NOT RV friendly!! Im an RV transporter and have been coming here for years, at least a couple times a month. The RV parking has become bobtail parking and the cashier said they will be going to paid RV parking. That translates to paid bobtail parking. Im glad the new Loves are being built with free RV parking and they dont allow bobtail in RV parking. When you tow a car behind an RV, the steering is loose to make turns. You cant back them without damaging your steering when the wheels turn too far and snap something. So cant back into a truck spot, and why when Im only, this time as most, only 32 foot with my tow car. Never thought flying j would become so RV unfriendly.

Broken fuel pump screens is illegal. This trucks too is a dump. I am ashamed to even come here. Everything is broke And dirty here… they need to remodel it. Get new doors… the paper towel dispensers are broken. I am so sorry the Pilot can not afford to fix up their gas station to legal standards.!

“Flying J to the Rescue - Again - TORTUGA GRANDE”Late afternoon on Friday, Oct. 23rd, 2020 and in need of some petrol for our Bounder hauling tow dolly + dinghy= 55 ft. long. Stop by the small town of Sayre, OK. This stop was planned. The Flying J was and is perfect for a great stop. If you need to stay over, plenty of space to choose from.It has dedicated pumps for RVs, propane and water. I do not believe the water is potable. If you select to use a regular pump, there is space for you to maneuver your rig. They have the usual services offered at FJs.Again, I always use Google maps satellite view to get and idea on how to drive in and out and so forth. I do not want to get stuck and unhook my tow dolly. I also, use Flying J and Pilot app and a couple of others.Highly recommendedWe are TORTUGA GRANDE REPORTING!

Came at night the entrance Is not the exot truckers. But theres no sign for that. Love the food here the back exit road is a bit rough but a good place.

Trucking is a 24/7 business. Unlike your claim to be the same. No hot dogs on the grill and no pizza. Just 5 or more employees doing nothing but talking amongst themselves. With the amount of money my company spends here in fuel the service should be better!

What more could u ask for? Your home on the road! Private shower, nice n clean! Oh an the pizza, something about the pizza, Im addicted, lol! Fresh ground coffee hot or iced, thanks flying j team!

The only reason I give such a rating is your staff. But of you dont do something about your rude disrespectful inconsiderate manager (Miranda whomever) your not only gonna lose business but you will also lose most if not all of you employees who still actually care about your drivers she is ruining this store and she has no business being a manager. Oh and btw see her coming out of a shower with your day maintenance man very inappropriate. Both should lose their jobs.

My husband and I spent the night in our camper trailer at this location adequate parking. Safe well lit and clean. With our flying J preferred card my husband was able to take a nice clean hot shower. He enjoyed a bath mat towel wash cloth and bar of soap all for free. $12.00 Value Because we fuled there. Very friendly staff, fresh hot coffee for us in the morning and breakfast at huddle house.🙂

Plenty room for parking, clean, friendly employees, Huddle House only had the cook & waitress working & still did a great job on service. A nice place to stop.

DONT FILL YOUR WATER TANK HERE UNLESS YOU SEE CORRECTIONS!!!!!Concerned for other RVers! We stopped to fill up at the RV pumps at Flying J (I40 OK Exit 40 @ S Morgan Rd). We also needed to fill our fresh water, but the blue faucet by the dump wasnt marked as either potable or nonpotable. I went inside to inquire while my husband filled the gas tank. The person behind the counter didnt know and referred me to another employee. He told me that the water by the dump was not for drinking, and escorted me out to the RV area to show me where we could get drinking water. After he pointed it out to me, I told him that the nonpotable water should be clearly labeled or RVers might put it in their fresh water tanks. He just shrugged and walked away. Since the water by the dump is nonpotable and the other has the same color faucet, i wouldnt trust either. Additionally, the one by the fuel pump (which he said is safe for drinking) also has an extension apparently for filling their window-washing buckets, so a drinking-water hose cant be attached.

I love this place great parking even at 9pm you can find parking. Service is okay but the bathrooms are nice and clean inside you can find a Hudson if you want any good breakfast or strong meal now the biggest Plus for this place is that you can find outside right next to it a Pilot, Loves and the TA. With that you can get more variety with different places to eat parking and each of the establish truck stops come by and with some nice good service.

This is what Im talking about because I saw at least four other vehicles here that our City trucks and theres no one sleeping in them like we sleep in our trucks and theyre taking up parking spots for over-the-road drivers they need to find their own yard and this is what Im talking about flying J and pilot you need to do something about it and on top of that they taking money away from you guys because the over-the-road drivers do not come because all the spots are taken up because of these guys they dont buy stuff like we do theyre hurting your bottom line and this is what the problem is two people dropping their trailers to and going home how about helping us out and in return you get more business its a win-win situation

Easy off little more difficult to get back to I-40. Either have to go thru left turn to Loves or go to red light and us side street to turn around to go back to turn to enter the 1-40 on ramp. Gas prices are comparable to other stations in the vicinity. Have food at the counter of pizza, burritos, corndogs or other cooked foods with a limited menu of some veggies. There is a restaurant at site with menu selections of hamburgers, other sandwiches and food choices of steaks, chicken with stated choices of veggies(available by season or from supplier). As usual due to demands and availability of some products menu items may not be available. Prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area of moderately value.

This is their coolers full of mold. When I asked to talk to someone I was laughed at! Calling corporate in morning. Not 1 employee had on a face mask! Im from Cleveland so Im well aware of who Jimmy Haslam is. Our BROWNS owner. But were just truckers so we dont matter! Take it or leave it is this stops attitude!

Everything is broken. Out of order signs everywhere and what isnt broken is dirty or out of stock. Stereotypical run-down truck stop.

Friendly staff. Theres an odd schedule for propane refills due to limited certified staff.

Really nice service from Tim. Extremely clean showers and driver lounge area. I came in to eat some hotdogs and there were none ready. They immediately tested the temperature and even brought out some fresh buns. Love that they have sauerkraut and gatorade at the fountain.

I’d give a full 5 stars if it wasn’t for what I saw in the showers. Staff is friendly and helpful but they need to take better care in their cleanliness especially the showers. Saw this in shower 3

Fresh ground coffee per cup machine is filthy. No larger coffee cups, no coffee lids, barely any creamer. Workers are not restocking I went at midnight 3 days ago. I am a truck driver. Could not get a receipt for my purchase of gas. Waited forever to get checked out and no one was in the store but me and the guy is behind the counter like he doesnt seem me standing there. Was not very clean, and this is during Covid? At a time things are supposed to be wiped down and sanitized frequently.. I can only imagine what the showers look like. I will never return to this location again.

Why is it they allow local box trucks to use this lot as their yard and also allow them to park their personal cars in the truck lot to save a spot for themselves. This is just wrong but if you dont want us over the road drivers to stay here just say so and I will be more than happy to bring my business elsewhere

Got this cool new mask thing..... my only complaint is and its with All pilots and Fly Js, as a pick-up truck that always gets fuel/def from you, why dont we get the rewards like the big trucks? I hold a 36gal tank, never will I get 75 at a time. But thats for corporate. Any enjoyed my transactions today

Sign says masks required, yet none of the workers in store nor huddle house wearing one. Standing around not doing anything. Fuel pumps all jelled up and inoperable. Parking lot is atrocious with ice and snow, not even sidewalks are shoveled or salted down. Its 9 pm right now. This is completely unacceptable for this chain. Every truck stop Ive been to have complied with the masks. This is the first where apparently noone cares about anyone elses health. I used to stop here all the time on way back east, but after tonight not anymore.

Vegetarian pizza had pickles, olives, pepper, spinach and mushrooms 👍The stuff was friendly, too.

Was not too loud, during the night. Could hear semis and loud music was bumping from store. Was about 20 other car/van campers.Guys restroom was disgusting during the night and the following morning. But, able to get some sleep without issues.

I go often for propane refill on an RV. They’re always fast and friendly.

At their huddle house restaurant i Waited 20 minutes until they took my order they served me could coffee took about 50 minutes to get my food then from the bar where I was sitting I looked up and sealing roof was falling down and to top it off people ware very rude and sort of disgusting waiter scratching her hair badly like something was crawling in there,I wont ever go there again

I dont know why Pilot and Flying J has card readers at the pumps if they cant read the cards. I stopped at 3 different centers today and every time I got the please see cashier message.

Showers are small. The water in my and my mans shower the water wasnt all that hot for me it was like warm but still a little cold. But then my man the water for him was hotter then mine. The water goes everywhere including when u turn on the sink we had shower 6.

The worst experience I have had ever with a gas station. Paid inside for gas and pump stopped working at .06 cents. Had paid for 20. Instead of trying to fix the problem kept getting told wrong information and that I could call corporate. Called their guest service and was hung up on multiple times. Service reps there were still telling me wrong information. I was told to call back in the morning to speak with credit, called back and was told that I couldnt speak with credit and that they would send them an email and I should hear something within an hour. Lies. Called back and took a while finally for somebody to get me a rep in credit. My issue is still unresolved. Doesnt make sense that this was their mistake but everything is out of their hands. Take responsibility, your pump messed up and Im without gas and my money.

Worst flying j ever!! Never got any breakfast food in the morning,lazy! Driving a lot east to west and back using this truck stop and always the same picture. I have to drive hungry to the next truck stop!!! Pieced off

Thank you to the manager who took my call today at 1:30pm, even though I had the wrong number. He was very kind and understanding, he even gave me the correct number to call. Sir (sorry I dont remember your name) if Im ever in the same situation again (God forbid) i hope Im fortunate enough to make it to your store.

I waited on shower over 2 hours, .,, just 3 ppl ahead .,,, so long and so crazy not respectfully from other drivers, so, kinda hot happy about, !!But other that that good place, friendly staff!

I can’t stand people traveling through and always complaining about a truck stop lol ITS A TRUCK STOP!!!!!!They were made for us to begin with. If you don’t like truck stops, then go to 7-11 lol but my goodness stop complaining.It’s for truckers!!!!👍👍👍👍

The huddle house restaurant is the worst. Me and my girlfriend sat about 15 or 20 minutes waiting on service. The waitress finally came told us the cook said no more orders he was swamped. There was a total of 8 or 10 customer in the restaurant. One waitress dealing with the customer. Never again

Huddle house needs a better staff. Third time here and nothing has changed, still slow and cant get order right. Upside is the j has good showers so the morning isnt a total loss.

This place is just slowly rotting away. Two of the four gas pumps in the RV lanes have been out of service for MONTHS, and a third one the keypad is not functioning. So, if you need the keypad for a transaction, and you need gasoline, you have the choice of one pump. Just looking around the exterior of the place, I have no doubt nothing will ever be done. Choose another option, there are plenty of better places to fuel up in the area.

Showers are ok, I miss the sent of bleach you use to be able to tell someone cleaned and disinfected. Stay away from the restaurant, I dont see how they could pass any heath inspections poor hygiene by waitresses and served half cooked food. Washer and dryers dont do anything but make noise and take your money. I dont know how many years it has been since someone steamed cleaned the fuel island, half of the fuel pumps are always closed, air lines are always broken, no parking enforcement, parking lot smells like stale urine bad and trash is never picked up. Fed Ex box is never supplied. Poorly managed and run truck stop.

Store was clean but they were out of all the coffee except intense & decaf. WTH?!?! They were out of most everything that had to do with coffee actually. Giving it 2 stars due to cleanliness of store.

One particular employee got rude with me several time. We normally visit a truck stop more than once if we know its a good one as far as customer service but my husband and I will refuse to visit this one again. I had money thrown at me and then the next morning when she started to get an attitude I asked her what her problem was she never answered but tried to insist I take my items for free. I explained no and told her I wanted to pay. She refused to ring me up so I just walked out. Cant believe they have people working there that treat people that way.

My husband and I always stop everytime we drive through and its always almost 10 by the time we make it. And these people are hard working and very respectful. The showers are always clean and the maintenance man is always so nice, dont remember his name but he has long reddish blonde hair. Real nice gentlemen. And the young lady who cooks the food, the one with the little baby girl, is also so sweet she is always running around trying to finish up by the time we get in but she still makes us 9 flats even though she has stopped cooking for the night, we really appreciate you guys for all you do. This is a pretty good Flying J. When I came through today the fuel Islands were stocked nicely with fresh wiper fluid and paper towels. The inside had plenty of PJ fresh food.

They call it a hot bar for a reason. Food is HOT. in this case food was NOT. Bought an sunrise burger and it was refrigerated cold, watery, flat out nasty.

Traveling over the road with my husband, #3 shower had the best shower pressure that I have had in a long time. Only 3 stars because it wasnt the cleanest & parking lot had 3 swimming pools (lol) in it. We didnt eat there so I dont know about the food. Great shower pressure!!! :)

Seems like they need more staff on the early shift. When I got up there were piles of garbage around the cans that sat there until the afternoon. Huddle House was also short staffed, so the lone server that was there was run ragged. Eventually several people showed up to make it manageable. I have no complaint about the shower, it was clean and well maintained and available when I needed it.

Store was very clean. Staff were helpful and very customer oriented. Kudos to the Manager James. Restaurant- Huddle In The House is also here and the staff were fast and friendly.

920am, after driving all night i came in to shower and it was freezing. No heat and doors open. Last i checked it was 50 degrees outside. Food was great at the huddle house though.

We parked overnight to kill some time. We went inside to the lounge and watched TV for a while. Nothing spectacular but was very adequate.

The RV pumps were giving us problems but Heather was so polite and helpful. She got the issues fixed and we were on our way in no time. We had similar problems at another location but the customer service was so bad we left unhappy. Thank you so much Heather. Looking forward to seeing you on our return trip

The old man said they don’t have showers. While they had 15 of them clean and ready to go,,, I saw the cashier saying the same to 3 other customers,,,,,,, but you can book through the MY PILOT APP and get a shower .

Gas attendees were not enjoying their jobs and making very loud statements about not having to serve whom they dont want too. Very distasteful making it feel were intruding and not very welcome.

This used to be a really good flying j, but since pilot bought them out theyve all gone down hill. I should have tried to make it to Sayre, its a lot better.

These nice fresh looking apples have actually been fully exposed for the last 30+ hours with no signs of oxidation. Wonder what kind of preservatives it took to accomplish that.

Usually get fueled up here but latte two visit was not good..restroom were filthy, no paper towels,trashes were overfilled. Tonight I had the rudest service. The cashier saw me standing in front of the hot food but refuse to ask if I needed help. What was left in was all over dried.. dont.. but definitely dont need to get treated like that by a cashier

This place was awful. I give the one star because at least the servers were friendly although they didnt seem to notice their lack lustre performance as actual servers. The cook brought out my food and cutlery for goodness sake. Tables werent bussed and Im definitely feeling ill 8 hrs later from my meal-judging from how woozy and headachy I feel. I couldnt stomach using the washroom so I jumped into my truck and went over to the TA instead.I hope I never have to stop here again. Sorry to the workers who do put an effort in.

Outdoor WiFi needs to be improved. Parked in back near one of the transmitters and connection was awful. Can’t even check mail what’s the point of paying for the upgraded version?

No food available in hot case at 10:30 this morning except a breakfast bisquit that has probably been there since 5am.Pilot Flying J have hot cases but often the personnel just dont keep them filled with hot food and make excuses when asked why there is nothing to eat.Flying J corporate offices phone system changed recently so there is no longer an option to make comments about store experiences.Thats how mych Pilot Flying J care about truckers. They dont even want to talk to them.

Gas and food(Huddle House) first time trying it and was great!

I gave one star because I cant give less. The showers are fine and the people were friendly...as far as the store goes. The flying j deli has mediocre food at best. The huddle house here absolutely SUCKS...food was burnt but cold when served. They messed up my husbands food..remade it...and it was still cold and burnt. The Sausage patties were harder and darker than charcoal brickettes for your grill. I made 2 attempt to call the owner to complain and got voice mail and no call back. This awful place needs to go quickly before people get sick.

This has been by far the worst flying J I have ever been too. The staff is extremely friendly although understaffed. Registers werent working, extremely long lines, showers were dirty. This place goes against everything Flying Js stands for.

My last review was 6 months ago about the horrible coffee and it has not changed. This time I was here at 8am when you would expect the freshest coffee.

Nice grassy area. Have lots of anemities including shower, restaurant and lounge.

The shower was the best,plenty of pressure AND hotwater.The food was excellent in the restaurant.

Love the manager here always makes sure my food is perfect!
