Usually I dont write reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. Im traveling around the country and Ive been to many Pilot/Flying Js. This place has the cleanest showers from all the locations Ive been around. Everything was perfectly clean, polished and was smelling good. I was so impressed that I was looking for the person that is responsible just to thank him and give thumps up. His name is Devin and hes really proud of his work. He told me hes doing detail cleaning once a month with toothbrush to each bathroom. Wow! He truly made my day.

No flag.Small showers. Not stool in the shower.Low on stock.Too many reserved parking spots.I came for the fuel prices .Not good food menu.

This is a great place to go for truckers and for other vehicles! If you have a Pilot/Flying J rewards card then thats a bonus too. We stopped in today to get fuel and a bite to eat at McDonalds inside. Of course their following the CDC guidelines right now so you cant sit down in McDonalds and you cant use the same cup for refills. I like to shop here also..they have crystal figurines, Bible/book covers, shirts and vests, toys, travel cups, sunglasses, GPS and blue tooth head sets.. etc and etc. We werent that hungry so we just got something from the 2 for $2.00 menu, then went to pay for our fuel. The cashier working was so nice and helpful. The center looks real clean, restrooms and showers are clean. Right now they have big totes near the front entrance with toys and such that are 50% off. $1.49 for unleaded right now also!

Maybe inside the store is the 4.1* but this parking lot is horrible and the trash needs to be picked up. Stop being lazy people and do your job you get paid to do.

Ive worked in retail management for over a decade and Im really not the type to leave reviews online for companies. However...Your cashier Noah was absolutely FANTASTIC! If you are having a bad day, go see Noah. Excellent customer service and an excellent personality. Noah is an asset to your organization.

First time here, and the experience was great. Staff was very friendly and the entire place was clean. Showers were great and felt nice. There is a great Italian place across the street if McDonalds isnt your thing. Will be back for sure.

I work for a trucking company out of Missouri. We had a truck break down here tonight. They said it would be two hours before they could work on it which was no problem. We were contacted later and told it would be the next day before they could get to it. Everything pointed to the problem being bad batteries, so we contacted another repair shop since it should have been a quick repair. After arriving to change the batteries, the second repair shop was run off the lot and had the police called on them by employees of this Pilot, who then told us to call a wrecker and have our truck towed off their lot.

Very bad customer service, showers not ready, very dirty towels, customer complaints needs to be noticed.

These signs on every single shower door is so insulting. Doesnt matter how many you put up Im not wearing a mask! Weve been forced to quarantine in our trucks for months not even allowed to sit down in a restaurant to eat in most states now they try to force these illegal medical edicts on us?

This pilot has been really awesome always has parking, quiet, and the store inside is clean restrooms are kept clean the staff is always welcoming and nice the showers are great, good pressure. Reason why it doesnt get the last star is because last night my spare tire was stolen off my trailer. My boss and another driver of his have gotten their spares stolen also. So becareful and lock em up right. Dont forget to check in your pre trip for that spare tire never know if you might need it and its gone...I will only be parking here during the day only nomore parking here for me at night

I like this one its super clean friendly service McDonalds attached and other restaurants near by...there is also a drivers lounge to relax while you wait for your clothes to wash/dry

I wouldnt go to the McDonalds at this store if I was any body reading this!! The lady lied about what my friend ordered (saying she ordered 2 small cups? She said nothing about cups!!) So with my regular size meal I not only didnt get a drink but didnt get fries, that usually came with the meal?? but since I was in hurry we didnt have time to get back in line, which they was insisting that we pay for the items AGAIN, and trying to talk to the staff member that was taking the order was impossible.....she didnt talk loud enough to understand. Plus even refused us extra dipping sauce even after offering to pay extra for it! Ill never return to this McDonalds EVER! BUT at least I was able to get a fountain drink from the actual pilot part of the unorganized operation on the way out,so we didnt have to choke our food down totally DRY!!

Nice place to stop, they got laundry inside 2 Wash and 4 Dryer machine and a shower area of 10.So grab your shower bag and enjoy the powerful shower to removed that sweaty smell.😊

Truck stop itself is nice I wish the wifi I pay $100 a year to use would work in the parking lot

Nice place, good amount of gas pumps, and a good flow. The Pilot store is in good shape with plenty of convenience items. The cashiers were fast. This is located right off the interstate and has a McDonalds in it, so its great for travelers

Visited McDonalds inside the Pilot Travel Center.

The stop at this Travel Center several times a week and purchase drinks and snacks for the day. I like that they have several options to choose from and have a great hot bar to choose from. The staff are always polite and up beat and always willing to help you. The travel Center has billboards that claim that their restrooms are clean. I have to agree even with all of the traffic they receive on a daily basis they usually have clean bathrooms that are stocked. I would recommend this truck stop to people driving through or regular locals looking for some good cheap food.

Very poor service. And the black manager working at night when we dropped in has a very bad attitude. How did this guy make it to a manager. Certainly not what we’re accustomed to when we visit other Pilot locations. Pumps were dirty and needed some attention. And the manager did not like hearing us state the obvious. Maybe he needs to look elsewhere for a job he would be happy at and proud of. We will not return. Going across the street now.

Love the new pump screens! Bean to cup coffee is the best! If you havent tried it, get in there and try some. Any flavor is excellent!

Came here for the McDonalds. Not only was the drink terrible, the food tasted stale, the fries were saturated in grease, literally every item I ordered was so awful it was not eaten! I stopped here to grab something quick after an all night ER visit with my little one, so maybe it was because it was late, but whats the point in being 24 hours if the food is so gross you cant eat it when ordered?Cant speak for the travel center tho! Sorry.

I tried to avoid truck stops in the past cause I heard the service stunk and they were overpriced. Boy was I surprised only one was true. Sorry anyways being serious, I went in expecting it to be awful but it wasnt. It was semi clean and one of the employees was working to make it cleaner. The bathroom was kinda bad at first but then that same young woman cleaned it up before we left,which bout 45 minutes. Now I myself am an older woman and my father in law is 86 and hard of hearing most people get frustrated with him.. This lady didnt she just smiled and wrote it down for him. I stood in line waiting and watched her, she has great customer service and ran around your store doing everything she could to keep customers happy and the store decent. That girl deserves a raise for her efforts she did great and didnt get mad or rude once and if she did we didnt see it. The piece of paper she printed me says store 460 her name was Tori or Tory however its spelled. Thank you young lady not many your age have respect for others anymore. Ill be back just to see you.

Well kept, clean travel center. Great prices, and friendly staff. Always a pleasure stopping by gas or quick snacks, has a McDonalds, and a rest stop, truck washes, and more for truck drivers.

Big spacious location. Nice clean bathrooms. The only down to this location comes when you decide to purchase diesel. (Youll live to regret this decision sooner than later.) Though Pilot/Flying J has several different locations with Grade A fuel for whatever reason the grade diesel at this location (and the location across the street) seems to burn very quickly. Purchasing enough fuel to last 6.5 to 7 hundred miles, youll soon be looking for another stop within 3.5 to 4 hundred miles. I certainly recommend to stop here and enjoy some R and R but to fuel, head up north a little ways on I 35 to Edmond to the Flying J and get Grade A fuel from the Pilot/Flying J brand.A to FLocation AAmenities AThe Diesel C for average.

Stopped there on Saturday to fuel. Passenger side pump wasnt working. No intercom at pumps. Called store only 1 employee working (manager). Had to make a second stop to complete fueling. Terrible customer service. Pilot/ Flying J take their customers for granted. Poorly managed stores reflect poorly on corporate management team. Unless they get this under control, they wont be around much longer.

Decent place. Friendly staff. Inside was pretty clean. They have a McDonalds and that was about the only thing open on Christmas. Thanks McDonalds.

Really like the discount I get for fuel (Good Sam). We also liked the soda we purchased to share. We use Pilot/Flying J any time we need fuel. I would recommend them to anyone.

The store itself is well run. Clean facilities inside. Friendly staff. Pump areas and truck parking were decent. Showers were clean.If you go to McDonalds double check your order. Mine was pretty screwed up and I have a hard time that nobody there thought that a meal should have the sandwhich with it or that they should apologize for making a customer have to come back to the store to get the main item. It was subfreezing outside with winds gusting over 30mph. By the time I got back,to the truck the rest of my food was ice cold.

Nice place, very clean. The McDonalds is really fast and they get it right the first time. No wait for a shower, Im guessing the turn around time is really quick as the towels were still hot from the dryer when I went to pick them up. Great water pressure and plety of parking! This place has everything you need for a 30min, 10 or 36 hour stop!

Its a truck stop, so it pretty much as everything you need and then some. Very clean with a variety of food options vehicle customization options. Even saw a few TVs being sold. Not too bad if you want a place to stretch your legs when the weather is bad.

Theres one really nice lady here whos a little bit older than the rest but the other employees are just beyond incredibly rude to say the least! When you spend $2k/month on diesel for every truck you have running its completely unacceptable. Ill be taking my business somewhere else, where its actually appreciated.

Super clean, excellent gas and soda price. Felt safe parking for a couple hours to rest. Had a repair facility for trucks and an urgent care office.

Plenty of space in the parking lot to maneuver for parking. Clean property, bathroom and shower. Shower has incredibly hot water available (careful you dont burn yourself). Mc Donalds on site. Very friendly staff. Also has medical clinic on site in parking lot!! Quiet, no riff-raff or beggars. I like this location!!!

They have great prices on everything. You can get in and out quickly. Hardly any wait time. Have friendly cashers, very clean bathrooms are clean store shelves and coolers are always full. And theres a MacDonalds there with them. Love stopping there.

Pretty nice truck stop with spacious, redesigned and clean showers!!! Walmart, gym, bike trails, restaurants are all within 8 miles. Easy to find and right off the interstate.

Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Lots of truck parking. NO LOT LIZARDS! Overall, one of the much better Pilots out there.

Very accommodating, any and every thing you could want! From get and go, to a diner next door, plus souvenirs, travel needs, accessories, gifts, keepsakes, handmade items! Very cool place!

Great for fast food options and fast food restaurant available. Other truck stops and food options available nearby. Also shopping available as well.

Good coffee with rewards. 3 cents off gallon of gas with account and card.

As always Pilot rest stops are consistently the same. Clean friendly and loads of different foods and snacks.

Mcdonalds Waited like 15 plus minutes for 2 medium fries. Meanwhile 4 or 5 other people ordered after me. And left before I did . 5 or 6 young boys unloading 3 boxes of ketchup or sauce. While whos cooking. No one. Ridiculous . Pilot staff worthless didnt care about customers and sticky bathrooms. Down to the dumps with this place. Big fat ZERO

Large location with plenty of parking. The fuel islands can get pretty congested during the day, but what truck stop doesnt? The store is very clean and organized. The staff are friendly. The outdoor staff needs to work on keeping the fuel islands cleaner, trash cans emptied, and paper towels stocked.

Fuel islands filthy. Trash piled up. Be aware of some cashiers she was dishonest charged me full price for fruits even though sign said 25c . Next time Ill go to Loves/TA.

Great service GREAT people, They have a manager their names Stephanie, you could not ask for a better person for the the job. She is very knowledgeable, great people skills, and very helpful.

Very clean and nice. My husband drives a truck and we occasionally take our showers there. The bathroom/shower is very hot. By time you finish your shower you are sweating so bad you need another shower.

I am highly disappointed of the food here my burger my pink it was not cook all the way I couldn’t even enjoy even though McDonald’s is my favorite restaurant but, on the other hand the rest room here and place was clean but I do not recommend eating here at all the fries was old y’all have to do better hopefully I don’t get sick

I go in there at least twice a week for the past year. And they are mostly great but one stands out in particular. A young lady named Tori Aders I had it wrote down but lost it so hope its spelled right. Every time I see her she is smiling, greeting guest and trying to help someone with something. Her customer service is amazing for places like this these days. She is always really helpful and polite and I just really appreciate her when I stop in for my cigarettes and coffee. Good job Tori keep it up and you are why makes people come to places like this.

HA total of 3 customers in line. Me being number 1. I ask to purchase a knife from the display case. She tells me I have to wait till she helps everyone else. I said that fine and after waiting for the other 2 gentleman to go ahead in line she informed me that more customers were coming I the door so i should try again in an hour...

Dont eat at the McDonalds here. Two Arab guys walked into the bathroom ahead of me. I finished before them because they were too busy jaw-jacking to do their business. As Im washing my hands they walk past the sink heading out of the bathroom, and I notice the golden M on their visors. I walked out behind them with my hands dripping soap and water to follow them and watch them walk into the kitchen.I was visibly ticked, which is why the lady at the counter asked if I could he assisted. I very publicly stated what I just saw. This is utterly disgusting.

July 21 at about 9:30, Stopped to fuel then went inside to purchase a few things. There was only one register open. The young black girl was eating nachos and cheese while taking care of us talking with her mouth full and liking the cheese off her fingers why touching dirty things then she grabbed my phone for the cigarette coupon. That was really unprofessional and nasty. I hurried back to my truck to clean my phone.

My story today: I drive for Uber and Lyft. My routine is to drop off my 8month old and 21month old at the sitters. Today I got stuck in some water. Trying to get someones attention to push me out, my car died. Finally got a gentlemen in a large white dodge to push us to the truck stop on Morgan road next to the highway. Thats after 45min of large trucks (semis, service and personal) passed us by. I meant to get under the overhang on the car side. Windows had fogged up and i couldnt see the right way to go. Stopped in the fire lane on the semi truck side, thanked the truck gentlemen for his help and called my insurance for a jump. My insurance company said (st 11:30am) that the person is coming and should be there in 1hr. I cant leave my car since I have my babies with me. Had 2 people from Pilot ask me to move. I explained multiple times that Im waiting for a jump and cant move the car. Semi trucks could and would go around me, i wasnt blocking anyone. Pilot worker came out again and told me i needed to move. I again explained that Im still waiting for my person to come and jump me (they were closing all the roads he was driving down so it took longer). Pilot worker said they would call the police if i didnt move. I repeated my car is dead and Im waiting for the person to jump me. They dont believe me and say my guy isnt coming you need to move. They said if I didnt move they would call the police (which there was one directing traffic right behind me) I opened my door and showed them my babies and said Im trying to move, I Cant! I was communicating with the person who was going to jump my car and told him what they said. He had been trying to get to us but the roads were closing faster than he could get around. Said he would call them. My children were bored and upset that i didnt have any more food in the car for them, and i couldnt leave them to go to the McDonalds to bring them something to eat. I was upset that no one had asked if I needed help in the 1st place, at any point. You hear stories of people helping people in similar situations. Its now after 1pm, then 2pm.1 gentlemen wearing a Good Year shirt asked if I was broke down. Said I was waiting for the guy to jump my car. He offered to help! And the guy from the insurance company showed up just before the Good Year gentlemen hooked up the cables. Got my car started and back on the road to my sitters house. I called the manager of Pilot to see what the policy was about that type of situation. Manager stated that she was to get the car moved as quickly as possible and if the driver Refused to call the police. I NEVER refused, my car battery was dead I physically could not move it. My 2 wonderful little babies did such a great job of occupying themselves while I was extremely angry with the Pilot employees harrassment. My car is started and my babies are safe, happy and being fed. I. Will. Never. Go to another Pilot truck stop if I ever need a place to get out of flooding Ever Again. God forbid i ever go there again.

The truck stop itself is good,its just the huddle house restaurant inside is extremely slow,they dont have enough workers so needless to say,,Ill not eat here again

The Manager who works in the morning has a nasty attitude and it seems to effect the employees around her bc usually when I go to a Pilot I’m greeted and ppl are in a good mood and smiling but this one, morning shift is suffering. The manager even made negative remarks about a customer as he walked off and told an employee “ ... I don’t care... I have a line” when asked for something. She seems only to be interested in getting ppl out the store but I guess she isn’t aware u can do this in a professional and nice manner.

Horrible! While the surrounding truck stops lowered their flags in honor of the late Senator McCain, the staff here couldnt have cared less. Their excuse? No time, and they shrugged it off as no big deal

Gas station is fantastic, McDonalds is garbage. The lady at the window tried short changing me 10 bucks and took ages to bring the food out. Outrageously slow lines are the norm here, so I expected that when I pulled up. This is a first though.
