Wow! I freaking love love love this place. I was keeping my dads dog while he was on vacation and the dog ate my carpet! I came in and Woody helped me find a fix that wouldnt cost an arm and a leg! Then he went even further and made sure that I got someone to come fix it in just 3 days!!! WOODY you are my hero!

Im a casual hobbyist house renovator/flipper/renter. Ive been buying materials from the Broadway Ext. Floor Trader for over ten years. John Newton is fantastic to work with and goes far beyond what would be required to earn my business, whether its a big or small job. Hes even made sure the materials I need are sent in when not in stock so my guys just drive through the warehouse for loading. Tile, wood, carpet, Ive had great experience with it all.

I Purchased a home that was all old carpet and needed to change out one room to hardwood very quickly for my home studio. It’s been 2 years and it’s still so beautiful and I get so many compliments on it. It was installed quickly and professionally. Fast forward to now and I decided to get new carpet for my entire home. I purchased ceramic wood tile for our living area, hallways, and connecting bathrooms over two years ago. Pulled truck inside warehouse and was loaded up with no issue, no broken tiles were found when it was installed. We will be returning this week for a bathroom makeover, and in a few months the tile for the rest of the house. I look forward to working with floor trader again, it was a great experience all around!

John Dillard is great! I told what I was looking for and he got it spot on. Gave me his recommendations for my needs. He knew better what I wanted/needed than I did. All this without trying to upsell me. His labor contractor even called me to set a measuring appointment before I left the store. Quality & professionalism all the way around.

We have bought flooring from this store more than once, and we refer everyone we know to buy from this store as well! John is the most helpful employee I can imagine! I wish I could give this store 6 stars!

Be careful with these guys. They sold my customer some flooring for a small 7x7 spot and then sold her 4 gal. Of glue. 1 gallon would.ve been plenty. Then they wanted $75 for ONE piece of trim molding 6 long. Home Depot has trim molding for $18 ea. I wont be back to floor trader any more. 😪

Called ahead to see if they had any wood look tile in stock. Told us to come on over and that they had some for as low as $1.29 sqft plus they would give us 10-15% off of that. Got over there an hour after talking on the phone and said they just sold every penny of that flooring an only had the more expensive stuff in stock. Slimy Used Car Sales tactics.

Told the salesperson my budget for backsplash tile and he basically laughed in my face and told me that I could get some grandma tile or go to Lowes and get peel and stick tile. Mind you, this was a starting budget but I had such a bad taste in my mouth after those remarks that I wasnt about to look around anymore after that and took our business elsewhere where everyone was courteous. Since we only started on our kitchen and plan on remodeling our entire house from top to bottom I can definitely say, I will not be returning and yall lost out on some business because your salespeople are snooty and off-putting.
