This was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. As a woman, I always feel ‘bullied’ when going into car dealerships. The entire process was smooth. I love the fact that I can many ever my own monthly and down payments without being pressured . I also have the option to easily cancel an order if I find something more to my liking. I would definitely shop here again. I love my Buick Verano!
People listen. This was the easiest process ever to purchase a car. Ive dealt with car salespeople for quite sometime. They always found a way to swindle something extra in those contracts no matter how careful we were being. The Carvana process eliminates those types. You get on the Carvana website, see what your present car is worth (if doing a trade), then find what you want to buy from their selections and then start the easy process. They gave me exactly what I knew my car was worth and deducted it (all of it) from the price of the vehicle I purchased from them. The vehicle I bought from them was a better price and in better condition than all the used vehicles I saw at the common car dealerships. Im sure Carvana is probably getting subliminal if not outright hate from common car dealerships because they (Carvana) are straight up. No various people to try to B.S. you about what your car is worth and no B.S. about how they dont want to properly negotiate their used car prices. As with anything, take your time, do research on what you want and find what will work for you. I will definitely do business with them again.
Absolutely dreadful experience, I tried to purchase an electric BMW i3 from Carvana, first the company missed two delivery dates, then when my vehicle actually started to arrive the company tells me that they accidentally broke the window trims during shipping. Afterwards they tried to delay my delivery again because they couldnt get in contact with whomever they sent the car to for repairs, once I finally got my car it was defective and wouldnt charge and didnt even have the portable charger unit that was supposed to come standard with the vehicle. After calling customer service multiple times they finally allowed me to simply switch out the car for another one of equal or less value, after they finally brought me the new car, a Chevrolet Cruze, I spent a few days with it only to find out one night that my passenger side rear light and turn signal didnt work. Carvana tried to switch that car out as well but I didnt trust them to deliver a proper vehicle, so I opted to go to one of their approved mechanics. Instead of helping me the costumer service just gave the same number from the agreement paperwork I got to contact SilverRock, a third party company Carvana uses.At the time of this writing I still have to deal with Carvana, and now, their partners to fix an issue that should have been rectified long before it reached my driveway. I was hoping to make purchasing a car as stress free as possible, but now I feel like going to a real dealership would have actually been more enjoyable and easy.
Got my offer online for selling my car. Customer Service was very helpful in clarifying details of sale process. Missed window to schedule an appointment for date I needed, but when we drove by a representative changed it to that date and took care of us quickly. Kids loved watching car taken up into tower. 😁 ACH deposit was in bank account within 2 days!!
Terrible experience. The choosing, comparing, and buying experience was fine. The delivery side was horrendous. After waiting a week AND arranging to be off work for delivery we get a notice less than 24 hours before that there was a problem and that it would be another 6 days. When I called them they offered a paltry $25/day which wasnt sufficient to rent a car PRE-covid sell-off. Now on short notice? Yeah. Not even close. They refused to arrange a loaner vehicle and even stated that the delivery could still be delayed again, that they wont guarantee it. This is after the hit to credit score to arrange financing and needing to arrange for insurance. All this would be fine if their prices were even better than buying in person, but they arent. I found comparable vehicles nearby, sans the $900 to deliver, for comparable pricing. We had to travel a bit to pick up but the no haggle best price idea goes out the window when you can find it at a dealership for similar cost. Then when the convenience factor is gone theres really no benefit to ever buying from them. Also, Im sorry, but I HIGHLY doubt there were NO trucks heading the same way for a week. But what do I know? I only worked in the trucking industry.
Buying the car online is easy, you can do everything online. After that it goes downhill. My pick up date has been pushed back 3 times now. I was originally supposed to pickup my car on 10/20, then I received a text saying it was moved to 10/21. I go to Carvana on 10/21 just for the rep to tell me my car isn’t here and I was supposed to get another message for it so I completely wasted a trip. So they moved it again to 10/25. Now today, the day before I’m supposed to pick it up, it was moved to 11/9?? There is zero communication as to why or what happened, all I get it an email that says “transportation delay.” I had already switched over my insurance for my trade in and now I have to switch it back multiple times because otherwise I can’t drive my current car. Such a ridiculous experience.
The vehicle selection was good but so far they have failed to deliver in a timely manner. They have moved my delivery 3 times so far. I hope the final product makes up for the poor logistics.
Four months passed by and still no registration, and just been told that they cant get any new temporary license plate for me anymore. So far, not being able to drive my car for more than 15 days. This car is the only car we have my childs car seat on.I gave one star for the purchasing part. I did get a nice car with a reasonable price without stepping inside any dealership.
Absolutely hassle free and trouble free experience. I sold them my corvette outright and they gave me an extremely fair price for it. They came to me which was really nice as well. The entire experience was painless and I had a check in my hand when they loaded the car on their truck. I would highly recommend Carvana to anyone that I know. Thanks again for the great service!!
Absolutely Flawless experience! The Carvana process was amazing. Im going to break it all down because it was that good! Sorry for the length!First the shopping and ordering experience:The whole process was done online from my phone sitting on my couch. I got pre-qualified in about two minutes by entering very basic info. Things to note, your pre-qualification does not affect your credit The pre-qualification stays the same for forty five days and includes your minimal down payment and monthly payment. Each car shows you what your down payment and monthly payment is. Its very convenient. I will tell you this, what the down payment says it is, is truly what it is no hidden costs. Now your monthly payment will also be the same unless you add options like warranties and gap coverage. I had an idea of the car I wanted so I browsed through their inventory online fairly quickly. I suggest using the filters to enter the maximum amount of miles you want the car to have. Enter the make of car you like or just the vehicle type like truck, suv, car, etc.. This will help narrow it down and save you time, because they have a huge amount of cars! Once I found the car I wanted I filled out the remaining info for approval. I had my approval within five minutes. Things to note, I personally dont have good credit. They take more into account than just your score. Even with not having good credit my minimal down payment and monthly payment was reasonable and in my budget. I was given the option to have the car delivered or I pick it up from the vending machine. The nearest vending machine was three hours away in Oklahoma city. I knew I wanted the car and I wanted to see this vending machine. So I chose to pick it up.Oklahoma City Vending Machine Agent:My carvana agent at the Oklahoma City Vending Machine was Kyra! She was very friendly, and thorough. She contacted me about thirty minutes ahead of my appointment to check in on me and to remind me to have my license and insurance. Side note, I knew I was going to buy this car, unless it was something very obviously wrong with it. So I rented a car on a one way rental from avis which I chose because it was on the same street. Now I just drove three hours to get here. I informed Kyra that I was dropping off a rental. She immediately sent an Uber to pick me up! Already paid for and ready to go for me! It was awesome. So I definitely recommend and hope you get her as your agent. A thoughtful friendly person at a car dealership makes the experience ten times better! She was that person!Oklahoma City Vending Machine:This place is tall and very cool looking! We walked up and a carvana gentlemen held the door open for us. Kyra was standing there and greeted us. No one else was there, it was very personal. The place was very clean. That was the first thing I noticed. Everything was white and spotless, the building was all glass so it was a very open feeling. My folder was ready at the table. There was an area for my son to sit at while I went over paperwork with Kyra. Signing the papers was so fast, like I said I did it all online, so I literally signed four papers in person. After signing Kyra gave me a huge coin and told me where to insert it to activate the vending machine. Things to note, it really is a vending machine! Its really cool. If you have kids, I definitely suggest bringing them! They will love it! I handed the coin to my son and had him insert it. The vending machine activated. I wont tell you what it does or how it works, but I will tell you it was worth the three hour drive even with a seven year old asking how much longer constantly. The smile and excitement on my sons face watching this was priceless. Once it was in front of us, Kyra told us to take it for a spin and she will see us in a little while. We drove it around and inspected it. I asked my son if he liked it, he said I love it, can we keep it? I told him absolutely. We drove back and told Kyra we wanted it. She smiled and said ok great, you are good to go! That was it! Away we went!
Absolutely incompetent! Wouldn’t buy a matchbox from these people. Nothing but lairs and they think it’s funny! 3 missed appointments and a month later I am done! I strongly warn against this joke of a company!Let’s get something straight after your response. I didn’t cancel because you missed 3 not just 1 deliveries. I canceled due to the constant lying and deceit from you guys. I canceled because you would tell me it on schedule to deliver that day and then nope cause the car is in a different state all of a sudden and broken. You people are incompetent lairs. That’s why I canceled! Thanks. Just wanted to clarify that for everyone else.
They delivered an electric car to my home today 2 days late! Even worse, it was only 11 percent charged so I couldn’t take it for a test drive! They didn’t even bother to deliver the car fully charged! Really! Should have been the first clue something was wrong but I trusted that it would charge! Now, I have had it plugged in since they delivered it this morning and 6 hours of charging and it’s still only charged at 11 percent!! I even tried another outlet and nothing worked to get it charged! I have been on the phone now for two hours with CARVANA and they can’t reach anyone at the local Oklahoma City dealership! They told me to drive with my car charged at 11 % to a Pep Boys to pick one up. Really! No! I will run out of charge on the way! They should have delivered a fully charged working car to me! Now I have a broken down car in my driveway that doesn’t work! May be the charger and may not be all I know is it won’t charge and I can’t drive the car they just delivered to me on day one! Just awful! I will NEVER purchase another car from CARVANA. Run far away from this company as I regret buying a car from them. Two hours on the phone with them and still no one can figure out what to do and it a 5 day wait for a mobile mechanic! Run!
Wow, car shopping has never been easier. Clear communication, great customer service, friendly, fast. Bought car on a Saturday and it is being delivered Wednesday. No hassle. I am very impressed with Carvana.
Sold me a car that was local and ready to go, so they said. They then texted to say it would be a twenty day delay for transportation. After a phone call, as expected, that was not true. The car needed work done. The work was the very thing their supposed inspection which had been done would have found. So once I bought it they did a pre delivery and found problems. That should have been known ahead of time and they should have been honest and certainly done more than text automatically. Very lame. Be aware the representations may not be true.
Best and easiest car sale experience!
First and last time purchasing a car with Carvana. I bought a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta for $17,805. The original delivery date was two days later on Saturday at 11:30am. I planned my entire weekend around having this car. I was not notified until Saturday morning via text that the car was delayed due to transportation issues with no more explanation. I had to rent a car for the weekend last minute which cost me almost $200. The car was rescheduled to be delivered on Monday at 9:30. The car did not arrive until 3 hours later which forced me to use my PTO at work as I had to be present to pick up the car. Once the car arrived, IT WAS DAMAGED badly. It looks like the car was crushed by the transportation truck with severe damage to the top pillars of the car and to the sides from ratchet straps. I waited on hold for over 30 mins to speak with a representative. The representative basically said there was nothing I could do other than return the car and start the whole process over again. If I want the car to be fixed, it would have to go through insurance and I would not be reimbursed for the time it was at the shop or given a rental car while it was there. Also, due to the amount of damage done to the car, the CARFAX would now show a damage report meaning my resale value will decrease. They absolutely will NOT take any money off the purchase price or wave the delivery fee even though the car was delayed TWICE with very short if not any notice. This is beyond acceptable for such a large company priding themselves in customer service --- beware if you choose to buy from Carvana because you will be lucky to actually get the car you paid for on time and without damage.
My daughter has tried to purchase a car from here. They have rescheduled her pick up over three times which resulted in her having to cancel three flights. They never give a clear reason about rescheduling and why the car is not ready for pickup. I would strongly recommend NOT doing any business with this business.
Lots of reviews here that arent for the OKC location at all which is patently unfair. The vending machine is fixed and working, the gentleman working there was very knowledgeable about the entire process. The entire process including a trade-in was not even 10 minutes in length. Very impressed
Vehicle I bought from carvana was 5 days late and I had to replace the brakes, battery and add 3 quarts of oil within the first month. The title was late and I had to pay a penalty when registering it. Was supposed to receive a reimbursement check for each day it was late, and am still waiting 2 months later
Got offer. Uploaded all documents. Got message saying verifying documents usually takes a couple days, and that was it. I liked the offer and was ready to sell. Called the 1800 number and was on hold for 30 minutes. Sold my car to CarMax. Poor customer service.
Worst car buying experience ever. I was financed through my bank. Had my funds verified twice by different reps. No one notated my account. Had to reschedule pick up 3 times. When we finally went to pick up the vehicle. We were left outside waiting for the person on the phone to let us inside. After 10mins when they decided to let us inside the rep didn’t understand the drafting instructions from the bank. She called to a manager who also didn’t understand the drafting instructions. As I mentioned earlier we had the fund verified twice and no one notated our account. Needless to say after a week of going back and forth with Carvana we left with no vehicle. Went to a traditional car lot with real salespeople and purchased a vehicle in one day with no run around. I’ll take a salesman any day over inexperienced reps anyday.
If you want to sell your car, I highly recommend using Carvana! It was one of the easiest things I have ever done. They are the Chick-Fil-A of car selling. I received my quote online, good for 7 days. I uploaded 2 of 3 of the required docs and they did the rest regarding uploading my payoff amount (they called the bank for me). The next day received an email asking me to pick a time Id like them to pick up my car. 3 days later they picked it up and before they left, the balance they owed me between their offer and what I owed was already in my account. 2 thumbs up for convenience and customer service! PS. They offered me thousands more than Carmax.
By far the easiest vehicle transaction I have ever had. They beat the hell out of the typical Oklahoma dealership, with all the games and made up, pricey fees. No thanks. Thanks for the great experience Carvana!
I definitely dont recommend buying a car from this company. While it seems easy it is far from it. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They kept sending us the wrong emails (eg: saying that our car was delivered when it wasnt). We had to call their customer service a few times only because their phone kept hanging up on us. We finalized our part July 31st, it is now august 16th and I have heard very little about when exactly our car will arrive. My first payment is due September the 5th and Im really hoping my car is here by then.
My Dad sold his vehicle to Carvana, everything seemed to go smooth until it came to cashing the check that they gave him. His bank couldnt get the bank that Carvana used to verify the check. So we called Carvana and was put through 5!!!! agents. Was on hold for over 1hr and 30mins. Then they hung up on us!! I texted the people that had picked up his vehicle and they gave me a number to call and it was to Blue Cross!! At this point, we got scared that my Dad had gotten scammed. The check is still being on hold until my Dads bank can get it verified from their bank. We did receive a call from a agent from Carvana. Now were hoping that something will come thru. They have my Dads vehicle. We did our part and trusted them with this transaction. Now were on a waiting game. The agents that worked for Carvana seem like that they dont know what to do in a situation like this. My Dad was depressed with having to sell his vehicle and now having to deal with this. Not a good experience.
Beware. I purchased a vehicle from carvana recently and it showed up to my house with minor cosmetic issues that should have been fixed (lights hanging inside from glove box and backseat ceiling). Was told to take it in for servicing under initial warranty. Inconvenience, but no big deal. However, within 2 weeks I noticed other issues including a stutter while shifting gears and AC blowing hot at times. Added this to the servicing appointment. Lo and behold the car needs a whole new transmission and AC. Clearly carvana does not actually inspect their vehicles in the way they say they do. I’m now without a car for almost 3 weeks, and about to make my first car payment on a car I’ve barely been able to drive. Not to mention, worried about future issues that may crop up. Also, if you try to talk to anyone by phone, be prepared to wait 30+ minutes. My suggestion is to skip carvana or at the very least get your car thoroughly inspected within the 7 day buy back period.
Hassle free process. When I was replacing busted suspension on my 220k mile Honda CR-V, I searched around for a new car on a whim and found the exact Ford Focus with manual transmission I wanted in minutes at a very fair price. The process was smooth. The delivery driver, Blake, was punctual and courteous. Best dealership experience I have ever had. Didnt treat me like an idiot, and they were completely transparent throughout the whole process.
My experience with Carvana was great until I went to get the title transferred into my nam They notorized my title for a date 30 days before the title had even been transferred to them!
July 31st Update: I have not heard from Carvana in over two weeks. I have no idea what is going on with my title. Noone has called me back since the 13th, and when I call I get transferred from one department to another. When I finally get the correct department, they cant help me. I am told they will submit a ticket to have a supervisor call me within 24 hours. A supervisor never calls. I have been having mechanical issues for weeks, and now that SilverRock has finally approved a mechanic that can actually fix my car, they wont call back the dealership. I have been without a car for three days when it was only supposed to take a couple hours all because SilverRock will not contact back the dealership. I have contacted Silver rock myself, and they wont tell me why no one is contacting the dealership back. Buying this car has been a nightmare. I had an issue with my transmission today. I reached out to the manufacturer due to Carvana telling us it was still under warranty. The manufacturer informed us the vehicle has been out of warranty for over 20,000 miles! I have tried calling and chatting with Carvana, and I am not able to reach anyone. No one has reached out to me regarding my title issue either. After noticing that my title was dated incorrectly, the tag agency also pointed out the milage between the documentation and the title do not match! This is more than disappointing.
I had the most incredible experience buying my car through carvana! The purchase took me maybe 15 minutes online and the customer service was amazing through the entire process. Overall a super simple and great experience.
Started off great but when the deal was made and they put the wrong odometer reading on the paper work its been downhill from that point on. Customer service dont have a clue.. poor management. And instead of fixing the odometer reading they decided lets just role with the lie. Its been a headache like customer service at the water or electric company. Google City of Tulsa water and see what the stars are....yeah very similar. Except I have to deal the Water co....not carvana.
Carvana itself was an AMAZING experience I would highly recommend to anyone. As someone who generally loathes the car-buying process, I was so shocked. The experience with Carvana was fantastic! Its exactly the vehicle I wanted, it only took me a few hours to people on phone calls and online interactions, arrive in OKC and 20 minutes or so after I arrive, I have my vehicle. Low-contact, no spending an entire day with tired, impatient kids at a dealership, no interactions with obnoxious salespeople. LOVE Carvana!!The OKC location did not deliver as promised, though. I got told by my agent on the phone that I would get this honking coin and get to stick it in a gigantic car vending machine. I was sold on the damn experience and chose to pick up the vehicle with the kids expecting to see some sweet car car vending machine action. We were sorely disappointed when we rolled up and saw our vehicle already parked out front. We were told by the gentleman we received our vehicle from that the vending machine is broken and the vehicles currently up there were stuck up there and they had people waiting on their pickup. Supposedly...Oh, well. Maybe next time?
Excellent and hassle-free experience!! Very COVID-conscious too without being over the top. I don’t ever plan to get a car anywhere else.
Im angry that the delivery of my vehicle has changed from 2 days to 2 weeks! The customer service communication is completely automated and when you get a human they are less knowledgeable than the AI. The terms of my contract changed without reason.
Cool place, great employees! The vending machine was broken when we got there to get our car, so that made me sad.
Awesome people to do business with. Honest and very professional. Genuinely nice and friendly. Recommend them highly.
BUYER BEWAREdelivery and purchase finegetting it registered in a self registering state is a nightmare! Carvana did not mail the title/registration documents to me but to the State who has no record of it. Talking to anyone from the company who actually knows whats gong on is a joke. I will probably end up sending all of it back and going to a traditional dealer. I know when I leave the lot, I have everything I need and a knowledgeable person to call back if I dont. This company is not ready for prime time.
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. My vehicle delivery date has been pushed back twice now. They can’t give me a straight answer as to why. They have ordered a part over a month ago and supposed they are still waiting..
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while trying to purchase a car. I had all of my documents and my signed over title of my car in hand. The title was signed over to ME but they still wouldn’t accept it. I had this planned for two weeks and even when I tried calling them they never picked up the phone or returned my messages.I even offered to give a down payment instead and was told I would have to restart the entire online process and reschedule, which wasn’t possible considering I drove 5+ hours to my appointment. It wasn’t until my husband called and yelled at them about the situation that they reconsidered it and tried to make up for it. I made a deal with a car dealership with the same title in the 30 minutes I left that place. I will gladly hand my money over to any dealership than deal with the Carvana McDonald’s employees again.
Look up bone char water filtering and which companies use it
Purchased a car from them at the beginning of February. The initial process was great. Picked out a car, traded in mine, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Unheard of in Oklahoma. However it is now near the end of March and I still dont have my title paperwork. I have called them several times, and each time I get a different answer. The title was lost, they applied for a new one and it will get there in a few days, and even we will apply for a new one and it will take another 4-8 weeks. So, possibly six months without getting my car registered. I asked them what about the fees for registering that late, and they stated they can give me a note with their letter head on it to had to police that pull me over and the tag agency to explain the late timing..... Great, a lot of good that will do. Also, every time I have called they offer to give me a call back, and never do. Then the next time you call, you get a different person and you go through the whole process all over again. Next time I will stick with the dealerships. May have to spend a day in there, but better then 4 months.
They pay the highest dollar for cars. Wouldnt even consider private party
Five stars for customer service. I didnt end up keeping the car Id gotten shipped in (a rare BMW), but the benefits here far outweigh the disappointment. If Id bought my car from practically any other dealership, Id be completely screwed--but not with Carvana. Youre practically GUARANTEED to end up with an excellent vehicle here--if not, simply RETURN IT. Heres what you do: buy your car. Check it out yourself; make sure you actually like it. If you like it, take it to a GOOD mechanic to have it inspected ASAP. Then youll know whether to keep the thing or not. Anything thats mechanically unsound will either be fixed through your free 4,000 mile warranty, wont be bad enough to be a deal breaker, or you can RETURN IT. The only other place I can think of that even has a 7-day test drive is Carmax, and they wont have the same selection or the low-cost shipping. Out of necessity, I ended up purchasing a car from a local dealer after Carvana accepted my return, and I regret it. I left the local dealership knowing that if anything were wrong with it, Id be completely out of luck. My next car will be through Carvana 100%, unless their business model changes. Be seeing you!
Very great theatrics with the delivery of the vehicle and Terrell was a very polite employee. Gonna be cruising for the test drive period for my final decision. So far Im loving the vehicle they had!
Got our car, supposed to be no wrecks and point out damage on car before delivered,,,,WELL THAT DIDNT HAPPEN, delivered it we drove it mileage was half of what advertised, so started looking it over,,,,the whole top drivers side had been repainted very poorly, air bubbles, lint, sanding Marks, and masking tape still on windows,, absolutely unreal for a one gravel ding vehicle with 16k miles. Had sticks stuck in grill, filthy, not what you could imagine that they would even advertise much less deliver in this shape,,,absolutely NOT A FAN....WE ARE SENDING IT BACK ASAP BUT 500 DOLLAR DELIVERY FEE STILL HAS US WONDERING IF WE GET STUCK WITH THAT ALSO,,,CANT UNDERSTAND HOW A SO CALLED BUSINESS CAN EVEN DELIVER A VEHICLE IN THIS SHAPE AND NOT TELL YOU HOW BAD OF SHAPE IT IS REALLY IN.......BETTER BE BETTER AFTER THIS IS OVER,,,,,THEY BETTER MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They delivered the WRONG car. Once they delivered the correct car (3 days later), it was very dirty and had multiple warning lights on. Horrible!!!
Great staff, and couldnt be happier with my New ride.. Thanks so much Carvana.. P.S. the vending machine kinda makes you feel special lol 😁😊
A wide selection of awesome vehicles and minimal hassle compared to dealerships
Very fast process. And the Reps are friendly and professional
Good place to buy a car or truck, fast and easy to deal with.
Absolutely love my car, no complaints there. Only complaint is how long it took to get my title (more than 2 months). Carvana did reimburse me a little but not much. Guessing this was due to Covid. The process of dropoff was extremely simple and convenient. The staff who delivered were very friendly. Payments are simple, done through app. Dont try going to the carvana building if you have a complaint, its better to reach the customer service through chat on their website. Overall, I am happy with my decision and my car.
One of the coolest things we have around here.
I researched a lot online before purchasing a vehicle. Price compare for up to 300 mile radius. I truly dislike even walking onto sales lots because I know more often than not I will be lied too. I was looking for a 4 cylinder, SUV, for less than 20,000 dollars with less than 20,000 miles. I couldn’t find it anywhere but Carvana! My husband drove me to a couple of dealers around our town looking. Even had a salesman laugh at me saying no way could I find that in my price range. Carvana did!!!! For $18,800 with 8,888 miles I now own a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I will say it did have a factory recall that I easily took care the Monday after I picked it up. So far the car has been perfect! I did not use Carvana as I was able to get a cheaper rate elsewhere. I’m still waiting on my title from Carvana to take to the tag agency here in Oklahoma but Carvana has set me up with a free rental until I receive them and will pay any incurred late fees on the registration. So I am more than happy with this process and have definitely recommended it to others!!
Wasted 3 weeks. Gave me 2 cars that had electrical problems. They specifically say a 250 point inspection but can’t check the interior lights or sun roof. Wouldn’t have wasted my time if so. Bad ideas that ended up failing. Good job carvana
CARVANADon’t do it!!! Just don’t!!!Purchased a used VW Passat towards the end of September 2020, took the car off the truck, did the 5 minute test drive and everything was fine. Left to go to the store and the car was telling me to kill the engine, check engine light was on and told me to stop the engine.Called them and found out about silver rock, this is Carvanas warranty company(Just Don’t). They said take it here so I did, the shop I took it too was called Kennedy tire, this was there recommendation. They had the car for 5 days, got it back and the car was fine for a day almost, at the end of this day the car was doing the same thing. Called Carvana and then to silver rock, I told silver rock if they weren’t gonna take it to a VW dealer than take it back, they said they had to talk to Carvana first.2 days later I get a phone call from Carvana saying that usually if they’re going to take a vehicle to an out of network repair facility the cost is $55 and they were going to go ahead and waive that this time and take it to a VW dealer. The car was at the VW dealer for 2.5 months, while there Carvana had a 3rd party inspector come out to look over the vehicle to inspect things. They drained the oil and then pulled the pan, the metal pieces in the oil pain were big enough to see and grab. So a month goes by with not a whole lot said, the maintenance people over at Allen Samuels Volkswagen were the ones that mainly dealt with silver rock. Good news there gonna replace the engine, only thing is it took 3 weeks to get it and then I was told that the engine they got was no good so they sent for another one. All the while I’m making payments hoping for the best. So another 2 weeks rolls by and I’m getting worried, I called silver rock and ask about the 2nd engine and they said they were waiting to receive pictures from the dealer as to wether or not they were gonna go ahead with it. 1 week later I get a call that the car is ready for pickup.I get the car and it’s driving great none of the bells and alarms I was getting before. Almost a month rolls by, 28 days that is and the car is broke down again. It starts but not for very long, I call Carvana and of course I’m directed over to silver rock, then back to Carvana and then to the VW dealer because there the ones that put the engine in. I’m told by the dealer not to drive it because they think it sounds like there’s an injector stuck open and if I drive it like that it could lock up the engine. The dealer sends over a wrecker and we get the car to them, I get a call a day later that silver rock states that I’m out of my 100 day warranty for the vehicle, they count all the days it sat in the shop part of it. I’m on the phone with Carvana 1/7/21 when I learn I can no longer give the car back and that I would have to surrender it to give it back means they resell it and I pay the difference. I no longer want the vehicle because they wouldn’t give me some kind of a warranty on the engine other than replacing the injector. It’s just a matter of time before it messes up again, I didn’t even have it a month and I only put 497 miles on it. I put $3500 dollars down on this vehicle and I’m basically told my stuck with it. I paid them the money and stuck by them but I can’t anymore. I want my $3500 back and the payments I made. This vehicle was purchased because I got divorced and she got the van, I have a two door pickup and needed the 4 door car for my kids to travel safely. A lot of good the car has done me.
As a Carvana customer, I am very disappointed in the lack of services I have been provided. I purchased my vehicle from Carvana in September of 2020. I still have not received my title. Sadly, I requested to speak to a supervisor, on many occasions, and still have not received a response. This being my 1st time buying a car, I did not expect my experience to be dissatisfying, distasteful, and disappointing.
I thought in the beginning the hassle free and picking my own car was great; but i bought the car in June, didnt get my car till July 11, 2020; car was mine by July 17th; I made sure I did everything i was supposed to; and i still do not have my title for registration.it is now October 2, 2020 and still no title; how do you sell a car without a title or not know there is issues with the VIN when you sell a car.Now they are messing with my money because 1. the temp tag is worn off and there is nothing on it; 2. The temp tag expired September 8, 2020, 3. if i get pulled over i get a fine, and when the title finally does get to me, i have a huge fee.i am contacting the Oklahoma Used Car Commission.
My husband and I have been searching for the perfect family car for a while, scouring the used car lots and internet like crazy. We found a 2017 Acadia with low mileage on Carvana and took the jump. We started the process having no clue how it worked or what was in store. Even though Carvana has a lot of customer service working from home, and there were a few bumps in the car buying process, we were able to get a hold of a individual that helped us navigate the delivery, down pay, loan approval, etc. after the initial steps were done, Carvana has been very accommodating. We even filed a claim with their 40 day warranty service to get the front rotors changed. I highly recommend Carvana for touch-less delivery, great customer service, and ease of purchasing a vehicle online.
The buying process was easy and the car has been great. Its the best way to buy a car. One thing my wife wishes is that the car was detailed a little bit better before delivery but those places cleaned up well.
Easiest car sale Ive ever experienced! I got a very good deal for my 2017 Kia Sportage!
Super awesome! Even shorthanded the service was on point. Found a ding in the door that wasnt online and Terrell immediately filed a claim and told me it would be taken care of!
DONT DO IT. Purchase confirmed August 11 with car delivery on August 15 and I STILL HAVE NO TEXAS LICENSE PLATES. The excuse is repeatedly covid delays however I just got off the phone with Texas DMV who said delays are 5-6 weeks NOT 12 weeks as Carvana keeps saying. I am on my 3rd temporary tag from Carvana. Every time I call after a 30-60 minute wait to reach an advocate Im told something different. I CAUTION ANYONE TO AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. REGISTRATION PROCESS IS USELESS AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET ANY HELP DUE TO THIRD PARTY VENDOR CONFIDENTIALITY. Carvana is a nightmare.
Really fun place to experience. I live my car.
They made an offer 2k over carmax and when i went to drop the car off, all the paperwork was ready to go and the transaction was extremely quick and painless. From the time i walked in to leaving with my plates and a direct deposit was about 7 minutes. Couldnt ask for a more painless car selling experience.
This place lives to the virtue carvana serves - Hassle Free and Convenient !They offered me good price online and it took less than 5 mins to complete the process after I drop my vehicle. I would recommend this carvana place to sell and buy cars from !
Have not had a better car buying experience ever. From Sarah who went above and beyond to give me exact amount car should be to stay in budget.. to the personalized thank you card Bryce from the vending machine sent. I didnt feel any frustration, the process was simple, the selection was great. When people see my temp tags they always ask if the experience is great and Im excited to share. I love my car and I will never car shop anywhere else.
They need to get it together! Horrible experience
Well that was easy! Its a whole new approach to car buying. I enjoyed the touchless pickup, especially in this time of COVID. Finding the right car for me on the app was a little tricky, but after that, everything else was a breeze.
Amazing service, and so simple.
Worse place to ever buy a car if ur reading this dont do it trust me
Super easy process! I used the touchless pickup due to COVID and it was so quick and easy! I’ve had my car for almost 3 months and it’s been amazing so far!
I LOVED buying my car from them, but after a year I totaled my car and after over a MONTH they still haven’t finished the process. My insurance paid $18k of my $21k loan but since gap has taken so long they are making me make my monthly payment even though I haven’t had my car in over a month and just paid $18k on it!!! This is the ONLY reason I will not buy another car from them. Disappointing because I thoroughly enjoyed the entire car buying process. What a shame.
Dont get your hopes up. Customer service is TERRIBLE. We bought a car, delivery was fine but we immediately noticed it reeked of cigarette smoke, something carvanas website explicitly states they do sell smoked in cars. We drove around and tried to air it out but no such luck. After 4 hours on hold being passed from person to person, Jessica (a customer service manager) told us she would not even compensate us if we took it to get detailed. ZERO compensation for a vehicle clearly not as advertised. They wouldnt even price match on a swap. If you plan to use this service cross your fingers you like what is dropped off, otherwise you are out of luck.
Extremely nice and friendly and very very helpful
I ran an ad on FB and CL to sell my wifes Acura. I got a call from a Carvana buyer offering me my asking price so I agreed to sell to them here in OKC.I delivered the car a week ago and still havent been paid. Many hours on hold w the corporate office trying to get my funds but to no avail. Ive got to hire an attorney now to try and get my money. Be warned!
I purchased an unbelievably low mileage vehicle from Carvana! Carvana even assisted me with F
Wife purchased a car a week ago. We checked out the car before we took it off the lot. The next morning after getting back in the car there was an overpowering smell of mold in the car. After looking to spot the smell, the seatbelts were molded on the bottom, the frames to the seats rusted and carpet molded. Apparently they let the car air out before we got there. We like the car and obviously there werent any mechanical issues with the car so we asked them to replace the carpet at least and we got an answer days later saying they would give us a check for 150$ to get the carpet cleaned. You cannot get rid of mold in the carpet padding from a surface cleaning of the carpet. So now we are on the hook for replacement of the carpet. They had to know it had flood damage and if they didnt, they knew after we showed them and didnt care to fix it. If this was my business Id be ashamed and embarrassed that I was pushing known garbage out the door and making a profit.
When we saw the ads for Carvana on TV, we were super skeptical. Who would dare buy a car without test driving it first?!? Well, my wife found the minivan of her dreams on their website, and we decided to investigate further. The entire process is totally painless and super easy! Not to mention extremely fun. Who can say that about car buying? Us and Carvana, thats who!
Price gouging and interest rate 1.8 % too. Also 72 mo instead of 60 mo. Profit is not a dirty word except when you attempt to make all off me. Your dreaming with these overpriced vehicles. BEWARE FOLKS
Very nice people
So everything leading up to the self registration was great. I got my car on 2/3/20, 30 days later still no title paper work sent in the mail for me to self register. I called Carvana and they told me that my title hasn’t been sent because the Okc “Hub” is super behind on paperwork. I called the DMV they don’t have any paper from Carvana, they gave me the Tag agency that Carvana is using for my Lien. I called the Tag agency and they said no one from Carvana has been up there to pick up my paperwork that was completed on the 28th of February! All they can offer me is a RENTAL CAR. I don’t want a rental car I want to drive my car legally and for someone to actually know what is going on because everyone is giving me the run around. I am never the person to leave reviews and post online. But this is getting ridiculous I need answers and not they are behind on paperwork, who is they!?!
Looking to trade Ecosport for a raptor.
Super fast process and great customer services ! If you are selling your car, check your value from carvana website. You might have extra 500-2000 comparing to car max or dealership.
Someone needs to train yall car haulers the laws on the road i was stuck for 20 minutes in the left lane behind one who was next to a semi and would not get over doing 15 under the speed limit on I35
So I am all set to purchase a vehicle from Carvana, I had completed all financial paperwork, obtained insurance for the vehicle and even scheduled the down payment. I get to the building and give the customer service rep my drivers license and proof of insurance. The customer service rep looks at my insurance and says Everything looks good but we need your insurance to be extended further out before you leave the lot with the car. I call my insurance, which is Progressive and they say they have never heard of a car dealership asking for this and the only thing they could do is create a whole new policy for me as if I am a new customer which would include a down payment. Needless to say I did not get the car. Horrible experience, never was I informed of any policy regarding needing your insurance to be for a certain length of time. The only thing I was asked to do is obtain insurance and provide proof of said insurance. I will never go to this place again and I have already warned all of my family and co-workers of the horrible customer service.
Lots of if you are getting a car.
Cool place.. Great Staff!!
