Shipley is amazing. The staff is so kind. They even bought some fundraiser items from my son when we went through the drive through. Shipley is an every Sunday morning stop for my family!

This is just your average donut shop with the exception of the cream filled donut. I would be happy with just a cup of the cream filling, its the best around! Communication is difficult. It took 5 out 6 tries for her to understand what I was asking and then again what I wanted.

Excellent donuts. First time having a kolache. It was just ok. Needs to be filled more expected more for the price rather small otherwise cool small donut place to check out.

The employee that helped me was very very nice, but did not give me what I asked for. My daughter wanted a donut birthday party so I figured Shipleys would be the best! I asked for 2 dozen sprinkle donuts. Said no specific color, any color, but all sprinkle donuts. After they put them all in the box, they seal it with tape. So you cant even really double check your order without holding up the line. Got home and opened it up and discovered I was just given 2 dozen of a random assortment! I had to rearrange the assortment and put the most colorful ones in one box and all the others in the other. The kids will not want a solid dozen of these donuts and we are so so very disappointed.

Honestly if I could have not selected a star to leave a review I definitely wouldn’t had. I eat here almost daily, well that will stop and I’ll take my business elsewhere. I never have a problem with the correct order when Kelly(I’m hoping that’s her name) is working. So the Asian gentleman gives me a jalapeño kolache, I call to tell them because I don’t eat them and the Asian lady tells me I’m just calling to complain….Wow no lady you need to be aware. What if I had an allergic reaction or anyone else for that matter. Rudeness at its finest

This place gave me food poisoning. I ordered two kolaches and 6 donuts. I live only a few minutes away from the place. So I have no idea why my food was cold not even warm. I should of just thrown it away but I was hungry. That’s why I bought the food. Not even hour later I’m throwing up non stop for 12 hours. I think they were sitting out all morning. The donuts were hard as a rock but the twisted ones. I spent almost $20 bucks here don’t waste your money here as I did.

These guys are always there with a warm smile and warm doughnuts. Great place to visit for fresh food at a great price.

Shipley Do-Nuts has been a part of my life since I was 16 years old I am 67 years young from Houston Texas to the state of Oklahoma Avery good eatable treat, back in the day it stayed open 24 hours. I highly recommend these Do-Nuts!!!

This use to be my go to breakfast spot but im not coming here anymore because they literally doubled the prices. i like to come here cause its good and its not stupid expensive but i spent 10 on just an iced coffee and two kolaches which cost me 5 dollars two weeks ago. even one of the employees there told me the prices are still going up. bad business move guys

One of the worst experiences ever at the new store on NW Expsy. We went this am at 9am. They had very little stock. No Kolaches. The place was dirty with trash on the floor behind the counter near the food, flies and it was so hot you could see the toppings were melted on the few donuts they had Staff appeared poorly trained. No customer service. Very disappointed.!

Been here twice and both times they were on point. Prices a little high, but good glazed donuts, both glazed and cinnamon twist donuts, bear claws and cinnamon rolls. My daughter says the glazed donuts here are the best she has ever had. Will definitely be returning.

Ive heard a lot of good things about Shipleys and couldnt wait to try it. I got a cappuccino, donut, and kolache. The cappuccino was just a powder mixed with water, so pretty average. I enjoyed the donut. Nothing out of this world, but it was good. Then I tried the kolache... it tasted rancid. I didnt finish it and even spit part of it out, but that didnt matter. I ended up with some pretty nasty stomach issues for the rest of the day and Im still not at 100% more than 24 hours later.

These are the best tasting donuts and the employees are so helpful and friendly.

My wife and I visited in the late morning on 1/30. We went inside to avoid the long drive through. We were helped by a woman who has working so frantically, it was hard to hear her and for her to keep our order straight. It was only when we got home that we realized our order wasnt correct. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the food still tasted alright but the overall experience was disappointing. If management reads, please tell your staff to slow down, take a deep breath, and listen to the customer. I know the employees are trying to serve people as fast as possible but Id rather wait in a line and have a pleasant experience than feel like team is in a dead sprint to get me out of the door.

Never been a huge donut fan, but this place is AMAZING! The staff is also very friendly, which I love. Only and I mean only thing negative is that they only make donuts in the morning even though they are open til 5, and our family is not what you would call morning people, Ive came at 11am and they are out of bear claws and butterfly rolls. Thats my only complaint. Please start having a mid shift person come in to make fresh hot items like the bear claws etc.... the donuts you always sale out of. They are so amazing, I come just about everyday lately and 70% of the time out of my bear claws, and guys I need em. Haha. Thanks Shipleys

Always a good choice for donuts. The chocolate filled ones are my favorite, a plain round donut filled with soft chocolaty goodness. Yumm!

Love going to this place for donuts! Their kolaches are BIG and delicious. But they run out quickly so I try to get there early, if Im wanting some of these.

First I want to say that the lady at the window was an absolute delight and we adored her! She was funny and helpful and just the sweetest! Definitely made the morning better. The donuts were fresh and delicious.

Pretty good donuts. A little pricey for donuts, but the quality is good. I gave it 4 stars due to what you can find in similar quality for a little less in price and it was a little busy with dirty tables (which can be expected on a busy Saturday morning). Overall good experience and enjoyed the trip with my family. Really liked the nostalgic feel.

I went to Shipleys yesterday and was very disappointed, the cinnamon rolls and twists looked like mini cinnamon roll and twists . I know what Shipleys donuts are supposed to taste and look like because in TEXAS, I visited and ate Shipleys donuts all the time. Also, last week cinnamon rolls were hard as a brick, got all the way home and was getting ready to eat and couldnt, what a waste of money . This is last time I will be buying donuts here.

This place is amazing! Always great customer service and when order to much didn’t hesitate and helped carry items to vehicle. The only place I go for doughnuts since they have opened up and will continue to go here.

Just ordered 3 ham and cheese kolaches on Postmates. I received 3 sausage and cheese kolaches instead. I wasnt contacted in regards to any changes on my order. I did not pay for sausage and cheese kolaches. Fresh ham and cheese kolaches should have been made if they were out of stock and I should have been notified. You cannot just send whatever you want to a customer because you dont want to make products you have listed on your menu.

They have a wide range of donut flavors/types to choose from and the prices are affordable. The service is fast and friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite.

I just went through drive-thru and ordered a variety of 2 dozen doughnuts and a strawberry and chocolate milk. This is the second time Ive been tended by this woman, Im not sure of her name, but her kindness and patience put me in a great mood. She always greets me with a happy GOOD MORNING!! I know she has good days and bad days I am sure, but she was very refreshing, I would love for her to see this and want her to know that I appreciate her.

Terrible experience! The lady at the window did not greet me, she just stared so I assumed she was ready to take my order. I asked her for 1/2 a dozen of kolaches which she immediately turned around to fill the order, not giving me a chance to ask her for 1/2 a dozen of glazed doughnuts. When she gave me the first half of my order I asked her for the doughnuts and she seriously said under her breath but also enough for me to hear her, why didnt you tell me that the first time, I hate walking back and forth. And then she proceeded to passively aggressively ask me, baby is that all you need? I told her no that would be it. Then she gave me the doughnuts, charged my card, and didnt offer a receipt. When I was driving off I could hear her say, there is something wrong with you. I couldnt believe the attitude. Someone needs to get her out of there before she blows a gasket. Im sorry I inconvenienced you by giving you my business. I will not be returning.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Would leave 0 stars if I could. The man at the drive thru did not even offer a receipt. The selection was extremely limited it seemed like they were out of everything. By the time we finally could order we ended up with the wrong things and one of the kolaches was EMPTY(I will attempt to attach the picture). In addition ALL of the food was cold. The food wasnt satisfactory in the slightest. Total waste of gas, time, and life.

Came in at 7am or so. Staff was nice and glazed donuts were pretty good. I cant vouch for old Shipleys taste but Id say this is the spot if youre down the street. The only reason Im not giving 5 star is just because the taste isnt so good to make it seem better than another donut place where I get a free fresh donut when I walk in, and theres a base neutral flavor and appearance to all the donuts. Not a lot of fun holiday themes or new flavors going on like in other donut shops.

My daughter drove through and we were on the phone. The guy said they had no ham and cheese kelachis only sausage and the sausage and jalapeño she ordered 3 sausage and one sausage jalapeño 2 butter flies and a chocolate donut. She paid did not get a receipt and in the bag was one kelachi with nothing In it one with a sliver of ham and cheese one jalapeño and sausage then only one butterfly instead of two and a dry cinnamon roll and a chocolate iced doughnut. So she was missing a lot and has a horrible cinnamon roll. For over 12 bucks she was ripped off. The phone number is disconnected so you can’t call to ask what happened. The guy didn’t have a clue what they had and not providing a receipt is questionable. I am disappointed as I had to make breakfast because this was trash!

The staff was great the lady that met us at the drive thru window made the experience extremely joyful and my 16 year old said the doughnuts were good.

Just went and they were already out of kolaches by 10 am. Were from out of town and drove hours to get here so we could have Shipleys donuts and kolaches. We used to get Shipleys when we lived in Houston and were looking forward to getting some in OKC. They didnt even let us know when more kolaches would be made so we could come back and get some later today while were in town. Definitely a let down.

I have been to many Shipley donuts since I lived in houston.. I was excited to find out that there would be a Shipley donuts near me. I was very disappointed about the donuts they wasnt warm at all and they was out of drinks...I will probably wait till I go back to houston to get my shipley fix.

This was my first visit so I ordered a small sampling of glazed, filled and cake donuts. The filled and cake donuts were fresh but the glazed donuts tasted old. The service was excellent. Since this was my first visit I will try them again.

Well I went in and ordered regular kolaches for my boss, later when my boss and I were eating them, they had jalapenos in them, we could not eat them because we cant stand jalapenos. The staff should be aware that there are regular kolaches with out jalapenosand some that have jalapenos in them.

Store is extremely clean and the staff is always friendly from the few times I have been. Seriously good donuts, I’m happy they opened a store in this part of town.

Best Donuts in the state of Oklahoma hands down. The people complaining that they were out of donuts need to shut up. You want to know why theyre out? Because theyre just that damn good.
