I had a very good experience. Lyle was amazing. I was very comfortable with his product knowledge. He took great care of me. They went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I truly wanted. I actually got more than I thought I could afford. Im driving a beautiful Mazda now loaded with options. Exactly the one I wanted and it arrived earlier than they had promised.

I bought a 2021 Mazda CX-30 from them in May! I love the vehicle and Mazdas in general, as I previously owned a 2010 Mazda 3. Mark Zachery worked with me and was very nice and easy to work with. Unlike Nelson Mazda, Bob Moore was willing to haggle a little over price. I also got a $750 discount for being a loyal Mazda owner. The whole process from test drive to driving away took 2-3 hours. The vehicle was brand new (7 miles on it) and was in great condition. A few days later when I brought the car in for the service department to prepare it for me, we had some issues setting up the My Mazda app to start the vehicle remotely, but other than that, they filled my car up and Mark mentioned how he would fill up my car every time I brought it in for service in the future. Mark was pretty good at answering all of my questions, and I felt like he was doing a lot to make sure I enjoyed the car before and after I bought it. When I brought my car in for its first oil and filter change after 5,000 miles this past Saturday, it took them one hour to do the oil and filter change and to rotate the tires! I paid $899 for their Vehicle Maintenance program, which provides for free oil and filter changes and tire rotations for 60,000 miles. While I do not know yet if it was worth purchasing, they completed service of my car in great time and I was pleased with their work. They did not wash my car, but other than that, the service was great! Having taken two Mazdas to this dealership for service and now having purchased a new vehicle from them, I would recommend Bob Moore to anyone interested in buying a Mazda.

The salesman Terry was great. He worked with my son on a Miata and let him know as soon as it got delivered to the dealership.Everything was great until finance. It took well over an hour, the finance guy wasn’t prepared, kept trying to slip in higher interest rates and payments then agreed upon. Was very underhanded and deceitful. This is what gives dealerships a bad name. I just bought a car one week prior at Bob Howard Honda. And was in finance for 10 min, with no underhanded moves.All in all, sales was great 5 star, finance, horrible 1star. Do not go there without financing already taken care of from your bank or credit union, or pay cash.

My experience with Bob Moore Mazda was great! Never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions I wasnt ready to make (after already experiencing that and worse at other dealerships). I worked with Blake who answered all of my hundreds of questions and was SUPER helpful through this process. Inventory was low so the specific car I wanted was out of stock, but they had more that were going to be delivered in a few days. Blake was able to get a loaner that was the same year, model, and trim so I could test drive it before it got there. Then I was able to put a deposit down on the car that was going to be delivered in the next few days so no one would be able to take it. The finance department was able to find great deals for me and I left with a lower monthly payment than I even thought I could get. I highly recommend Bob Moore Mazda!

While I wasn’t able to purchase a vehicle from them due to some last minute travel plan changes, I would absolutely come back to buy from them.

Everyone I interacted with, from the first step in the door to leaving with the keys, was very friendly and attentive. The process from start to finish was quite lengthy, but I was a first-time buyer, so that may have been no fault of their own. Really pleased with how smoothly the whole process unfolded and plan to return to buy my next vehicle from them in the future.

Amazing service. I worked with Blake and Lana in finance. Told Blake what I wanted and what my financial expectations were. He didn’t try to pressure me into anything different or veer from what I was wanting. He was extremely kind and personable, no salesman talk, it was like talking with a friend. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and Lana was just as personable and found me a great rate. I went back to do additional paperwork the following business day and was told that they actually may have found a better rate which blew me away. I had already signed the initial deal and contract but they went above and beyond to find a better one. Blake was great! Overall everything went dry well especially on the sales side. Finance could have been more prepared to make that more of a seamless process. Christopher the sales director was also great to work with. Very honest and upfront to work with. There was a question on a option if the car had it or not. They made it right. VERY IMPRESSED! My husband and I recently purchased a Mazda CX-30 from Bob Moore Mazda and I’d like to share the experience. First, if you know how to haggle a little the price of the car will be about the same no matter the dealership so it really comes down to the people you deal with and the service you receive. From our salesman, Blake Harris to the General Manager, Phillip Bostick and everyone we encountered in between, we received 5 star treatment all around! We had a concern over removing a pinstripe after we’d already purchased the car, they could’ve said “that’s tough, it’s yours”. Instead… they promptly stayed on top of it until we were completely satisfied. When I went to pick up the car (which they were able to get here from another state on the very same day) the G.M., Phillip was waxing the car and making sure it looked perfect! From the second I stepped into the building, Mark took care of me. He was patient, kind, and did his very best to put me in the car of my dreams being that it was my first time buying a new ride. We noticed a couple of cosmetic imperfections with the car (hairline scratch on door handle and very small chip on taillight). DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! They “lost” my car loan (financing) and I had to go back 30 days later and get a different loan while the ran my credit AGAIN another 20 times so I now have a ridiculous amount of inquiries on my credit. I was suppose to get a GAAP refund and they forgot to cancel it. They screwed up on everything and it’s impossible to get help from anyone. Go anywhere but here!

Sales Representative: Nolin TimonioI would not recommend trusting this guy, he sold our car behind our back to another customer while we were choosing between two different models/trims.We made an appointment in advance. After test drive of our priority car trim we decided to test different configuration in order to compare the cars and come to a right decision, so we asked to try another car.He said that this is not a problem and he can provide us with another car for a test drive, but he also mentioned that another customer is also willing to buy the model we came for. This client is just waiting for our decision, because we made an appointment and came first.Then I asked Nolin how much time we have to make a decision, and he said that there is no pressure from his side and we could take our time.When we returned from our test drive of the second car, Nolin had already sold our car to that customer......He said it was just a misunderstanding.I might be wrong, but in our opinion, Nolin just didnt want to lose another customer who needed an exact model. And he planned to convince us to choose a different trim after we realize that our car was sold because of misunderstanding.Anyway, his behavior was completely unprofessional, he just lied to us about the time we had.His manager didnt even try to help either. After our complaint, they both just disappeared without an apology.

Great service from the sales, finance, and parts teams.They didn’t try to sell me on a new vehicle when I came to look for something used. When I later decided to purchase a new vehicle on my own they only showed me options within my original price range.Their finance team didn’t have any crazy extra charges I had too fight against and their warranty/protection offerings were reasonable. I was only suggested plans that fitted my expected use for the vehicle and they gave me no resistance when I opted out of certain things.Overall this has been the lowest drama dealership I have ever worked with and I will certainly be stopping by when I need a new vehicle later down the road.

The salesperson I worked with was Darien- who actually works at Bob Moore Kia- and was fabulous. I do not know the name of the finance guy who I worked with, but I left furious. He blatantly disregarded information that I given him concerning time restraints in a way that was demeaning and disrespectful. If I hadn’t have been so in love with the van I found I for sure would have walked out after our first 5 minutes together.

They were courteous and fast. They seemed eager to have my business and were easy to negotiate with.

I recently bought a used CX-5 almost sight unseen. I was a little nervous at first because you read so many reviews about dealerships who do bait and switch or add extra fees on to the purchase. That was not the case here.This was a very specific and popular version of the model I wanted and they don’t usually last long and the listing price was already fair...sight unseen we did a little negotiating and agreed on a price (that was a good price) as long as the condition of the car was as advertised (also, I negotiated an out the door price which helped...so keep that in mind). When I arrived, the salesman met me at the door and walked me to the vehicle to look at it and asked me if I had any questions and actually insisted I drive it before completing the transaction (which I was planning on, but glad to be offered). The vehicle exceeded expectations and the salesman (Justin) did a good job taking care of me. I tend to buy vehicles every couple years, so not my first, but one of the easier ones.I did feel the paperwork side of things took a little longer than desired, but this is a busy time of year so I get it. But also I think I signed some of the same sheets multiple times unnecessarily. Overall, super happy with the experience and the car.
