The store was clean and spacious. At the time we went, there was not many people. If you are looking for outdoor clothing, this is a good place to shop. However, expect to drop lots of money here, if you are going to shop here. Most of the items here are very expensive! If you enjoy having the North Face logo on your clothing, this is the place to shop! Overall, I did not have any problems shopping here, and would recommend it to others.

Great place to shop! Great deals! My new favorite place to shop is the outlet mall. You cant go wrong with north face, their quality is awesome.

Dropped more than $300, and as soon as I walked through the front door, two employees were preoccupied with their phones and conversation. No one even acknowledged my existence until i started to checkout. Once i paid, i wasnt even given so much as a thank you or a smile. Im already privvy to the fact they dont hire anyone with customer service skills, but no one even tried.

Had a pair of boots that had a defect, but they were out of warranty. Had a North Face rep. that misinformed me about it, and later they made it up to me anyway by giving me a reasonable discount which caused me to give a better rating.

Not bad but could always have better stuff

Standing in line to get in the store (Covid precautions), then seeing full retail prices and very limited size choices. Lifes too short!

Just average, didnt have a very good selection of winter hats. Its winter they should be stocked up.

This store was nice and clean. Although, they didnt have a lot of choices as far as boots, which was what I really needed.

One of my most favorite clothing stores is the North Face Outlet. I especially love the north face jacket. The jackets are unique in design and serving purpose. The store is very big with a huge collection of clothing. There are lots of people to help you find the right product. The service is really excellent.

Met a big cashier lady with bad attitude. Never return.

Building is powered by fossil fuels and the clothes are made from petroleum. That doesnt align with my virtues...

I am not a name brand person but North Face never fails to deliver high-quality products worth the money. The outlet store has some great bargains, worth the trip every time.

One of my favorite stores. I like to wear between 1 and 30 layers of clothes so northface is a great place to shop.Often times you will think....is this deal really true... it seems too good. Ooh no, it really is that good.You can go any time of the year and find something great. I kid you not.Also these clothes are vacuum packable. And you can get them wet and you can even wear them in a crane!If you are stranded down in a desert and need to come up with an air intake filter you can stretch the fabric of their garments over the intake manifold and you will prevent particulates from entering the cylinders of your engine.Fyi

I havent ever been to a non outlet north face store, but this place is pretty good. They give military discount, not police. 2 dressing rooms, a good assortment except they dont usually have much for kids in the boys section. They also dont carry much shoes, tents or gear. If you are looking for a good deal on clothing or outerwear, its great. I have seen 50-60% off the entire store at most discount. They run past season sales pretty regular. Staff is friendly. I park on the south side near the south entrance, and its one of the first stores you encounter.

I love shopping here with my family and friends. There are always great deals to find.

Andrew and Ron were some of the worst associates, Ive ever encountered in any retail store. Please stop hiring people who cant do basic math. Giving people the wrong change. When the money is still right in front of you and even with the calculator in your hand you couldnt figure it out, its basic math adding and subtracting. Andrew you are Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Wish they had better sale prices Especially for an outlet

This is the spot for functional goods at a fraction of the price. Scored a $500 tent for $120, and have boughts jackets as low as $20 before.

Worst customer service ever. They just stand around visiting with each other. When you ask for assistance they act like you’re interfering with their conversation, then they have the audacity to ask if anyone helped you when you are paying to leave. The product sells itself. It certainly isn’t the people.
