This is literally the worst item I’ve bought from here. I was looking for the shoes they gave me my size but when I drive all the way home this is my first time wearing them and they are dirty have stains on the laces and they gave me one 8 and one 10 so now I have two different sizes in shoes this is very embarrassing i can’t even refund because it’s too far of a drive 🤦🏽‍♀️

Id post a picture of my shoes but I appreciate the ladies here for being patient with me & my father regarding my daughters shoes. Customer service was unable to handle the issue but the ladies at the store were patient despite long lines and the store being very busy. They corrected my order and Ill be picking up my daughters shoes soon. Thank you for the great customer service !

Fond some White short $ Nice

Been looking for these literally since the moment they dropped. I watched the launch countdown thinking I could beat the bots. These were sold out in less than 15 seconds. Footlocker, Champs, Finish Line, Footaction, Eastbay, Hibbets and Nike.com... Yesterday I finally got mine. These are the baddest shoes other than the Penny IIs and the Payton Zoom GP OGs. Maybe Iversons first shoe.

I love the store but make sure you get both shoes in the box because you will be making a u-turn lol oh yes and they via email receipts so make sure they get the right email and repeat it back ..

I am a little older so maybe it wasnt my mind set. This store seems more catered to a young, bold color, and Hoodie wearing demographic. I just wanted a normal pair of sneakers nothing neon.

Champs at Penn square Mall was a good experience of course they only were letting in a few amount of people at a time. But they had nice selections of clothes, shoes etc a little pricey but its good quality.

I took a pair of shoes i had ordered online in for a return in store purchase and the manager denied me the transfer. I called corporate. Then i contacted reebok reebok took care of the issue and let me keep the shoes

Staff is super nice. The new female manager is smoking hot too. They help you out when you need it and leave you alone when you dont. They are even quick to respond to the million shootings that mall gets.

Poor customer service skills. Champs need to better train their young staff. I called looking for a specific product. The person who answered responded what about the item I was looking for I had to her I wanted to know if the item was in stock. Next thing I know she passed the phone to another employee. I told this employee what I was looking for she placed me on hold only to never return. I tried calling for 45 minutes after being on hold for 15 minutes the line was tied up. Champs could make more money if the staff was more professional when answering the phone and better beside manners.

Needs more Sports Apparel. Less ugly hoodies. More Sports team jerseys.

Quality customer service. Great selection of shoes. Overall just quality.

I wanted to purchase a couple of pairs of shoes but the employees were standing around talking to each other. I dont even know if they saw me walk in our out.

Would definitely give this store a 5 star review but I came across the most evilest manager,I would post his name BUT YOU WILL KNOW HIM WHEN YOU SEE HIM brought back some shoes with no receipt still in the box he complained that they were not exchangeable because the SHOE STRING WERE TIED from trying them on yesterday IM A LOYAL COUSTOMER vip with my champs awards too but after a long argument an a FEW WORDS I then ask for another manager he replied Im the only one here basically Iike he owns this champs as soon as I came across another associate PROBLEM SOVLE had to report him to corporate.....SMH but great shoes for great prices keep up the good work guys!!!

Bought some shoes there for my daughters birthday. First they charged me twice then when I went to return them because they didnt fit they refused to give me a refund. The manager Kevin said they had been worn and were dirty. One shoe had been tried on the carpet and they were not dirty .In fact the other shoe still had the paper in it . I insisted they had not been worn but still no refund. This is not the first time we have had problems with this store and have walked out before because people were not helping us. Poor customer service dont waste your money there!

Picked up some all white air max shoes last night and the box was crushed and the shoes were both dirty with something not easily dusted off. Tried to call and speak to someone about returning them and the line was busy from 8pm to 9:30pm. I called Quail to see if they had another number for them and was told no and that the phone must be off the hook because everyone keeps calling them saying the same thing. I will be calling today to inquire about this. Lets hope they answer the phone.

Never again will I walk into this store again. This lady I believe her name was Patricia l (short, I think Hispanic lady looked like a dude tbh) but I could be wrong, anyways I asked her to grab me a size in these white shoes and she went a grabbed them and said “meet me at the register” so I walked my happy a** over there thinking I was about to get some shoes I really liked. The lady at the counter got my shoes from Patricia and opened the box and I said “can I see them really fast?” And she said sure she was super nice btw and I was inspecting the shoes because I had a bad feeling she was going to swap them out and I was right! She swapped out the new shoe for the shoe that was on display. The shoe that was on display was all beaten up and scraped and looked super worn out. She was trying to sell me the display shoe and went and put the new shoe on the display table. I asked her if they had a different pair in the same size and she said she’d check for me and she said she didn’t so the lady at the register said “I am so sorry but I would not buy these from here if I was you.” Anyways point of this review is to tell you not to shop here. Go to finish line or order your shoes online or somewhere else but not here they have horrible service and just SCAM YOU! Don’t spend your money here.

Website says they open at 10am on Sunday. Just leaving to buy my shoes some where else because the lady inside said they dont open until noon.
