Visited this place multiple times so far.Every time I take mini box with 6 donuts.Taste is good. My only complaint is they preserve the donuts inside of the transparent refrigerator instead of outside even they made few hours back. These donuts feel like little colder instead of fresh.Please cater customers hot donuts instead of cold one.

There’s absolutely no consistency in the size of the donuts. One donut is 4in and 1 1/2in thick. The other is 3in and 3/4 in thick. I also had two chocolate covered kreme filled or should I say unfilled donuts. I normally never complain but the quality of these donuts are rapidly going down hill.

Supply inside low and only one staff member working cash register. Line of people, they did best they could but a wait. Vanilla latte barely had coffee. Was milk and vanilla.

I asked for an iced caramel coffee with whip and caramel drizzle. I also asked if they could put cream and sugar in it. I was handed packets of sugar and creamer. Ok, fine, whatever. But when I tried to take a drink, all the caramel sauce was congealed on the bottom. Most places use a thinner caramel syrup when they add it to drinks, not the thick caramel topping. They didnt even stir it before they handed it out. It needed all of the cream and sugar because the coffee itself was not that good. The only good donuts are the glazed ones. The others always have a chemical taste to them now. The cream filling is good though. The selection of donuts has decreased significantly since the last time I was there several years ago.

Ordered and paid online for a holiday special. Went to pick up 8 hours later, at specified time, and they didn’t have half of the order. They could have called me. Substitutions were of lower dollar amount donuts. They won’t fool me again! I won’t be back!

Employees have no idea what they are doing. Coffee was made wrong 3 times and took forever for them to take my order because they didnt know how to work the pos system. There were no other customers in the store too.

Dear staff,My family and I travel miles once and a blue moon to visit KK. As I use to as a child. The customer service WE experience now is never like the experience I had as a child.I remember the staff smiling,along you feel welcomed and excited to taste a fresh glazed donut.Why is it the opposite now? Who peed in your Cheerios? If the staff isnt enjoying their job environment than the customers arent enjoying their experience.Dear CEO,WHATS going on here? Influence kindness and mindfulness to your employees.I feel if an employee enjoys their job than the effect will prosper more customers.Please give a raise, help with scheduling, hire more staff, etc. just please reach my expectations. Ordered haloween dozen online with a confirmed time and date. I arrive and am told they sold the donuts I paid for already. I drove 40 minutes to pick these up for a party.

My donuts were ok I feel they were good but not as good as they used to be for the price one should never ever get donuts that are a day old .... Im just saying,but the manager Curtis made it right for me so I give them 3 ⭐⭐⭐

I do not recommend sitting inside to enjoy your glorious donuts. The inside was gross. Dead bugs, windows were covered in grime and the floors needed a good soak and deep clean. Our donuts were just as amazing as they always are but we certainly took ours to go and hit the road early for our trip.

Pros: warm doughnutsAt the end of a cold winter day we saw that red light and we had to stop for hot chocolate and warm doughnuts. The wait was about 12 min. We ordered 3 original glazed $3.79 and unfortunately they were out of hot chocolate. They threw in a free doughnut and all was good. These things melt in your mouth when they are freshly made!

This location always seem to have a limited selection when ordering online, especially when they have special flavors (When they do have them) for limited amount of time. Really ordering online is what I do since we live so far away from this location. I really wish they would do better since there are not many Locations in Oklahoma.

Went in for vaccine donuts. Sunday early afternoon. Very friendly staff. Outstanding customer service. No whining about giving free COVID donuts!! Thumbs up to the brother in red shirt!!

We had one car in front of us and waited at the drive thru for over 5 minutes before anyone spoke. Ordered a strawberry lemonade chiller, the guy with curly hair at the window was informed he had the wrong drink, and he seemed annoyed and asked if we wanted him to remake it. We stated yes and that’s when he closed the window, sat the cup down on a counter, waited a few minutes as we watched him before he proceeded to come back to the window and hesitantly hand us the same drink that we told him we did not order in the first place.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme I have ever gotten donuts from. The donuts did not taste fresh and their customer service is horrible. They need to train with other franchises that set the bar much higher. Flat terrible!

The guy at the speaker box and window couldnt hear anything. Our order though, of 5 different donuts and Lattes were crafted correctly. We came after my grandmothers covid shot. Bless his heart. Couldnt hear for ish.

Havent been to Krispy Creme for about a year. I was a little underwhelmed of the variety and selection. Staff was nice though. They have a ton of drink options to choose from so that was nice. Location was interesting but right next to Sams club and Costco.

The donuts were delicious. However, on a separate visit I entered the establishment to purchase a gift card. It took a few minutes for someone to notice I had walked up to the counter. The employee proceeded to tell me that they were out of gift cards and then stared at me blankly. I turned to leave slowly, in hopes of being offered a free donut. However, I was not. Is the free donut when you enter the store not a thing anymore? Did I miss the memo?

Very clean establishment and friendly service. Would have given 5 stars if someone acknowledged us when we came in. We had to stand there for a bit after being seen before someone said hello and helped us, but he was nice.

Very slow service for what really goes on here. The 2 times I went there it is amazing to watch how ineffecient these employees are. You have hundreds of donuts coming down a conveyor line!!! You pick these up and put them into a box, ring up the sale and hand over the donuts. I typed this faster than you can get donuts at these restaurants.

Terrible every time! They are ALWAYS out of most flavors other stores carry. The staff is unorganized, rude, and clueless about anything you ask them. The last two trips, there was a problem with the card reader. Donuts are usually dry. Bathrooms are usually dirty. Wish there was another one. Tulsas store is better.

If I could rate this with no star I would. My dad and I ordered donuts and a drink, we got our donuts fast obviously because its just throwing them in a box. Our drink was never made or even started and 10+ people that came in after us were getting their stuff and leaving. The clearly new kid working up there’s only response was “we have to attend the customers that come in” as more and more kept coming. So you can imagine how long I was going to be waiting for someone to even start a Small sized mocha.

Ordered online with their app due to the new promo for the lemonade donuts. Went through the drive through amd they gave us the donuts and qere going to send us on our way without the drinks that were ordered too. While waiting for the drinks, we checked the donuts to find that they just gave us the plain lemonade donuts instead of the lemonade lover donuts. They took the donuts back and seemed to be confused at what the lemonade lover donuts were and asked us what they were suppose to be. Being its new, we took a guess but after looking it up again, there are 4 kinds of donuts and you are suppose to get 3 of each. They gave us 3 kinds leaving out the 4th donut. This was my first time at this location and I would be surprised if I were to ever go back due to this experience. On a plus note, the donuts were good for the ones we did get and our drinks tasted good too.

Honestly, in my mind at least, they have changed some of the ingredients over the last 10 or so years... they just arent near as light and soft as they use to be.But, the staff is amazing!!

We were so excited for Krispy Kreme since we’ve been living over seas the past 5 years. We ordered 2 glazed donuts and planned to order a dozen at 6:30pm when the hot light came on.The moment I bit into my donut I spit it out. The taste was off and so was the smell. It tasted like chemicals.As excited as we were about the hot light, we won’t be back.

Got a dozen free donuts for my birthday and the staff was super friendly.

I made an online order at 8am. I just need a dozen of the new Tropical favors and key lime glaze. I called in at 10am to make sure they have my order because we were going to pick it up at 10:45pm. So I was afraid that it will be gone by then. I told someone that they need to keep everything aside. They said they would. They said they are planning to make more pina colada and it would be ready by 10:45pm. My bf called again in the afternoon to confirm and make sure it was ready. They said they have it ready. He came at 10:45pm and the only thing they have was the pina colada. They didnt have others that I wanted. This was very disappointed. I flew from Colorado that day. Colorado locations works better Than here. Never order here again.

Terrible! It’s been years since I’ve had a Krispy Kreme doughnut so my family and I decided to stop by yesterday and get one. The guy at the drive thru window seemed very confused with each donut I ordered and was very unfriendly. I knew right away the donut holes looked odd. My kids wouldn’t even eat them! They had a sticky glaze on them and they were very dry. This is the worst donut I have ever had, 711 donuts taste better! $22 wasted. Big disappointment and will not be returning.

Every time I come to this location they are saying they can’t serve this or they can’t serve that after certain time I’ve never heard of that it doesn’t even say that on their website that they can’t serve coffee after a certain time it’s a donut shop... it’s always one thing or another and the people who work there have a terrible attitude the last time I got there donuts they were cold and also every time I try to order a drink they say it is not available on and they have a terrible attitude this location needs some help.

Unfortunately, the staff at this location are entirely without the training necessary to both perform their duties satisfactorily and treat other human beings with the level of respect that is expected in decent society. With opinion out of the way, here are the facts of this particular establishment.Of the several times I have gone, they have never once treated me with respect and have always acted in such a way as to demonstrate that my business is a disservice to them. This includes both drive thru and in person visits.You will wait 1-2 minutes after reaching the order box to be told to wait a little longer, the amount of cars ahead of you is irrelevant to this fact, and you will then wait another 1-2 minutes for them to start taking your order. This simple delay is, undoubtedly, the primary reason that the drive thru takes an unacceptably long time to get through.They do not operate according to the hot hours listed on their website. I looked online and saw their hot hours, went to get some within that time, and arrived to see that they were not serving any hot donuts in that time. When I inquired about it, they gave a time completely different from the website. I do not know the cause of this, but considering what I have seen of the employees thus far, I will assume it is not the error of the IT department accidentally putting the wrong times on the website.Finally, their donut quality is inconsistent. One time I ordered hot donuts and they were agreeable and up to Krispy Kreme standards, but a second time revealed donuts that were not hot and only had a minimal amount of glaze on them.Ultimately, until this Krispy Kreme either wipes the slate clean of their current employees and manager or does a serious retraining of their entire staff, I would recommend some of the numerous local donuts restaurants around and avoid this Krispy Kreme. I have found several good places myself, I only returned for this most current visit because of visiting family that wanted some hot donuts. We were all disappointed.

I have been to many Krispie creams in the US and this one did not shine. The staff were very polite but i got back to El Reno and cracked a dozen donuts that had no filling. Waist of $14.

We drove all the way from Moore to get donuts. The donuts were great as usual but the customer service was excellent very friendly people. I had to ask the donut grabber to change his gloves due to a peanut allergy and he was very polite and nice about it. Very pleased with my experience

Attempted to purchase 2 dozen donuts around 7:05am. The doors were locked; however, an associate came to the door and mentioned they couldn’t have more than 2 people inside and that those in line at the door would need to use the drive thru.At 7:08, I got in the drive thru line which was what seemed only mildly long. I finally made it to the window at 7:49am. In addition, I made an online order while waiting thinking that would speed the process.When I got to the window, they were out of 8 of the donuts I already ordered & paid for.This is terrible planning on part of this location with respect to staffing (and apparently product?).

Heads-up for the Halloween donut promotion: contrary to what has been posted online, you cannot wear your costume at the drive thru in this location to get the free donut. You have to go inside the store. The employee was really nice when she explained this to me, which I was surprised by because I have never received anything but rude and careless service from this location (for years and years). Glad to see they are finally hiring people who are nice to customers.

If I could give a negative rating I would! Incompetent is too nice of a word for them! Not only does it take So Long just to get someone to take your order, this is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW they have totally screwed up my order AND overcharged me! I should have driven off like the 3 cars ahead if me did this time. And good luck calling them. I called REPEATEDLY and NEVER got an answer! This is one of the worst places. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! My husband and I came through this morning around 11 and we wanted to order 2 dozen glazed. We pull up to the window and the young gentleman at the window Gave us our donuts, and as I went to pay he said they were on him. My heart melted. He was super sweet about it. Wish there were more people like him and the lady who took my order working at other places.

The donuts here taste great and are really fresh, however they are significantly more expensive than Duncan or Shipleys. Traditional when the light was on to indicate they were making fresh donuts they would give every customer in line a free glazed donut, they no longer do that (due to pandemic we were told).

I pulled up at 8:15. 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru. 3 of them had gone inside due to the long wait they were under. They received assistance inside faster than the drive thru was moving. They had left 8:35 1 car in front of me. His order wasnt taken till 20 min later. The gentleman in front of me finally moves forward. I pull up to the intercom system and wait to place my order. Finally someone comes on and ask me for my order. I wanted a dozen half chocolate have original glaze. Well my kid sitting in a car for a long period of time was having issues. 4 year old tend to do that. The employee informs me there is only custard chocolate. I dont know about you but 3 young kids with custard donuts is going to be messy. I asked for a box of glazed. The guy seemed very short with me. He went on to say what he had. I wasnt interested honestly I was disappointed. I wanted to get a second order and pay cash for a large hazelnut latte. Well the employee couldnt hear me even though I had my car door open and down near the speaker. (I know you might be thinking I was in a loud vehicle.. Nope quite SUV) I was asked to pull around at this point Im done with this situation. I pay via card I wait for my card the lady behind me pulls off and stops to ask me wth. Her husband went inside for faster service. The employee got short with me for asking for my receipt. Thats when I informed them this would be a review. All the sudden they wanted a pity party. First off its not my fault your working hard to ignore customers.. Krispy kream corporation this is why your going belly up. This is why people are not returning. I know this much change is needed before your doors close.

Nothing good to say about this location. The cashier at the drive thru was rude and asked me 3 times what I ordered. Discovered that my order was shorted when I got to work. The doughnuts were awful and tasted stale. Dont waste your time or $$$$ here!

Ive always ordered at the first window, and apparently the procedure has changed and you order at the menu.I didnt know of this change and pulled up to the window. The two gentleman asked if I had ordered at the menu. I said no. They refused to take my order and said I would have to drive around again just to get back on line and order. There were already people behind me, so I just left. This was just supposed to be quick, last minute stop.This is simply ridiculous. Theres no reason they couldnt have taken my order at the window. I know its just donuts, but still. 😕

Yes it was on St Patricks day (realized only after getting green donuts - yuk?) but the line was crawling and the check out person asked me three times to repeat my order. Unusually bad experience for a donut shop but kinda funny too.

Me, my toddler and my husband went here earlier, ladies and gentleman my toddler just really love their glaze doughnut plus they gave us free each one of doughnut and its too delicious. Oh yeah we went to drive thru also to get ice vanilla coffee, and its really good, their staff is too friendly and yep dont forget to ask something like I dont want a lot of ice on my coffee and wow they really do it and I love it.

When we entered the drive through. The man on the speaker we could barley understand, he would randomly go quiet and not listen to us. He also confused us saying he had coffee and then saying they only had one drink available. After we just ordered 3 donuts and 3 drinks.When we went to give them the money they were partying and screaming in the background. They were very unprofessional. It upsets us because we just wanted a donut and coffee.
