour thanks guys.

Step one: order online. Wow, this is so easy!Step Two: enter payment information. Again, easy and painless.I drive to City Bites and arrive exactly on time. The first of the two employees tells me that my card didnt go through. No big deal-I use a different card. Maybe I entered the numbers wrong. A second employee tells me that my card is 0. HUH? Your card says its 0. I reply, Like my meal is paid for and that total due is 0? No. Okay, so your system is declining my card? Employee-Like your card is 0 but it doesnt come back declined. Our internets are broken Mind you, the internets worked for 5 other customers in the store. It took the two employees 16 minutes and a phone call to their manager, Dillion, to figure out that 0 MEANS PAID FOR!!!!! I took my food and left. Lord knows that asking for a refund would have resulted in another 20 minute journey through the basics of computers and the concept of 0. Dillion, I cant wait to visit with you when you are at the restaurant!

Ive seen these places around OKC and after living here for two years, decided to give it a try. A return visit is unlikely. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak to go. They put lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on it and the peppers didnt seem cooked at all. Poor impression of a Philly Cheesesteak.
