I bought a XT5 back in 2019 and had a fantastic experience back then... NOT NOW, I am not sure if the GM has changed or what has happened. Everything started off great and let me be clear our sales person Matt was great. However, when it got to the sales negotiation with the sales manager I was told that they could not even work with me to take a car listed at $44,360 to only $43,900. I was a cash paying customer and was ACTUALLY told they could probably work with me if I was financing... I mean WHAT, so apparently my cash means nothing to Bob Moore so I will be going elsewhere from here on out.

On behalf of MJ SchneiderI went in to buy a used Subaru from Bob Moore Cadillac. I know very well when I buy a used vehicle, more than likely it will need some repairs. Especially something of that age. Before I purchased the vehicle I let the salesman, and manager, know I wanted a print out of the cars used car inspection showing what repairs were recommended when they inspected it. I repeatedly mentioned I was worried about head gasket failure because it is a common failure of these engines. I was informed that they would put a copy in the car for me. I also made sure I got in writing, signed, that if there was a head gasket issue, What I got looked like a typed up record of the oil change from Word. So I took the vehicle the very next day to have it inspected by a trusted mechanic. We found repairs like brakes, A/C leaks, lights out, and multiple little things. Common for a vehicle this old, I wasnt expecting a perfect vehicle. I even expected tires to need to be replaced. By the way, for those that dont already know, it is a safety issue if tires are beyond 6 years old as rubber degrades rather steadily in all but perfect conditions. What I did not expect was the tires that were on the vehicle were ten years old! That is extremely dangerous to drive on! It also explained the poor ride I had. The next thing I did not expect was a coolant leak from behind the front timing cover. After all, I asked for the inspection they did and got a record of the oil being changed. Where the coolant was leaking at indicates a water pump leak, or worse cylinder head gaskets leaking. So I went back to Bob Moore Cadillac, to let Clinton Stover the sales manager about what I had found. Again, I asked for the used car inspection report. By this time, I wasnt surprised the report never materialized but Mr. Stover, the used car sales manager, gave me his word at noon on July 7th that he would take it to Bob Moore Subaru. That they would check it over and see what is going on. He told me that he would have answers for me no later than that next evening. I never heard from Mr. Stover. So I went back to Cadillac after work on the 8th to try and get answers I was told that I would have. When I got there Mr. Stover was no where to be found. I still do not have answers. One thing I did finally get was the used car inspection. Someone else magically got it for me after the manager some how lacked the ability. The used car inspection clearly denotes tires in excess of 6 years (10 years old), a major coolant leak behind front cover, along with a massive oil leak. I bought this car with no financing from them at or above retail price listed at NADA and KBB. Them clearly knowing the tires were unsafe and the engine might have major problems. As of this morning, the 9th, I still have not heard from Mr. Stover. I will continue to provide updates as I learn more.

Didn’t here anything on Monday so I text the salesman on Tuesday and this is what he replied. FlT out lied to me . I am from the Central Texas area and was in the market for a Porsche 718 Cayman for the better part of 3 months. With the car market being what it is, I was unable to find any local 718 Caymans within 500 miles that was optioned how I wanted until one day, a listing appeared for a vehicle that was VERY close to what I was searching for. I contacted Bob Moore Cadillac as a very strongly motivated buyer and my first point of contact was Carson.From the very start, I could tell that Carson took my inquiry with the utmost priority and went above and beyond to answer any and all questions and concerns I had regarding the vehicle. Had it been a different vehicle with a lesser reputation regarding reliability and quality, I very well would have accepted it. Purchase a ctsv 3 months ago or so. The service was great Thomas was a great salesperson. Till I drove the car back to Nashville and try to pass emission.the vehicle won’t pass emissions I contacted the sales manager because Thomas was on vacation. Sale manager told be sorry but the car it’s sold as is. I understood that but by law a vehicle has to be able to pass emission regardless of the state that sold the car doesn’t have emissions. Now it’s been 3 month and still unable to enjoy or tag my car and no help from either Thomas or sales manager.

Fantastic service! This was the shortest car buying experience Ive ever had. We were done in under two hours. Thomas assisted me throughout the process. I found the car I wanted online; however, my husband and I realized the price was a little high for the car. When negotiating price, I was informed that they had to sell it for the amount posted. However, in thanks to my military status, they lowered the price of the vehicle so the processing fee would bring the total to their asking price. I didnt want to pay over what they asked for so that was acceptable to me. They were very respectful and did not push for me to finance with them upon discovering Id already been pre-approved through my bank. I couldnt have asked for better service, plus my Ford Mustang is a steal of a car! Keep up the good work.

The sales person that met us at the lobby was Carson Howard. Very pleasant guy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about the car we felt no pressure to close the deal even after leaving and returning the next day to close the deal. I went to this Cadillac to look for used xt5. And I have seen they have a promotion on service cars. We started talking about the price. I have a leased Camaro and was willing to trade in. I know the remaining balance on my Camaro is 19k. Without asking they checked how much I owe and they called GM financial. The guy brought me a paper telling me I owe 23k. That means if I trade in I have to pay 4K extra. I didn’t believe and left the place. I went to Fowler Toyota and trade in my Camaro with an XT5 and it confirmed that my remaining balance on my Camaro is 19k.They are unprofessional. I don’t recommend.
They do horrible inspections and or they lie about their vehicle that they sale, they are not honorable company, a friend bought a car 12 days ago that he found out had 6000 dollar worth of damage. They wont fix it or get him a new one.
We purchased a New Cadillac here in 2016, and have had nothing but problems since. The service department is Horrible. We took the car in within a year of buying it cause the head unit went bad, and were told they werent surprised, as this was a Very common problem with our car. We took it another time due to a recall, and while it was in service, we asked them to go ahead and change the oil, since it was due a Week later, and they forgot to change it and had us pick up the car. When we realized their mistake, they told us to just bring it back again the next day. We had paid for the additional rim and tire coverage and when the sidewall of TWO of the tires went out with only 20k miles on it, we called the dealership. We were 30 minutes from the dealership and instead of them sending a vehicle to pick us up and having our car taken to the dealership, LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, they gave us a phone # for a towing company. We waited 3 hours for the tow company and were told it would be $175. So, my husband called the dealership back to find out why we were receiving such bad service when we paid for the coverage, and they told him to just DRIVE the car to the dealership in Norman if that was closer?? We live in Edmond and had out of state company coming to our house (who arrived at our house while we were sitting stranded.) My husband ended up driving the car himself, to the Edmond dealership. It was then we were told they made a mistake and shouldve come to get us and picked up the car themselves 4 hours earlier. SERIOUSLY? In addition, the receptionists/answering service for this dealership is the absolute worst. You will almost Never get in touch with the person you called for. You can expect to be transferred several times before being dumped into an empty mailbox, or get transferred to the Norman dealership, or be disconnected. Its the most frustrating thing to try to get someone from the dealership on the phone. The Manager I spoke with had Zero empathy, when I tried to voice our frustrations about the poor service. Not a single apology, not a moment spent trying to reassure us hed address the issues with the responsible parties. Nothing. We just bought Two cars this Saturday from another dealership in Edmond, and when we tried to call Bob Moore to cancel the additional packages we purchased from their finance department, we were put through the usual bad service loop. We left a message Saturday, and no one called back by Monday. We called 4 times @9am Monday morning before we could get on the phone with someone from Finance, who asked all the cancellation questions, but never sent the email for us to sign. We called again all afternoon, and Finally, after speaking with the Manager AGAIN, we received the email @3pm, with the excuse that the dealership is busy selling cars cause its the end of the year. Well, Bob Moore! You Could have sold TWO more TO US, if you had better service. But, no one there seems to care.
This is the 3rd time this Cadillac has been in to a Cadillac service department is still making the noise. Miraculously they can never get it to duplicate this in the shop. Pretty frustrating and I do not advise buying a newer Cadillac vehicle they are junk and the service departments are worthless! I thought this one might be better but still can’t fix my car.

Extremely dissatisfying experience at this dealership.They treat you as if you are a dollar sign and nothing more. I purchased a new XT6 through them and was told I could finance through my business name. They then came back stating I could purchase in my own name which was not what I really wanted to do. They then stated they simply did not care if I purchased the vehicle or not.After going to finance with the extremely friendly F&I producer. All my paperwork was wrong. Got that fixed.Then brought car in to have tint and final agreements completed. Tried to give me the smallest loaner available and I requested bigger. Asked to test drive an Escalade as my husband may purchase one. Was told I’d drive what was on the loaner list or not get a loaner at all.It gets better the loaner I received was full of dog hair and dirty food. I simply will not return to Bob Moore Cadillac for future purchases or services.

The recurring theme at Bob Moore Cadillac is a disregard for the state of the customers vehicles. I consistently have my vehicle returned to me with dirt/grease stains in the interior (seating surfaces, seat belt, center pillar, floor carpeting, center console, doors, steering wheel, steering column). While I acknowledge that I own an older model, I should still receive a high-quality service experience. I should not expect to have the interior of my vehicle professionally detailed following every service at Bob Moore Cadillac. I service my vehicle at a Cadillac dealership and pay a premium price so that I do not have to contend with sloppy/careless service. However, my experiences at Bob Moore Cadillac have certainly not lived up to the premium standards of Cadillac. Of all Cadillac dealerships that I have visited, this one is surely the one where I have consistently received the worst service. Based on the experience that I have had at Bob Moore Cadillac, I have strong reservations about buying another Cadillac as I do not want to contend with sub-par service whenever repairs or maintenance is/are needed.Concerning my previous experiences at Bob Moore, I have had to return to this dealer numerous times following prior servicing when door handles, locking mechanisms, and electrical connections were not reconnected following servicing. Again, it is an overall careless attitude that permeates the service department. I expect a premium experience when I pay for a premium service, particularly at a Cadillac dealership. I cannot understand why a business that survives on repeat customers would continue to conduct itself with such sub-par standards. I have made numerous attempts to inform the staff of these issues but my concerns have repeatedly fallen on deaf ears.

Extremely clean and convenient service, attendant sprayed sanitizer on door handles as I exited vehicle, covered steering wheel and seats with plastic prior to taking back for service (oil change and tire rotation). Upon completion this process was done again when driver exited vehicle and left key fob in vehicle. All staff and facility were very well kept(as it was pre-COVID), Bob Moore Cadillac is great and as always my salesman Thomas M. greeted me.

This was a 5 star review, but they refuse to call or leave me a voicemail when the car I traded in got a toll road ticket after it was towed into Texas. I had to pay the fine. The picture of the truck was even on the semi.
We really enjoyed our experience at Bob Moore Cadillac in Edmond Oklahoma the sales staff and the management was very helpful and courteous we purchased a new vehicle from them and we enjoy it very much I highly recommend Bob Moore Cadillac. Elijah Lowman was our sales representative and we felt like he did a fine job.
Paul was a good service advisor. He met me at the door and showed me where I could wait during the repair since it was the first time I’ve been to this dealership. Scheduled to go back in the next few days to replace my cue system. Hopefully that will go well also!
I went to look at a 2015 Ford Mustang and was really interested in it. I test drove it and the guy I talked to said they were going to put it in service for detail and that he would call me back when it was done and ended up selling it right out from under me. This is the worst experience I have ever had and will never go back.

I did not buy my Cadillac here, but I wish that I had. I have taken mine there to get serviced and they have proved to have some of the best customer service I have experienced.They always call with updates on my car.They also send text updates and appointment reminders.Every time has been a quick process. They already have all the paperwork ready and a car waiting for me to take.Everyone is extremely polite and courteous and I couldnt imagine taking my car anywhere else or dealing with another dealership after getting to use them.

I purchased a pre owned vehicle from this dealership. They had great customer service during the sale. Terrible customer service after the sale. They supposedly run every vehicle through their shop, however my vehicle has a defective rear seat belt, that was noticed my detail shop once I took ownership. I would be reluctant to use their service center if this is an “acceptable and functioning safety item”. i would also have your own mechanic do an inspection prior to buying. Buyers beware!
