What I love about this place is that its always super clean and well organized. You will be amazed what you can find here.Prices are reasonable but not the best around. The pharmacy is always super busy. The parking lot is super big and can accommodate the dozens of people that stop by here at all time.Check out is fast most of the time. The people that work here are great. Sometimes you can come across a few that seem like they dont like their job but over all the majority of the employees are great.
Henry is amazing in the Pharmacy. He always makes me feel welcome and important. Henry always gives me excellent service and makes sure Im taken care of professionally.
I did not have a mask on when I entered the shop. And so naturally I requested for one. But I was surprised when the clerk told me that I had to pay 50 cents in order to be issued one. She said I could not shop if I did not have a facemask. I literally had to pay for the mask just so I could buy one flunase prescription. That was a first for me. I was shocked. I shop around most major retailers including CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart etc. And they all provide masks for free. Never before have I ever had to pay for a mask. Masks are supposed to be free and they are very readily available everywhere. Why did you charge me for it?
The pharmacy has been very helpful. I moved to a different area in the city but I continue to use this pharmacy because their customer service.
I always receive excellent customer service when shopping at this store, especially from the weekend team!
Thank you Sharon. I now have a reason to chose CVS over Walgreens every time :) great service thank you
The actual store itself is great, however, when dealing with the pharmacy and staff members its usually very unpleasant. I fill my prescriptions here every month because of the close location, and every month I have issues. I have gotten bad information from several of the pharmacy employees about drug interactions, and simple OTC questions. Most recently I called to check on one of my monthly prescriptions, it required prior auth through my doctor and insurance, so I called to see what the status was. The woman who answered asked me what I was needing, so I explained to her that I was calling to check on the status of my prior authorization. While I was telling her this, I could hear her having an entirely different conversation with someone else. She came back to our conversation and said Im sorry.... what did you want? So I asked again. She said we havent heard anything back from your doctor, maybe tomorrow and that was that. However, she didnt ask my name, nor my DOB. So was that just the status quo of the day? Probably. When I called today, I got one of the few very kind and efficient employees, who did get all of the necessary information from me before answering my questions. I will say though, having to deal with flat out rudeness from the majority their employees makes it that much sweeter when you finally get to speak with a kind one. So if you dont mind dealing with a few issues and inaccurate, unprofessional behavior 80%-90% of the time, this is the place for you!
I live near this place so I tend to drop by. The employees are always pretty nice, but the sales/pricing scheme is a major put-off. Apparently, to benefit from any of the sales prices, you have to sign up for the CVS card. I shouldnt have to jump through hoops to shop somewhere, not when there are so many other options.
I have Medicare. Medication prices are afortable. Mike is low priced. Check sales for more good prices.
CVS is a top-notch pharmacy, and now that they are buying Aetna insurance, they will have even more options to provide for your health. The pharmacy is excellent, and you can do some shopping while youre waiting for your prescription to be filled.
The staff especially in the pharmacy are so kind, courteous, and go beyond to help. I’m glad to be a customer!!
All of the staff of CVS are courteous, helpful, kind & friendly. They are close by which is an added bonus. I love this store!!
Staff is always very friendly and professional always willing to help and service is very fast compare to other stores, the pharmacy personnel is a team that work together and focus on great customer service, friendly and fast service they are awesome!!!! I love coming to this store :)
Usually the clerks that are at the checkout are courteous and friendly. My last visit is the exception, an older gentleman was rude for no reason. The line was backed up with customers, so the original clerk asked over the loud speaker asks for assistance to open up another line. The gentleman opened up the other register and kindly waited on a customer in front of me in line. I saw that there was an opportunity to be waited on and complete my purchase so I went over. This unprofessional incompetent man instructs me to go to the back of the line like I am a child. I had been waiting in line for a long time already and was trying to help by alleviating the amount of customers in one line and going over to the other and this man decides to excercise his pitiful false authority and be nasty to a CVS card holding loyal customer. Disgusting and Disrespectful, I will avoid this place from now on.
This store needs a lot of help. I came in and nobody cared to greet me or help find products that I came in for so I left empty handed. I spoke with the manager Brant later who didnt care at all and basically just blew me off. Wow!Im going to Walgreens!
Courteous staff & generous prices.
Great Drug Store.
Customer service really crappy. Asked for help finding something and they told me it wasnt their job.
Very helpful
Good
A young woman cashier, I was in a hurry, but I felt like it would be awkward to do some cashier work, but I made a mistake and gave away a small amount of change. Lowest
