My phone has never been the same after taking it here for a $260+ screen repair for a Samsung Galaxy S9. It dies on me constantly now, as if they switched the battery. Anytime the screen turns off, so does the phone.While repairing they broke my glass on the back, although they offered a screen protector and to replace the back for free.The screen protector fell off earlier this week and same day, like meant to be, the screen cracks again. So Im left in the same situation I was in before I even went to this place. I regret my visit here.

They placed my screen with one not compatible to my iPhone 7. Color was WAY off and was toldBy them “it will get darker as time goes on”I fell for it because I don’t know about this stuff. But clearly, neither do they. Wish they offered a better screen. I would have paid double.

I didn’t know that an IPhone exact replacement screen wasn’t exactly what I was getting. Once I figured that out I had to pay more money to get the Apple screen (40 dollars more). However, they were nice throughout the process.

Owner would not honor exchange on a defective screen they sold and installed on my phone. Very unhappy as I have wasted $80 on a screen and my time having replaced the screen twice now and been without cell access. Pathetic customer service.
