Im writing this review for my parents. My folks were in a pinch and needed new carpet quickly for a house they recently purchased. Lance had his crew installing the second closing was finished, and the new carpet was installed before the moving truck showed up! The crew was respectful and hardworking and the price was very competitive. My dad may not know how to write a google review, but hes telling everyone about the great job Carpet Depot did for them. The most important things when making a major purchase our customer service, quality, and affordability. Lance gave us excellent customer service and Jose was superb at installation. When we encountered a difficulty with our carpet, Lance was quick to assist us. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our new carpet. If you buy someplace else before you shop Carpet Depot then you probably did not get the best for your dollar.

It was awesome. The selection is amazing. The guys are helpful. You could spend hours in there. Luckily I knew exactly what I needed and of course they had it.

They were very nice over all and the flooring was inexpensive. I did have an issue with the installer though. They didnt think I could understand what was being said since they were speaking Spanish but I could they were unprofessional. The installer brought his wife who was doing nothing but playing on her phone. She later got angry at me and threw a fit and cussed me out and left. I had asked why they had broken my baseboards. Jose claimed they were like that but I had took pictures the night before and there was no damage. They ended up leaving after installing only the middle section of my living room. I was on the phone all day with the company trying to get another crew to finish. Finally they got someone he did his job. I wondered why they have someone employed with them that was so unprofessional but rhet contract out to whomever takes the job. They personally do not have installers. They hire contractors. I asked for a receipt twice by email was told that they couldnt get me one. Over all Im happy with my floors they did give some money back for the issues. But I didnt like the threats or the way they handled the contractor Jose and his crew which is his family an older woman and older man. Im sure it was all pushed under the rug. They do have inexpensive products but do not let Jose do your install. Only use another. Im happy with the flooring but not the experience.

After they take your money. They blame the installer for not showing up to install the carpet. Then Jason wants to yell at you over the phone because you are so upset you wont let him talk because you had to call them to find out why no one has shown up yet. Nobody bothered to call me. I was here from 9am to noon. Appt. Was 10am

Big selection of remnants or carpeting for your whole house! Pricing is cheaper then all the other carpet stores! Staff is friendly but not stalkers!
