Well lighted and clean gas station/convenience store with wide selection of food items from prepackaged food, hot food(hot links various flavors, hot dogs etc), items like taquitos of different kinds, nachos, sandwiches, pizza, cups of fruit, cheese/crackers, vegetables along with drink station. Regular food items as a grocer would have, selection of alcohol beverages. Restrooms are clean. Employees greet as entering store, courteous in waiting or answering questions for customers. Prices are in line with other businesses in vicinity.

The restrooms are very clean. I love the tropical tea they make daily. There was an armed guard at the door when I was there, which was nice and made me feel safe.

Free air chuck does not work, in fact is not even there! All there is is a hose, with no chuck on the end

Excellent OnCue, just as every other. I moved to Hawaii for a while and, aside from family, OnCue is what I missed most.

The restrooms are large and clean. Usually I avoid public restrooms but if I cant then I know OnCue has clean restrooms. Its also well lit at night and has a drive-thru option until midnight (with a few exceptions)

The best overall selection of drink options anywhere. Hot or cold! Clean facility with abundant food options, snacks, and heathy food options. Fuel prices are always competitive if not the cheapest. Stopping here for fuel you will depart with much much more should you venture inside. Restrooms are well tended and clean. Beer cave and wine options, ice cream, hot dogs, a varity of grilled sausages always on tap, and masks inside are mandatory prior to entry.

I’m didn’t know drive thru closed at 12am and Cheryl (manager) was extremely nice and accommodating and finished my transaction as a “pick up” and also gave my pup a treat. These employees are extra special and deserve the recognition deserved!

Ive never been to an Oncue with such an unfriendly staff. I felt like a burden to the cashier that couldnt be bothered to stop her side conversations with the other staff members. Have fun at work thats cool but pause the fun for the people youre PAID to assist. Take a lesson from every other Oncue out there and do your job!!!!!!!!

Their bathrooms are impeccably clean. Plus theyre open when no one else is.

I come to this store all the time and usually have no issues at all, the manager John is always really helpful. However, i went in the other day and there was a different guy named Phil i think? He was super rude and disrespectful and was rushing me when i was counting out my money. I would definitely enjoy this store more if he was there less.

Indivudual pre packaged sandwiches sitting on the floor along with boxes of other cold food next to display cases, no one around tending to them. Contacted corporate and they say it was the vendors fault and the sandwiches were outdated and being discarded, I saw the dates on the individual sandwiches and they were not expired yet. How could corporate know if they were expired. I had pics of the items but they werent interested, store mgr shouldnt allow any vendor to place food on the floor. The store Mgr should have to retake the Food Handlers Course with the Health Dept again along with the vendor.

No drive thru here, total bait n switch! I always thought there was a drive thru here. No cherry cola on the soda fountain. This was fine this call, lol, bc I was seeking Dew but seek cherry cola 65 percent of the time. Bathroom and store is always well kept at this location. Customer service this location typically ranges 3-4 stars, occasionally 4.5-5 stars at this location. Customer service was 4 stars this call. The associate with the braided hair is adorable. This and the 10th and Portland location are starting to get more homeless ppl and panhandlers hanging outside the entrances. This can make it a bit uncomfortable to utilize or walk past that entrance. I love the Oncues awning from the pumps to the entrance! 4 stars this call.

Fast food and service!

I love OnCue, great selection and deals. Regular prices are higher than their competitors, but service is great. Id wish they would be more enviromently friendly and pick up the trash around their grounds instead of blowing it into the street at 12am

I always come here around the same time for coffee. Most of those times there a few two fat racist guys working there talking about Mexicans. I see the difference in how they treat people, Ive been there enough times. Besides that this place is pretty good and in a convenient spot.

You know i use to think it was a friendly place.but after today i look at it differently. When I went up there to buy an ice coffee the guy at the register asked me if it was ice coffee.i said yes and that i was surprised you ask me other people just ring it up.after i said that i got a lecture about how it was wrong that there losing money off of it.that may be but you really dont need to be telling a customer this when its the employees fault

The manager named Phil was extremely rude, was being extremely disrespectful to the young man he has as his clerk and spoke to me in the worst tone didnt wanna break a 100$ so the food i had went to waste, the store looked terrible everything was disgusting the bathroom was terrible paper towels everywhere, trash was over flowing, tampons in the toilet, and on the floorFloor looked like someone spilt soda and they didnt bother to clean it up there was no straws and just an outright mess this store was one of the worst ones in the cityThis happened about a week ago i have been back and the young man who helped me was very kind didnt get his name but he was blonde and a gentleman i have not seen the guy who helped me last time but since than the customer service has been alot better and the store is cleaner
