We went looking for flooring & carpet. We only had 1 week to get it all installed. Salesman J.D. came that day to measure & also made a call to George who is the installation manager. They were here the following Monday! We had all of it installed within the week. Looks beautiful. Great young man did the flooring. He was very neat & cleaned up so well. Carpet crew did the same. We are very pleased! Thank you all so much. What a pleasure to do business with all of you!
We went into the store and talked to Scott about flooring . He helped us so much and gave us answers to questions we didn’t even ask. We ended making the deal and when they came to install we got the nicest man to do the work. “Omar” came in and was so nice . He was careful and clean and took pride in his craft. He worked diligently to get everything just right and we are so pleased. It’s rare to see a craftsman to take his time and do it right.. I have looked and can’t find anything thats not top quality.. Thank you Scott and THANK YOU OMAR!!!
The did my flooring 2 years ago and im still completely happy with it
My daughter purchased wood look tile for her home. It took 3 weeks for it to come in,once it was here I had a crew pick it up. As they began to unload, thankfully they noticed it was two different tiles. We are talking 43 boxes of tile. They graciously took it back to Midwest City store for my daughter. Scott assured worse case the correct tile would be delivered to my daughters house by Wednesday 7-15-2020. Now hes saying he has car trouble and cant be certain if it will be. Our installers had to move to a different job, because they have laid all the correct tile there is.Im extremely frustrated for my daughter, that has saved for 2 years to have her new flooring. She is single, has an adopted son and works full time, thus Im trying to help work through this for her.She will be going on her second week for her son and her not to be in their home, with truly no idea of when they can get back in .As well she has a dog that she has to go and let in and out each morning, noon and evening. We are highly disappointed. When I asked Scott why he didnt check the tile to be sure it was all the same when it was delivered to his store,it was there almost a week, because we had to reschedule our tile installers,he said it didnt occur to him to check it. I would think to check incoming inventory would be Tile Mgr 101,but I guess not.So frustrated at this point. Can anyone in mgt reading this help us at all?Edit:The Owner Zac Akin stepped in. We received the tile yesterday. I did appreciate his help and George was great in communication about delivery. My daughter is out of her home for at least an extra week, with a son and a dog she has a sitter come to her home. Naturally she can’t do that. So she has had to juggle and find care. Extra expenses for her mounted. The whole situation could of been avoided, Zac Akin admitted the mistake. I wish they would of compensated my daughter in some way, but at least they were able to deliver the tile, on second attempt it was just as promised. He also followed up to be sure tile was delivered. As well I’d like to add their prices are very competitive and I want to support local vendors.
Bought our floors here and had them installed by their installer. We are happy with the floors, but the experience was not fun. We picked out flooring that was supposed to be an Armstrong product. The SKU number showed up as a Bruce product carried by Home Depot, but what ended up showing up at the house was a Capella product. Granted, it was the same color and style that we picked out, but it left us uneasy. Armstrong owns Bruce and Capella, but warranties differ. Bottom line, it would have been nice to actually know what was going to be delivered and to get literature on it. Bottom line, get documentation on the product youre getting, and make them guarantee that is what will be delivered.
We had wood-like tile installed in our common areas and all of our carpet replaced in the bedrooms. Overall it was a good experience with Floor World.Communication was good throughout the entire process. If I needed something I only had to call Scott the branch manager or George the installation manager and they took care of it. Quality of work was excellent, the tile and carpet look great once finished. The only reason I didnt review as 5 stars is due to two issues.1. I took off two days (Thurs/Fri) to be present for the work; however the first day the installer didnt show. I had to call to find out where he was. They couldnt make it that day so I was out of a days worth of pay from work. They ended up coming on Fri/Sat. Friday they stayed from 9:30am to 6pm....which was a slight inconvenience due to dinner plans but nothing major. Saturday they finished up in a matter of 2-3 hours.2. I had to call the tile guys back out to the house twice to fix small things. Missed a small section of grout (we used a 1/16 grout line with dark grout so it was a very easy mistake to make). The second issue was a little more hassle. We had a section where the tile met with old carpet under a door. When the new carpet was installed the different lengths of tile edges made the carpet come out jagged. We called them back out and they had to re-lay 6 tiles across a doorway and cut the carpet straight to match. They have good prices and an easy process. I would strongly recommend Floor World if you need some work done. Just be sure to accept responsibility as the owner and client to communicate your expectations and what you want the end product to look like.
Nice polite and fair.
They seem to be totally incompetent. Called in looking for tile (to price match home depot), gave them the brand name, color name, size, etc.Do you have the style? No, but I saw it in there yesterday.Well, I dont know, without the style I cant look it up.It was on the rack.Hang on.*Elapsed time 10 seconds*Okay found it.Good, I need the bullnose.I dont know about that. They dont make a bullnose.Im literally looking at a bullnose version right now.Oh... well I dont know.Seriously. The employees might just be retarded.
