Needed a tire presysensor replaced. I was told it would be a quick fix around fifteen minutes. Two hours have passed and no additional information has been told to me. I ask a gentleman to check on the status and he couldnt get an answer when he called. At the least an update or two would go along way. There doesnt seem to be any actual customer service or satisfaction anywhere on this lot once you purchase a vehicle....

I was greeted immediately with someone to record my problem, escorted into a spacious waiting room with large screen tvs and comfortable seating. Multiple vending machines and spacious clean restrooms are there for your convenience.Mechanic supervisors report their findings and make recommendations along with cost estimates and financing opportunities.Their reputation for doing good work and standing behind their service is good.

On Wed I contacted the service department and spoke with Kevin to schedule a time to bring in my Jeep and see where it is leaking fluid. He told me to bring it by the next morning around 7 am . I asked if they still had a shuttle that could take me to work, that its only about a mile away. He said yes. So I arrived at 7:15, and was told by Kevin that the driver would not be in until 9 or 10! I told him that was not what he told me the day before and that I had to be at work asap. He asked me what time did I get off work that evening. I told him between 5 and 5:30. He said come by after work and Ill still have a tech here to take a look at it. When I showed up a little after 5, I was greeted by different person. When I told her I was there to have a tech look at my Jeep, she told me, we dont have a tech here! I explained to her my conversation with Kevin, so she went over to talk to him. She then came back over and said Kevin said just bring it by in the morning. Ahh NO thats not acceptable! She had one of the service managers come over and talk to me. He seemed to want to correct the situation . He looked under my Jeep and confirmed what I thought was the problem.I had requested an estimate but was told that the parts department couldnt be reached so I was given a ball park estimate. This company has serious problems with all of their departments! Sales is a joke too ! And I will NEVER waste my time with BOB HOWARD!And to the person that answers the reviews, please do not waste my time stating that I will be contacted! Its obviously a waste of time!

I filed a claim for Dodge to get a part in stock to replace a faulty headrest on my vehicle. I called to get an update and I was luckily transferred to Clint in parts. He made himself familiar with my situation and found my part! He ordered it and called me when it came in a few days later. To make sure there wasn’t anymore delay in my service he recommended I speak directly to Kevin which I’m so glad I did. Kevin called me personally and let me know I could bring my vehicle in at my convenience to have the part installed. I showed up and he checked me in. Kevin called me with updates throughout the day and made sure I had my vehicle back my the end of business. I am extremely grateful of the customer service these two individuals provided.

I went in 3 Separate times ended up going to Vance Ram in Guthrie for help... including the purchase of the following two vehicles. Odd that Buck Barton the G.M. has time to respond to negative reviews but Not return calls/messages. It is a same after I fixed their rotating table for the online photos, they cant show customers the same hospitality. Seriously a shame... unless you can walk in and put a $50k deposit down on a truck they dont want to talk to you. Congrats on selling your Limited Edition TRX. A real Shame you went about it wrong.

Went there had a horrible experience. Bought tickets for the IMax for the new movie Fast and Furious. Instead of having a sign somewhere say ok the air conditioning was out in that theater for IMax she scanned our ticket then proceeded to tell us. Then getting our money back was a pain in the butt. Need to get it together. If you knew the air was out you should of had people in there trying to fix it instead of selling tickets. I am sure it was hot in there because people were complaining about it. Get it together Patriot.

I wish I read these reviews before getting ripped off by this dealership!!! Im out of $1,300.00 and 16 hours of my life. I had to bring my Jeep Wrangler in twice. My brakes still squeak and my engine light still comes on. I was told I would need to bring back for another diagnostic test! Transportation was not readily available. I had to take an uber to another scheduled appointment while my Jeep was getting worked on. I was told by Chase that someone would pick me up. Well almost 45 mins of waiting to be picked up a guy rolled up driving my Jeep. A dealership has hundreds of cars on lot but uses customers vehicle!

I brought 2 of my vehicles to this dealer on July 31 for oil changes. The next day I tried to use the windshield washer and found it only worked on one side. I checked under the hood and found the sprayer nozzle broken and shoved back together. On the other vehicle, there was a scratch in the leather steering wheel. I tried to call the dealership almost daily for the following month and could not reach anyone. Finally I called Chrysler customer care and they got me in touch with a manager. This manager asked me to bring the vehicle back and to show him the issues. I told him my wife refuses to bring her vehicle back and I will just fix her sprayer myself. I brought my car back for them to correct the issues. I get the car back today and was told that they did not damage the car and refuse to fix the scratch. I again left my number for the manager....who again was not available...and was told he would call back, and yet again....no return call. I will never use this dealer again and will tell everyone I know of this terrible customer service experience. This dealer does not care about customers or making their mistakes right.EDIT:I spoke with your manage Sean last week and was told that nothing will be done to fix this issue. He does not acknowledge the damage done as something that would have happened in the shop and refuses to fix it. He also said that they will not complete the warranty work on the vehicle because it is hard water spots and not corrosion. It sure seems odd that the only spot on my vehicle that shows this defect is the EXACT same spot that was handled by warranty before and that no other place on my vehicle has hard water spots like this. Sean said that his body shops word is gold and will not repair the damage. Warranty approved the work and Richard looked at the spots and said that it was corrosion as well. This is because this is a KNOWN issue with the hoods and dissimilar metals reacting. I asked that if this will not be handled by the dealer, I would like to move towards legal measures including arbitration.

Choose any other dealership to get your vehicle serviced, especially if it’s anything beyond an oil change. They have “fixed” my vehicle several times now and the same problems keep coming back. They clearly do not know what they are doing when it comes to providing good customer service. I’ve attempted to call and speak to a service advisor or manager several times and I get the runaround. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

They had my Jeep for over a month, but not really there fault .. Come to find out the part I needed is no longer made or available from the manufacturer. The tech had to get creative to solve my problem, hopefully fixed but wont know for sure for a couple of days. What bothers me is the fact they didnt keep me updated with their efforts or call back when they said they would. But what really sparked me to sit down and type this review is the way they left the rear cargo area. The door gasket wasnt reinstalled; the upper and lower thresholds were not put back into place, they were just sitting on the cargo area floor.

I have had my vehicle serviced here since 2015. In the last two years the service has become increasingly poor. Yesterday I dropped it off for an oil change and transmission filter/fluid change. The initial quote was about $300. In the afternoon I was called and told they didnt know my vehicle was a V8 engine and it would be over $1100. I told them no, and instead of calling me back after the oil change was complete, they left it unfinished - I had to call friends for a ride home and to work because a 45 minute oil change became two days of no vehicle. I finally came in at 1pm the next day - still no calls, email, text, and the car is still not put together. Now I am waiting.... completely incompetent and unacceptable.

After a long day of getting thrown around and taken advantage of by used car salesmen I went in a bought a 2020 challenger for a great price, it was an easy and nice experience and they didn’t try to play games with me. I bought a car from Richard Seeberger very honest and courteous will be coming back when it’s time to get another vehicle.

Was there recently just to have new tires put on, an alignment, and an oil change. I was told to come in at 7am and I would be taken care of right away. I got there at 7am and didn’t leave until 6:30pm. After four hours of sitting around waiting i had asked on my vehicle status, I was then told about the shuttle service they had, but was told I only had two more hours max for my vehicle to be finished. So I decided to just sit and wait. After three more hours had passed after asking the first time I had asked again and was told my vehicle was being worked on and would be done shortly. Turns out that the short wait I had left turned out to be a total of 11 hours for my car to be worked on. Also my check engine light is on now after my service and it was never on before. Defiantly never going back and do not recommend anyone else to go here for service.

I dropped my van of 26 hours ago to fix the AC. I have yet to receive a phone call back and have called them multiple times over the last day and can get no information about when the repairs will be finished or how much this will cost. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of caring about their customers experience has made this my last trip to this dealership for any repairs.

Biggest issues: Transparency, professionalismI had my car towed here on Thursday 06/18 and today is 06/22. I have not recieved any information about whats wrong, how long it will take, costs, any information.Story Time: I had a battery issue so I had my car towed here. Today, I called up there, waited on hold for 15 minutes just to get to leave a voicemail. I have not had any information about (1) how long i will be without a car (2) price (3) potential costs (4) the issue. I was talking to services after I called the 2nd time. The guy said that he would look for more information only to transfer me to someone (Dont know who or which department) to leave a voicemail. I am not one to typically leaves bad reviews on places. But the lack of transparency and the lack of clarity provides me with irritation. Therefore, you can be irritated about your bad review.Update: Called up there a 3rd time. Waited on hold for 40ish minutes before the phone hung up. Guess i lost my place in line.Edited One week after: I am editing this one week after completion. I ended up paying $350 for a battery replacement and full synthetic oil change. Additionally the problems that persisted throughout this annoying occurrence is on the company, not myself. Long wait times, bad customer service, lack of clarity, getting simple things wrong, and I never got an apology/ compensation or even someone to reach out. Never coming to bob Howard again. Being 21 years of age, you just lost a potential lifelong customer. My dad has purchased most of his cars here and was surprised to hear my complaints.The only person here who helped at all in any sort of way was Richard Tow. He gave me his cell phone number so that I could call him directly with any questions. Its too bad it was 4 days after they took my car in. Shout out to this guy0/10 stars- Would not recommend

Ok, let me first say that my sales representative, Charles was great to work with. I would purchase with him again. Unfortunately, I purchased my car on 4/24/2020, however Audi still hasnt received the payoff yet. I would feel ok, however Im not getting any response from the dealership. I only need to know when my other car will be paid off. Last I heard was it would be paid off by now. Just concerned if it is too long, I will have to pay Audi again, even though I havent had the car for almost 3 weeks now. Just need an update.5/17/2020 - Ok, this is an update to the original post last week. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting a response from the dealership and my loan on my trade in is still not paid off. Not sure what the issue is with the finance department. Hopefully someone contacts me soon.

Scheduled an appointment for 7am on friday may 29th. Was under the impression that it would be a quick repair. Got an update that said it was in progress about noon the same day. Thats the last time I have heard from the service department. I have called the past 3 days and have been told the service advisor would call me back. So far no one has called. Its been 5 business days since I first dropped it off. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment?Update: now june 10th, talked to a service advisor on the 8th, who wasnt working on my vehicle, and didnt know about my vehicle. Told me that it was In Progress. I asked if he would have the service advisor who was working on my vehicle give me a call... Still no callUpdate: 4 weeks after dropping the jeep off for a recall repair, calling 2 to 3 times a week, never being able to speak to my service advisor, having them tell me they will call me bac, and never calling, I decided to go find out in person. When I arrived they couldnt find my vehicle in their system. Then when they did they informed me that it had been done on June 2nd, this was june 26th, and they didnt know if the work had actually been done. They told me they would have the technician call me first thing in the morning. June 27th, I recieved a call and he said he was looking into it and it should be done in a few hours, he would call me back. When I didnt receive a call, I went back in person. They found the vehicle and told me they check, the engine light, and found nothing. But the part needed for the recall was on backorder, and they would let me know when the part arrived.In other words, my jeep sat there for 1 month, and they did nothing to it. DO NOT RECCOMEND using the service department, I certainly wont be going back.

This is your typical high pressure sales. The good ole routine of nice salesman, bad salesman. The car salesman has the sales manager come over to try pressure you into overpaying for a vehicle while giving you next to nothing for trade in value. They even held onto my wifes keys until they were done with their spill.

In late November of 2016, I was negotiating a deal for a new vehicle this dealer. In order to secure financing for the truck I was interested in purchasing, they dealership gave fraudulent information to the lender, without my knowledge. Papers where signed, down payment paid, trade in vehicles turned over to the dealership. After the lender requested a pay stub from me and noticed the discrepancies, they contacted me. I was shocked to hear that the dealership had reported that I had been on the job for 10+ years, when I have less than a year with my new job, and also reported me making over double of what I actually make per month. I set the record straight with the lender and they wound up withdrawing their offer to finance. I accused the dealer of committing fraud but was told, Its not fraud if we are helping you get the vehicle that you want. Since they could not find a lender who would honor the finance terms that I signed the agreement for, I gave them their new vehicle back and demanded return of my trades, one of which they had already sold without paying off the lien holder. I did eventually get both of my trades returned to me, but have yet to be refunded my down payment after almost a month since I returned the new vehicle back to them. Calling them gets me sent to voicemail and the GM acts like he has no desire to talk to me when I go to the dealership.

The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldnt let me post unless I put at least one but I f there was a way to give this a negative five stars that is what I would give Bob Howard Dodge. My wife came in with a friend to discuss things with her car and ended up looking at cars with a salesman, Casey. Casey talked my wife into buying a Jeep she has been wanting however they were unable to make a deal on the jeep and ended up getting her in a Dodge Journey. However, it isnt one that she wanted. She was forced or bullied into that particular car. She agreed to a black Journey or Durango and they forced the white one, because it has more incentives. At this time my wifes friend was told she would get a referral check for sending the new customer. (Which four months later she still doesnt have)Then about two months later, our other vehicle we have broke down and we decided to go and look for another car for me. We went back to Bob Howard Dodge to look because I really wanted a Ram. When we got to the lot we found the perfect truck minus it not having heated leather seats. The salesman told me he would have heated leather seats put in the truck (which has also yet to be done). We explained that we didnt have a trade in and we didnt have any money down until the first week of January. They accepted a post dated check for the amount of the down payment and agreed to let us take the truck home. It wasnt a few days later and Matthew, who works (worked) in finance called and told me he accidentally shredded my $9000 check. So I verified that was what he actually meant and he assured me it had been shredded. I took another check up there for $9000 and gave it to him. Then when my new checks came in for my new account, I took another check for $9000 up there and they proceeded to give me back BOTH of the other $9000 checks.....wait.... how did they put that shredded check back together.....anywho.... they have yet to release my title and I still have no tag. Now it has been thirty days and the truck has an expired tag and we have no title.I have been on the phone ALL day with everyone at the dealership and I have gotten ZERO help. I showed them where the funds have been withdrawn from my account and they are refusing to release the title to me until they can show the money in their account. I refuse to drive an illegal car and they tried to tell me that they would pay my tickets and get my car out of impound yet they refused to put that in writing, yet offered to text it to my wife.All this time I have a $40,000 truck sitting in my yard that I can not drive. My wifes friend finally suggested that they give us a loaner vehicle and they put me in a Doge Dart.... a Dodge Dart???? I have a truck for a reason!!! This thing is a tuna can and it smells like a overgrown cigarette... It took everything I had to drive it the 40 miles home.Now the part that really gets under my skin... the manager of sales Bill A. stood in the lobby with me tonight and proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that my memory doesnt work. He also stated that my wife was a liar. This is not a professional way to handle a repeat customer. I have repeatedly asked for a phone number to speak with someone higher up and it seems that no one at the dealership knows who or where to get that information. This also bothers me because no one seems to know anything, which is also a bit shady.The general manager Jeremy Bird is supposed to be contacting me.UPDATE: Jeremy Bird contacted me first thing Thursday morning and he was amazing. He worked with me to come up with a solution to the problem very quickly and I had my title in hand within minutes of me arriving at the dealership. Jeremy kept in contact with me throughout the day keeping me updated on the progress. He wasnt all about the money but about the customer and their experience. He apologized for what I had been through with the employees and assured that things would get fixed. I would rate Jeremy at Bob Howard Dodge with 5 Stars. Overall star rating changed 1 to 3

They tried to charge me for a new water pump & when I took it to another Jeep dealer for a second opinion, ALL THAT WAS NEEDED FOR REPAIR WAS A $33 HOSE!!! Crooks tried to quote for me a $700+ repair job! Will NEVER return. Shame on you, Bob Howard.
