Just left out of the specific location with a friend and we’re getting gas the young girl at the register was EXTREMELY RUDE and HAD THE NERVE TO ASK THE MANAGER WHIKE WE WERE STANDING THERE “where’s the lane closed sign” as if we weren’t waiting to be helped. He did nothing! The customer service at some of these locations are DISGUSTING/DISTASTEFUL.

Convenient in and out driveways. Plenty of working gas pumps always. A drive-thru for fountain drinks, beer and cigarettes. They always have clean restrooms with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. I love OnCue, because they are ON CUE!

COFFEE!! The new coffee machines make such good coffee. $1.29 for a large cup of perfectly ground, perfectly brewed 100% columbian deliciousness

Their drive thru is my favorite option. The service is good and wait time are low outside of rush hours. The drive thru is always opened promptly at 6am!

You would think theyre selling some chicken or fish with how long the drive through be and the long wait. Ive been. In this line since 8:41pm its now 8:55PM and cant back OUT!

Tried to use my card at the pump and it was canceled and message to see the cashier. Tried 2 different pumps 2 different cards. Some of us dont want to come in to see the cashier. I went to Murphys used same card got gas.

Its a clean store and in store purchases are usually quick and polite and friendly cashier. However the drive thru…. It will take you about 15-20 minutes to get thru it. Those cashiers are fairly rude and have no sense of urgency to get orders out. There doesnt seem to be any improvement on this, in fact it’s deteriorating! Drive thru for convenience is the motto but it is not convenient.

Sick of this place. You never know when the pumps will work or not. Today is another wasted trip to OffCue. Time to find somewhere that wants money

I have given this location 5 opportunities to impress me, but, last night was the last time that I will visit this location. The first time in 2013 when I arrived in OK, was delightful and it has gone downhill from there. Last night I asked for an original bucket like I always do, and what I got was dark brown skin that tasted awful. Everything else tasted well.

The employees have no respect. (So the owner just sent me a pre recorded message telling me sorry and that they will fix the issue). My a** is that why you have a 3 star rating on here. Dont tell me you are sorry because your not. If you were you would of at least asked me what happened. But any ways people be careful 1 of there employees trys to short change people. He has tried it twice on me. I got my money back from him. But I shouldnt of had to deal with him in the first places. So my advice is if they give you five ones make sure that they also give you your 10 dollar bill back that goes with it to.

The store is always super clean. They could use a refresher on customer service and politeness. Since of urgency is non existent at this store. Inside you’ll wait until the clerks finish chatting and the drive thru! My god. 15+ minutes before you even get the the clerk! They seriously are taking a leisurely stroll in getting the customers order. Some of the clerks in the drive thru have never been friendly which I could overlook if they were working and trying to get the orders out that they didn’t really have time to be pleasant but that is far from the case. Even with people using the drive thru like a Walmart it should not take 15 minutes for an order! ANY order! Maybe they figure people trying to avoid the inside crowd due to the COVID that they’ll just wait thru it which seems to be working. Keep in mind this entire review is being created while waiting in the drive thru and we have moved up one car. I mean it’s been over 10 years since I worked with the public and does seem that convenient store prices are no longer justifying the “you pay for convenience” and lost the in and out sense of urgency...

They require you to wear a mask, but wont enforce it. Will sell alcohol to someone who is already drunk. Let people cut in line. If there is an altercation between customers instead of trying to de-escalate the situation they just watch. It takes a fellow customer stepping in to calm a situation. Ridiculous!

I go through the drive-thru almost everyday for the last year or so. I love the people that work there. If they see me in the line, they always have my drink ready when I get to the window. Kudos to the drive-thru!

When it comes to oncues they are normally my go-to convenience store but this one is the nastiest one in my area . You can visually see fingerprints all over the coffee dispensers that lets me know theyre not getting wiped down regularly. Coffee beans all on countertop under coffee machines also I noticed Everytime Ive been there

This place is the worst gas station around for keeping stuff on the shelves, the staff is friendly and enjoyable but the manager needs to be let go cause every other time I go they are out of one or both of the things I go there for, even asked if they could order more and nothing has changed in 2 months, will be going elsewhere from now on

Update: Very impressed with the customer service wanting to know more about the situation & wanting to make it better.Its disappointing to hear the staff talking about a customer that was having a hard time at the pump when it was apparent she had a speech difficulty. I hadnt seen the guy there before wearing an On Cue vest.

This store use to be my everyday stop. It has gone down hill the last couple months. After today I will not be going in this store anymore. The employees are very rude here,the store is duty and the fountain drink and coffee bar is nasty. They should really look at re-training the people in this store the customer should come first before the employees conversation with each other.

THIS PLACE HAS DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE AND PLENTY OF GAS PUMPS AND JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WOULD WANT TO EAT AND DRINK AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND CURTISS YOU JUST CANT BEAT IT.
