Typical of the high expectations I have learned to demand from OnCue. There are large, clean bathrooms where every stall actually locks! Clean store. The employees all seem genuinely glad to help us. Enough employees to keep long lines quickly moving. A great variety of lunches, snacks & sweets, drinks, fountain, slushies, and coffee flavors, nicotine products, brewskies, vino, and basic travel necessities. Also, a cooler that is always well stocked.Take advantage of refills since Styrofoam is randomly available. Also be sure to grab a kickback card and start building up score credits with the things you purchase.

The new card readers on the gas pumps grab and hold your card in place for literally 90 seconds before releasing the card, authorizing the purchase and turning the pump on. Ill be looking elsewhere for gas and convenience items from now on.Update: Thanks for the quick reply and explanation. Ill try again in a few weeks.

Me and a nother customer was waiting to check out and the customer that was before me was at the front counter long enough to drink half of her drink she was purchasing before we had to make a seen to get a cashiers attention. The manager was in the middle of cleaning when the clerk was doing something and had her ear buds in her ears and not paying attention that customers were waiting to check out. She made a big seen about it and started to harass the lady who was before me due to that she drank half of he drink before it was purchased mind you that she was waiting for a while. I was the one who got there attention to come and check us out. The clerk that rang us both up had a attitude and was very unprofessional. She acted as she didnt want to work there. I spoke to the manager on duty and told him that she should be fired if shes going to have a attitude for having to do her job.

The heavier guy that works the window is super rude and seems very put off with anything you ask for. Possibly drive thru or customer service is not for him. Also, not a one time situation.

If you are living near this gas station, I would recommend you coming! The staff are nice and there is a big selection at this store. I personally came here on a trip from Dallas since I used to live here and honestly I am so happy with this location. Well done!

The big guy who regularly works the drive thru is so rude. You need someone with good people skills and nice working the drive thru.

What time are the drive thru hours? Its posted 6am to 12 am but if I stop before 7:30am there is never anyone there.

I stop here almost every weekday morning, and I will continue to, because of the outstanding customer service that I receive from this crew!!! They went out of their way to get to know me by name and find out how Im doing every day. I pass a number of other stores before I get to this one, but I dont stop at any of those. I always look forward to seeing everyone here. They always get my business!!

Love the great burgers and pizza from the small kitchen - snack bar. Can order, pay, and receive by the time you have finished shopping. Very fast and efficient and time saving. Also very delicious. A touch too high on additives to burgers but, it is a conscience store. The coffee /cappuccino bars are the best around and affordably priced. Highly recommended

Always been nice place to stop in, no matter the time of day. Staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and the snacks are fresh. Cold drinks are cold and the hot drinks are hot. The bathrooms are kept clean and the floors are mopped. Gas prices are comparable with other gas stations in the area. Kudos to the people that maintain this Oncue.Worth the price paid: Gas, pretty much a yes. Snacks? Well it is a convenience store so they are a little more expensive.

A brand new gas station. Lots of pumps, service is quick even during busy times. Bathrooms are clean whenever I go in. Also, a drive through service where you can grab things on the fly, from a soda and coffee to a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs. This is very convenient and we like this feature. Go on cue!

They do not check people’s ID’s to verify the credit card being used actually belongs to person using it. FRAUD ALERTS here and at several other Oncue’s!

Absolutely phenomenal service!!!! When you walk in your greated by at least 2 people. There is always a thank you at the end of service. The best staff, clean store, and great selection of items. We are only as good as our leaders. Thanks ONCUE management for being great leaders which has built a great team at the SW OKC location!!!!

Our family looooves this place. I love the iced teas, my husband loves the cappuccinos and the kids love the smoothies and slushes. There is a great variety of snacks here, most notably healthy ones!! I was very excited to see this because most gas stations have purely junk food.

Love this new location and everything OnCue offers. Only complaint is the rude guy who works 3rd shift. Hes the larger, young, pale skin, mid 20s with dark brown hair whos worked there on that shift since they opened. I dont think he intends to come off rude, but he always has a real short attitude and has complained about his working conditions to me on many occasions. He even short changed me after charging me for a previous customers items then gave me cash back instead of refunding my card. Didnt realize until I got home that he shorted me tax. He said OnCue screws them over by not providing a manager on that shift... Most businesses with 3rd shift have an on call manager Im sure OnCue is no different.

Store is clean, staff is polite. The staff is not adequately trained in checking ID’s from other states. It’s frustrating to have more than one employee in a store and being denied the sale because someone doesn’t know how to read an ID card without asking for a second opinion.

WARNING AVOID THE DRIVE THRU! you will be trapped, no pulling out, I sat in line for 30 minutes, no exaggeration.

Location opened in late June. It has around two dozen pumps available and the usual amenities OnCue offers - on-site ATM, frozen yogurt, clean bathrooms, etc. ATM is Transfund and fee free. Fuel currently available is E10 87 octane gasoline, E0 87 octane gasoline, midgrade 89 octane gasoline, premium 91 octane gasoline, e85, and diesel.
