I was looking for a vehicle online and found the car I wanted at Reynolds Ford. It was late Friday night. I filled out the form to get more info and figured I would follow up in the morning. I want to tell you a story about Reynolds Ford and why you should definitely buy from them. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Ford F150 Truck from them two years ago and then moved across the state. When I purchased the vehicle, it qualified for a bumper to bumper extended warranty which I purchased through Reynolds Ford. After moving, I took my truck to a dealership in Tulsa for service, that gave me a lot of grief, even saying my extended warranty had denied the claims for the failed parts. I worked over a month with the the Tulsa dealer and calling the warranty department to straighten it out. After becoming totally frustrated, I reached out to Reynolds Ford about the warranty they had sold me. Ryan and Mark from Reynolds went to work right away as my advocate; they contacted both the warranty dealer and the other other dealership my truck was at, fighting all the way to the general manager of the entire car lot. After a few phone calls and a couple of days, I received a phone call from Ryan that everything had been straightened out, I would owe nothing additional, and the other dealership would contact me soon to let me know my truck was ready! What more can you ask for when buying a car. You can trust Reynolds and they do stand by their sales. Austin helped me find the truck I wanted. I appreciated how professional he was during the whole process. He took a video outlining the basics of the trucks exterior and interior and sent them to my phone. Since COVID-19 there’s been a lot of remote processes and this felt very smooth. Test drive went great and at no point did I feel “obligated” to make a deal. Austin was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and answered all questions. Had a recall on my vehicle and was told they had no loaner vehicles. In my experience when there is a recall you get a loaner. I have multiple home showings today and am left without a vehicle due to no fault of my own. When I spoke to someone in the mechanic shop I was told they didnt know what to tell me and that everyone is in the same boat. When I called to make the appointment the guy told me to bring it right when they open so they can get it in and out. However when we dropped it off the very next morning at 7am we were told that they were a day behind and I would not have my vehicle back for at least a day or two. I will not be taking my vehicle back here ever again.

About what I expected for purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. They told me what they cant do, I told them what I could do.....the basic back-and-forth games for an hour or so. As I was getting up to leave they somehow found a bunch of money they could subtract from the MSRP to get the price I was expecting to pay......which didnt surprise me. I did buy the truck after all the games were over and happy with the final outcome. I realize they have to make a profit, but, youll sell more cars if you dont play all these games. It does drive people away (no pun intended). Just quote people the price youll sell the vehicle for so everyone can get on with their lives. Would I buy from Reynolds Ford again, probably. Will I shop around for what I feel is the best price for a vehicle, definitely!

Well I did buy a new f150, Zach Peterson was the salesman. Quick easy as it should be last vehicle I bought in 2019 took almost 5 hours with no deal reached until the next day, but we were done in about 45 min of course then to finance. Great overall experience probably the best one yet.

My 2005 F150 got hit by lightning in August of 2020. Tried to figure out how to fix it myself because it wouldnt start or crank even. All accessories had power. Truck wasnt physically damaged. Took it to a couple of garages and them telling me they couldnt fix it because either they couldnt figure it out or didnt want to. So brought it to Reynolds and Jay at the service center told me straight up about how in his experience, it was likely that it would be multiple parts. I figured it would be pretty expensive to fix but I set a cost point and told him to go ahead. He kept me un the loop and was always honest and fair. After all the work Jay and his crew put in on my truck they finally brought it back to life and running great! Thank you all!

Like many I have had very unpleasant experiences at car dealerships. Bait n switch, lying, and trying to wear you down by dragging out the affair for hours. After extensive online searching for a great value in a used suv or Minivan I had it down to 3 options. All great deals.I called Reynolds for about a Dodge Journey with extremely low miles. Speaking with Ash Patel there I stated my intentions and made an offer. There was no trying to manipulate or anything, he simply said let me check and after another conversation I came in for a test drive. I bought the car. Tyler was the financing manager... Very personable. I was paying cash so the paperwork wasnt a big deal, but I actually enjoyed speaking with him. Ash later had my car pulled around, he assisted in pairing my cell phone to the sound system, and was exiting the car and from the passenger seat noted the engine light came on.An excellent catch, and instead of taking a wait and see attitude he had it put on an analyzer, found out it needed a battery and had it replaced as I waited. I feel this is a sign of the professionalism expected of their team. I also, in talking with Tyler, mentioned that I noted the atmosphere of the sales staff in the cubicle area. Very comfortable and upbeat.I consider them exceptional, and will be back. Thats the first time Ive felt that strongly about a dealership. Good job!

I have been very patient with this dealership but Ive had enough. Weve purchased 4 cars from them within a month and have had multiple issues with service, car detail, getting a title, financing and getting a freakin key. Sales will treat you like a king or queen until youve got the car then you have to work whatever magic you have to get things done after that. I have wasted hours upon hours of time at this place only to leave more disappointed than the last. I have waited to write a review since our purchase in September to see how happy I will be with the issues Ive had. Today was the last straw. Spent 2 hours trying to get a key programmed that should have been free, however, they wanted to charge me for it. I was told theyve given me all they can. Beautiful response!!! Service department couldnt keep track of why they were servicing my car. They didnt have my phone number on file after giving it to them twice. When having my daughters car serviced I answered her phone and when I said this is her mother, the lady hung up on me. I waited 30 minutes to have my car brought around the last time I was there and it was dirty. Im shocked and I think the Ford brand is being tarnished by this dealership. In my 23 years of being a Ford owner Im changing brands.

Purchased my first Ford F-150 from Reynolds Ford of OKC in 2002, when we moved to Oklahoma City from California. Over the years, i purchased three more Fords, before I purchased my Ford F-150 King Ranch Hybrid. We had moved back to California, and when I was ready to purchase a new truck, I couldnt find a King Ranch Hybrid in Southern California, and the price of other trucks was $3,000 - $6,000 higher than similar trucks in Oklahoma City. I search the inventory of trucks in Oklahoma City, and although Reynolds had several 2021 Ford F-150 King Ranch Hybrids, I didnt see the particular one that I really liked, but found one at another dealer. I told Reynolds (Zach Peterson) what I wanted, and he got it for me, after some negotiations that went my way, so I purchased and will be coming back to Oklahoma City to pick up my new truck.

Johnny Bates and Reynolds Ford did an excellent job finding the wife a near perfect vehicle and the extended warranties are surprisingly affordable.
