Clean,store very organized. Courtesy employees. Have everything you need.

After 8pm the women at the registers are very rude and inattentive. I had to reach across the counter nearly touching the register to retrieve my paid for items. Avoid this store after dark. It sucks so much, bc day shift here is awesome

Dirty store. hand soap machines broken. and there is a huge stench of alcohol back by the bathrooms. smells like a nasty frat house. its honestly sickening. toilet seats were nasty too. rude and lazy service at 12:30pm.

Horrible service, the employee Danielle blames me for stealing when I didn’t. I had stopped in to get a milk but the line was to long so I put it on the shelf, she blames me for stealing. She wasn’t always the most positive person before this either. Okay Danielle maybe stop wrongfully accusing people thanks, wow and I had such great experiences here prior before this incident. The older gentleman is always nice to me.

The employees here are always friendly and helpful and everything, including the restrooms, is clean. Even when it looks busy, they take care of customers pretty quickly.

I’m guessing this location hasn’t pressure washed the lot since 1987. Nothing like sticking to the concrete.

Store is clean and the staff is WONDERFUL!!

This store has really gone downhill in the last few months. Iced coffee machine is either being cleaned or broken, no cups, no lids. And, apparently, no management. If you dont have lids pull that sized cup.

While visiting on cue today for a soda & a snack, I encountered quite possibly the rudest & most ineffective security guard in my 53 years of experience.While well armed & an attitude to match, I approached her to as k where the atm. was. She was busy leaning into a car talking with an acquaintance.She looked up, rolled her eyes & went back to her discussion.There are many convenience stores in this neighborhood.On cue is clean & for the most part a friendly place to shop.However, with the current security in place I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

I spend easily $20 every day at OnCue. I come by on my lunch break and also on my way home. I buy a pack of American Spirits, a Starbucks double Or triple shot, a Freezy Q, and a water. Today I was greeted by the security guard who, As condescendingly as possible, told me I was loitering in the parking lot while I was sitting in my car on my phone. I had already bought my stuff and was in my car for not even 5 minutes after my purchase. I love oncue, but I won’t be returning. Really disappointing. Oncue, you should rethink hiring the security guard on duty at 1pm today. I don’t know if he’s a jerk to everyone or if there was just something about me he didn’t fancy, but if his job was to run off your good customers, he has succeeded.

Love coming here for a quick energy drink or cigarettes on my way home. I am rating them on everything outside of the service I was given a few nights ago, which Ive never had an experience like this. The cashier was high on something whether it be pills or weed and I couldnt understand anything she said to me. I tried to show her my ID and she kind of waved it off with her hands and threw it back at me and mumbled something incoherent and took two minutes to put my items into a bag and didnt bother even bagging my six pack because she seemed more concerned with her nails than doing her job. Everyone else Ive had an experience with here has been above and beyond and I dont see the point in giving them a bad review when they all seem to care about their job minus that one girl.

I agree with the person who just reviewed and gave them a 1 star. Employees are constantly laughing and joking and not paying attention to the customer at all. Its very rude and their customer service is terrible. This is a place of work, not a high school. Either teach your employees to do better or get new ones. Not coming here anymore. Thought I would give it one last shot and sadly its always the same story.

Restrooms were clean and its well lit at night. OnCues are always a better choice then any sloppy elevens in town.

Julius is tramendously kind. Literally. I was at pump #22 and needed help unscrooing my tight gas knob and he helped me WHILE helping pump #21 which was a disabled elder. He is super nice! Very old school. Lol. People like this are tough to find. Truly. >>>> JULIUS is a 5 star employee, remember to give the employee recognition not just the corporation.

I always have good service at this location but the younger, heavier set blonde working today at 11:30 am has a real nasty attitude, your getting paid to be there so put a smile on your face and dont roll your eyes at customers who essentially pay your bills

This is a great quick shop. You can fill your tummy and fill your tank. They have great selection and great prices.

Best selection of drinks especially when you are in a hurry. Gas is usually the best price around, most importantly the donuts go in sale everyday at 4pm.

I think it is not fair that they do not sell beer to people for not having identification of this country ... I went to buy at this gas station and I felt bad because they did not want to sell beer to 2 people for not having identification of Oklahoma city

Professional service and clean, employees are respectful, quick . Love to stop in the mornings for a quick cold tea and a hot chocolate and hot dog for my kids . It was about time for a quality gas station in our neighborhood.

Stopped here for free air last night. The place is very clean and tidy. Hopefully it stays that way.

Decent location. Moderately clean for a gas station but not the old On Cue standard when they were still trying to earn business.

Don’t go to this one. Poor service and freezeecue tastes like floor cleaner.
