Only been in once, but I was satisfied with my visit. Had a lot of back issues and a good selection. They even had a couple comics I couldnt find at other shops. Definitely plan to return to go through their stock to fill out my collection. Staff was friendly as well.

Went there today just to see if I could find any good western comics to read to pass the time until my stimulus check comes in then I’ll be going back to buy a few more they had a good selection of old vintage western comic books so yes I’ll be back for more very soon I can highly recommend this place ....

Came for the comics, staying for the friends and community! This is more than a comic shop, it is a gem in the community. Super Hero school is an awesome free program for kids (and entertaining for adults), and wonderful volunteers dress up to portray their characters. I discovered this place (and comics in general) on Free Comic Book Day, due to numerous super heroes running around. Do NOT miss this shop on Free Comic Book Day! They even have their own Convention in the summer! The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My boyfriend and I have been interested in checking this place out for awhile. I read several reviews about how welcoming and awesome the staff are and from the photos, the selection looked great! Which it most definitely was! So with all the excitement built up, we finally decided to check it out! When we arrived, the electricity was out because of the storm, but they still remained open and explained upon arrival about the lack of electricity and it was temporarily cash only. Okay, cool. It felt like being in the bat cave, so no worries at all. We looked around and I found a couple of comic books that Ive been looking for. The only problem we ran into, was when we went to pay for our items. I paid for my books and my boyfriend asked about starting a subscription. The guy checking us out replied To what? So in my point of view if you have new customers come in and interested in a subscription and checking out your store, you would be more accommodating. My boyfriend replied with, Well a bunch of stuff, do you have a list I can mark off? We were then provided the subscription list. It seemed like the employee didnt really want to take the time to talk to us about it. I dont know, it felt like maybe they were having a bad day, which made us feel very unwelcome. We wont be back because the lack of customer service. Maybe we did catch them on a bad day, with electricity out and all, but it still turned us off to coming back.

They definitely have a lot of stuff. But if you want a subscription youre better off going to DZ comics or All Star comics unless you want to wait 2 months to be guaranteed anything and you have to pay in advance.

Ash Costello is hiding al the Fort night x Batman comics books from ME!?!?!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?!?!? I know I thaught crazy two!?!?! I come in and say I want the Fortnight Batman comic book and he tell me do dance from Fortnight game!!! I say NOOOOO!!! I don’t know the fortkite dance I am 42!!! I want two sell book to children......... not do dance from game!!! WHAT?!?!?!?! Why he make me I only want book!!!!!! Brings me much displeasement and angry? He says he has no more and I don’t beileve because YouTube man says the comics books are sold everywhere? They can be order online!!! He say no scalping two fans?!? I am not scalping the fans!!!! I’m selling book to children

I LOVE this store! If you havent ever been you definitely should try it out!The people are great and helpful. I have a brother that is a huge comic book fan and when I need help they are always right there with advice. Plus, if you have never been there for FREE COMIC book day in May you should!! I get every issue and variant of any comic I want here. They have a subscription where you can pre-order all the comics you look forward to every month. Ive traveled all over America and this is my favorite comic book shop. Thanks Tom for all the help getting my Spawn comics.

I have a bunch of good things to say about my recent trip to New World Comics.One thing that I really liked and caught my attention immediately was the display with local comic book creators. Very few places give list creators such a prominent placement. It means a lot to me to see that.With events like their Superhero School, their dedication to the community is clear.The store was organized well. The lighting was great. The selection was right on target and the staff was both attentive and nice.I bought a new comic and a graphic novel while I was there and Im looking forward to going back and supporting them in the future. You should too.

Ive been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Super friendly and approachable staff, who also hold a great local comic con once a year. Great selection of back issues, and I enjoy that the focus of the store is 98% comics (not so much games and toys). Best shop in Oklahoma.

Great selection of comics and super friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable about the comics in the store and can point you in the right direction when you are looking for something new. They have many great events too, such as Super Hero School every other weekend. They also have what I feel are the best sales on free comic book day as well. Absolutely amazing experience! I came in from three hours out of town today and not only did they have all the comics I was looking for and more, they were even putting on a show with people in costumes of every character from the spider-verse!! Amazing!! 15/10 would visit again!!

This is one of my favorite comic stores in the north Oklahoma City area. They have a vast selection of well-organized back issues, new issues and graphic novels, reasonable prices, and a helpful, friendly staff. The store is large, well-lit, clean, and welcoming to everyone. I also appreciate that the long boxes are on low tables so that people who are on the shorter side can reach the backs of the boxes without standing on tiptoes. They often have really good sales and events for families and children. I highly recommend checking out this store when visiting Oklahoma City.

We went for Super Hero school Saturday and it was a whole lot of fun. My 3 year old son loved it. I used to come to this comic book shop when I was a kid and always liked their huge selection of comic books and memorabilia. They have even more stuff these days and do some things in weekends and such. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here and well definitely be back for Super Hero school.

This place is amazing! We went to check out their Superhero School on Saturday mornings. My kids loved it. The store is a little disorganized and messy and could use a good cleaning, but their selection is amazing and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back more often.

Fantastic. Ive been coming here for years, and I havent set foot in another comic book store since. The owner and his staff are incredible. Dont know what to read? Tell them what you like, or are interested in and they will find something for you! The conversation you can have at the store alone is priceless. Nuff said.

They dont have the biggest selection of back issue comics but they have a good selection and have plenty of new comics to pick from, subscriptions for now comics you can sign up for and just pay when they come in, as well as plenty of other things for you to do such as a rentable VR area, plenty of board games to buy, cards, computers to play on, novelties and even a small cafe. It is a very clean place and I appreciate the fact that they have plenty of things for kids to do. I will be bringing my child there when he gets older. Its a great place.

Came in to look for board games. There are far more comics than there are games. They had a really nice selection of comics, though. Well definitely come here when were in the market for comics.

Edit: although if you bring your kid in on a day that theyre not having SHS, the employees will tend to talk about your family as if youre not standing there. The place looks like it was set up overnight, but everytime Ive come in the employees let me browse forever and dont hassle me. If I need anything they will always clear things up for me because their knowledge of comics is bonkers. Deep dive nerd place where you wont feel intimidated or belittled.

Nothing. I traded some Silver Age comic books for Xmen#14 and 2 Bat man comic books. Anyways when I opened it it fell apart the front and back cover. Before that happened the owner said it was A very good condition now its a 1.0. The owner knew I didnt mean to do it but said I was stuck with it. Forget going there. Do not go here. It was scattered around sloppy very sloppy

Buck (the owner) is one of few good people that I know personally that also run a business. He is a straight shooter. If you have comics to sell, and he sees nothing there, he will tell you. If you bring in a real find, he is going to pay the fairest (to both parties) price that he can. He sells anyone that will walk in the door, and usually make a friend in the process. If you are new or tired of what you are reading he and the veteran reader staff can make a recommendation along with whatever you can think of. If you have a kid that is really into whatever superhero or team, or show, they can recommend something similar, if not the back issues that make up the history of that concept or character. If you have kids that like superheroes or if you are a big kid that likes em too, come on down every other Saturday (usually, give them a call to check) and see cosplayers teaching about the they are portraying. Superhero School is for all ages, and dont worry about the villains that show up, they are properly wrangled for everyones safety!
