Store was filthy. Floor extremely dirty. Floor was wet by drink bar and slippery. Black dirt stuck allll over floors. Food bar also very dirty

Need to mount the toilet paper over the bars. They stick out to far and push me to the side of the toilet.

Store looked horrible.... Didnt have product ..... Roller grill iteams was old i bought a hotdog that was hard an old plis flies flying around the condiments ... Its worse than mcdonalds ill never go back

I come to this On Cue to get gas all the time and clean my windshield. I got my gas and EVERY windshield cleaner was empty. I did ask the manager on duty who replied, The night shift was suppose to fill them and sorry for the inconvenience. I have managed retail and fast food. If I came across something not done then I would either get a person to fix the problem or fix it myself. But the customer doesnt go without

Something seriously wrong with the decaffeinated coffee it was near the end of the pot and it made me extremely ill like I was having a heart attack sweating my heart went into AFib thought I was going to die

Pump kiosks literally never work. If you go here plan on having to prepay inside with your card every time.

People were really rude, the boy didn’t know the name of the app is kickback not OnCue and wouldn’t honor my kickback card that has the same things on them. I will NEVER go back to this OnCue.

Elisha had GREAT customer service! She was the only person that greeted the customers upon entrance. There was a line and she had us in and out while two other employees talked at the register. Thanks Elisha! Keep it up!!

Gas station sells car washes but does not have a car wash on site. Told to drive to another location for car wash that I already paid for at the pump. I only buy car washes with gas for convenience. This is not.

I dont know her name, but the blonde woman who works the drive-through deserves a raise. She is always so nice and will get you in and out quickly, even if cars are wrapped around the building.

Poor customer service. I needed a bag of ice. I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes, only 3 cars in front of me. I finally went inside. The line there was slow moving as well. Once I got home with my ice I discovered it was a solid frozen block that would not break. I ended up throwing most of it away as the last pieces would not fit in my cooler. Waste of time, waste of money.

Dont use the drive-through here. They are nowhere efficient as the Northwest Expressway, Memorial or Broadway stores. It took 17 minutes from the time I noticed everything was going slow to finally give my order with only 3 cars in front of me. I seriously considered jumping the curb in a company car. Aside from that is a standard gas station.

Love ONCUE! Were from Utah and so we don’t have any of these out there. We love them though! So huge, great selection of items, drinks, food, etc.. Staff is nice & quick! :)

One of the very few gas stations in town that has 91 octane, and that is 100% gas (no ethanol) though I wish they had 93. However they do offer 101 racing fuel and E85, so they have a larger selection of niche fuels than nearly anywhere else around.Theres plenty of pumping stations, sufficient parking for in-store customers, a drive-through (which Ive yet to use but in principal sounds awesome), a large beer cave with the standard cases of domestics, with additional specialty beers available also.My only complaint is the information screen on the gas pumps is too low, literally about belly button height. Im not abnormally tall, who are they designing these pumps for, 10 year olds?

I am a hard core QT fan - and well everyone knows they aren’t in OKC - but OnCue is amazing - clean - friendly!! I will drive the additional miles to come to this location rather than somewhere closer just because of how great this location is. The drive thru is amazing - especially on rainy days - not getting the kids out saves so much time and frustration.

Its extremely irritating that the only reason I visit this location is constantly letting me down. I really enjoy that they offer the frozen yogurt, but when you dont carry chocolate syrup, or are missing 3 of your flavors Im just going to walk out because youre wasting my time. Its really not that hard to keep things in stock. And no, this was not a one time thing, its been going on for a few weeks now.

I went at 1:30 AM on August 27th 2018 and the ladies working there were really kind! They made my vacation just that much better! Clean store too, with a big selection!

Pulled in to the drive-tru at 6am. It took 10 minutes to get 2 gatorades and 2 bananas. A guy walked passed the window and looked right at me. The girl that was running the window had no since or urgency to take care of a customer. If you open at 6am you should insure that your employees are there in time to be ready to go at opening.

Its big and more pumps for the gas. Lots of snaks for sure. Oncue is pretty good. Ijs

I came to your store today no one spoke. there were two young ladys working one was laying on the register and the other young lady was also just leaning on resister went and got what i came in for. Went to check out no one spoke again she told me the total but i could not here her i said im sorry she rolled her eyes and gave me the total again she then pissed me off and i said damn no good morning laying across the register not wanting to be there thanks for makeing my day so i paid and one of the young ladys got smart when i turned around they were both laughing will give my business to someone else and after that i forgot to get gas wont be back to this store get it together ladys

The service here runs the gamut from unintelligent to inattentive to just plain rude. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced has been from this location. If it werent so close to home, I wouldnt even bother.

I love On Cue, however, this is absolutely the worst one I have ever been to.I set in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one ever came to the window. I called the store and they said they would send someone to the window. Never happened.I went inside to make my purchase. I asked about the drive thru. The girl behind the counter said the computer was down in the drive thru. I said you could put a sign up. She said we cant do everything. Wow!There were two girls behind the counter, both of them leaning on the counter, playing on their phones.As I stated,I love On Cue but I will never go to this one again.One more thing, this is the closest one to me. Actually right around the corner.I fill my truck up more than 10 times a week.From now on,not here,not ever.

Everyones super nice, i go every morning because i like the coffee and the french toast tornados. The manager offered to even leave a few out for me since they cook them before i leave for my job duties every day which garanteed my business to be spent here. For a gas station i am impressed so i thought a good review was a good way to say thanks.
