Nothing like standing in line while one of the cashiers is on her phone standing at the register ignoring customers.

I have gone to the store on my way home the girls behind the counter one if name Ann very helpful then her helper she is always on her phone gripping and she is always using foul language and she disappears and leaves the cashier alone this has happened on more than one 1 occasion I wont be back until you get help for her

Was refused service because my passenger wanted to buy a product 21+ in the drive thru and Im not. My intention was to purchase a drink. Ive spent thousands of dollars at this oncue and have never been treated so horribly and you can expect Im never coming back to any location

The drive through has been close two days this weekend a a few times During the week and the drive through window person is slow one day the window person was doing trash outside and the line was long the Portland window was good but now I just go to the new store on 39th street now Portland store is Closer to me but turn off the windows gonna be up in half time need people to stay at that window to work

The employees care less about the customer They are doing us a favorjust to stand there and be arrogant

This location is a perfect example of why OnCue has no future. The company has built more stores than it can staff with quality, well-trained employees. The manager here is much more interested in chatting with his cashiers, distracting them from, you know, making the company money. The cashiers are rude, unknowledgeable about what they sell, and arent interested in, you know, making the company money. To survive, OnCue needs to stop opening new stores, and train employees and managers top to bottom, and they need to start with this one - its impossible to wade through the incompetence in order to buy something here. Fire everyone and start over, beginning with the manager. (FYI, the cut and paste response youll soon see below is a classic example that OnCue doesnt care in the least about its customers or what they have to see.)

Very rude employee. Refused to sell alcohol to my mother simply because I had driven her there, made up a false law to back it up (which was false).

The last three times that I have gone into this gas station I have had to wait for the clerks to finish their gossip before I am acknowledged. 7-11 has way better employees.

Cant pay at pump

I use to love this on cue bt lately the line for drive thru takes forever and like today has made me late for work and I’ve been in line for 20 mins. What’s the point of a drive thru if it takes forever?!!?

If I could give a zero I would this is the second time Ive come to the drive through an entire line of people ended up having to leave because no one came to the window I even called to try to let somebody know that we were waiting and nobody answered the phone people were honking and everything at the window no one came to help. I personally had sleeping children in the car so I absolutely could not get out to go let somebody know or get stuff for myself otherwise I would have, thats unacceptable customer service!

This is the worst on cue Ive ever seen. You have 5 employees behind the counter yet theres only one cashier helping people. Everytime I come into this store theres a line with 10 people or more waiting. Theres tons of people out of work maybe you should hire some employees that are more motivated and want to work.

OnCue in general is a great gas station/➕ for OKC. Area. Ive found that all of the OnCue stores Ive been in operate the same: great staff, very helpful and friendly, great selection of food and drink items, plus many snack and munchies items as well. They are more then just a gas station, so much more, love the completely covered gas and parking area also. Great protection from Oklahomas unpredictable weather. They have my recommendation to everyone!!!

Its a decent place. I do not recommend the hot food (hot dogs). Had an issue with one of the clerks, reported it to On Cue and they resolved it and they are sending me a gift card. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

A quick stop to get a bite on the go. Lines at fast food places were too long. Decided to try the Tornados and Roller bites for the first time. Self serve off the hot food roller grills. The Tornado was okay but a better taste blend when i put some sauce on it. Same with the Roller Bites. It was a reasonable price, quick pleasant service, and got me in and out quickly. It can be a busy intersection if exiting on 10th street. i went out the other exit with no problem.

Needs security. Service is not so great. Although it is a good place to get a snack and drink.

Fast re-supplier of all the necessitates Id want.

Every member of the on cue staff I encountered here at this location lacks even the most basic qualities of Customer service. I stopped by in the middle of the afternoon to get some gasoline. There were four different people at the registers but I had to wait almost a full minute before anyone would even acknowledge me standing there with money in my hand! It wouldn’t have been so bothersome if the employees were actually busy doing something besides standing around chatting. There wasn’t a single other customer in line. When someone finally said hello, I had to tell the lady twice how much gas I wanted and which pump because she kept interrupting me to talk to her coworkers about something she saw on Facebook. They were just very rude and unprofessional.

They dont know how to work the lotto machine. Asked for Powerball and two lines. They charge for three lines. Next time I get Lotto America instead of Powerball that I asked for. A cashier walks away to BS with a friend that walked in. One cashier and 7 customers. Wow....Worst OnCue in the city. The manager needs to be fired. I have the gas card, so I often visit many OnCues. See professionalism at the other OnCues, but not this one. Its the women who are the worst. The guys seem to be ok, except the manager. Maybe its the lack of training?

I stopped in to this oncue Frank was my cashier and he was super nice, I would recommend this oncue for gas and all your other needs!!!!

Great location the staff here is always super nice and respectful. Theyre also efficient and get through long lines like nothing.

Very poor customer service. Cups & tea are ALWAYS out! Cashiers constantly on their phones.
