The reset of my maintenance did not get done again. My previous visit I had to return to have it reset as well this time. This time I was given a free oil change for next visit.I constantly have a piece of like rubber at the bottom of my windshield always coming out and each oil change i ask to get fixed and it seems like it gets tucked in and within a few weeks it starts to come back out. My car is only one year old and should not have this occur. It would be nice to have it done right the first time and not to have to wait or even come back to get it fixed permanently.

Very rude yet were all nice before I signed the papers to finance my vehicle. I wish they had shown that side of themselves before I signed and financed anything.

Wed been to quite a few other dealerships during the day and had decided on on what vehicle my wife wanted so we called ahead to make sure they had the one she wanted in stock. They did and asked if we wanted to come by and take a look, we said yes. They gave us a name of one of their sales people to ask for when we got there. When we arrived we were greeted pleasantly and asked if we were looking for a particular person or if we were just stopping by. We gave the persons name we were told and he was paged right away. Nobody was pushy or tried to get us to talk to them instead which was a relief and very different from what wed been through at other dealers. We told our sales guy (Shawn) that my wife was buying the car and not me and he began to talk to her. This was a huge improvement from one of the places wed gone to earlier. Shawn made the whole experience enjoyable and fast he listened to what she wanted and didnt want and didnt get pushy or anything. The whole process took about an hour and my wife drove away with EXACTLY what she wanted. I recommend going here if youre interested in a Nissan, they are different than other dealerships, at least in our experience.

In my opinion this dealership uses deceptive advertising to try to sell cars. Don’t fall for the money Carlo scam. Makes you look like you win money but your Number has to be validated and then doesn’t match. I don’t like the atmosphere at this dealership. Sales people seem a little more shady than normal but of corse when you work for a dealership that relies on tricks to get people I. The door instead of earning a good reputation the traditional way, what do you expect?

Went in to get my Winshield Inspected because its cracking all down the center of my windshield, no impact spots visible, waited patiently for the Service Manager to give final approval on replacement, and he tries convincing its cracked from a rock? I simply asked him to explain to what he is seeing Im not and while walking off from me mumbling under his breathe he says Im not going to argue with you very unprofessional very disrespectful, ruined my whole experience with ORR . It was dark when we looked at the car. Sales person was great. This car is way smaller then what I traded in. Called mon it was a holiday. A guy said he would call me back I wanted to know if I could get the next one up cause I expressed to the sales person I wanted heated seats. The one I got didnt. When I called on mon the guy said Ill call you back on Tuesday here it is Thursday. Went in the dealership with a certain amount for car payment. Didnt realize til Sunday I could pay about 50 more. The guy I talked to on Monday said oh you just have buyers remorse! Which make me mad cause this is our 1st new care we have ever got!

I reached out to my go to at my dealership, Mathew’s Nissan in Paris, Tx to see if they may have any “sister” dealerships in the area. He told me no but he knew someone he could reach out to. With in minutes Orr Central dealership called me. The owner, Jerret came to the hospital I am at.
