I wanted to thank the staff of silverado, they were very professional, my truck sprung a leak in one of my air tanks and they went beyond to help me get back on the road, had an awesome experience, thanks again 👍

The men at Silverado could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Unfortunately they weren’t able to do the work themselves, but they took the time to carefully explain everything to us. They even went out of their way to try and help us find someone who could do the job. What a great company!

Estimate is $1000 at 8pm. At 3am that estimate escalated to $3200. What can I say. Most professional guys I ever had pleasure dealing with

Scammers. Please be very careful when working with these people. They tell you one price (high price) over the phone but they double that when they come in person, plus the part was bad quality and it took them more than 5 hours to finish one part.Will not work with these people ever again id rather let DOT tow me to safety.

An incredible lack of knowledge and professionalism. My driver was there since noon and job wasnt finished till after 7pm. From what was quoted a 350 to maybe 1,000 dollar job turned into a nearly $2,000 job. The parts changer had no idea what he was doing it took two of them to get it right, I hope. When I initially called i asked if they can take EFS check via money code and was told yes. Come to find out they didnt and i had to teach them on how to cash it. I was completely robbed of my time and money please avoid using these thieves.

Chris was our tech, and everyone there was so great! We live in our RV, they understood the value 9f that and worked so hard to get us back up on the road and on our way! They will be remember for other times we are in the area for sure! Love the respect they have for their customers and letting us get our fur babies settled before they started working on it. These guys are terrific, reliable and completely knowledgeable!!!

Very professional and friendly. We had a problem with our bearings on our trailer, everywhere else couldn’t get us in till Monday but they got us in right away. So happy to have found them! Definitely recommend. Thanks so much for getting us on our way back home.

If you like getting quoted multiples higher the actual part cost and then getting gouged on the all in labour cost, then you will enjoy this shop.

Highly unprofessional and scummy practices. They bait you into thinking they would do the job for a normal price and then after they finish they quadruple the price and leave you no choice but to pay.

Scammers !!! Worst service ever ! Dont use them ever . They will bait you with giving you low estimate and then they will charge you triple. And if you just ask why is this much when they gave different price for an estimate they will get angry and threaten you that they will tow the vehicle . I was given an estimate of 2000$ for the part that cost 300$ but didnt have no choice and after they replaced it they charged me 4000$ for the same work they gave an estimate of 2000$ .

We called needing a shop for some of our fleet vehicles. When I asked what are your rates? she replied with you will have to come to the shop and we will go from there. Very unprofessional, and there is no reason to not share your rate unless you plan on ripping someone off. Unfortunately I cannot risk working with a business like this.

I called SILVERADOS road service as I had blown a top radiator hose on my semi truck and to start the process I was charged $361.00 just to get a truck rolling, I told them what parts I would need and where I was broken down at I needed a top radiator hose a pressure relief cap and coolant 6gal.I got my tools out and took all of the bad parts off and waited almost 2.5hrs and then the service truck showed up and starts taking pictures and writing up the trucks information and then started getting into his tools, I said I have tools out and just needed the parts which I then got from the mechanic and started putting on myself after everything was done and truck was checked out he told me my final bill was $903.00 so I ended up paying another $500.00 and some odd dollars.THIS COMPANY IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY AND SLOW TO GET YOU HELP

These guys are awesome! Took me in right away. Walked out to greet me. And had guys working on my RV asap. Problem fixed and fare pricing. Highly recommend!

Rv owners Look elsewhere. Misdiagnoses over charges you because your stranded! Owner dont care refuse to answer emails or phone calls. Owner still hasnt contacted me. But sure had time to respond to my Credit card dispute. He knows they are wrong. Ran rv all summer 7000 mile still dont need injector Orings. Glad I had a second opinion. Oh and they were extra nice to me because they felt bad Silverado Road Service Screwed me over!!Calling me a liar? Owner hides behind God Seriously!

Did a very good job troubleshooting my truck. It wasnt firing on cylinders 1-3. They checked the injector harness and had all the injectors tested. Harness was good and so were injectors. Had outside shop remote in thru insite and saw fuel rail pressures were very high. Ran cylinder cut out tests. Determined injector driver for cylinder 1-3 was bad in ecm. Found the only ecm for my truck since they are on back order. Programmed the ecm remotely and so far no issues. Fyi if your bill is over 2500 you can only use a debit/credit card for up to 2500. Anything over that must be cashiers check, cash, or comcheck which is very inconvenient but I understand why they do that. Nice that they are open 7 days a week for the most part.Updated 11/30/2018: still having same issues as before. They never fixed my truck but had no problem charging me over 4k for nothing. Im at a shop in cleburne,tx and they determined that at least 2 injectors are bad. The shop in OKC was told by me,after John told me that there wasnt anywhere in okc to test my injectors,to swap injectors 1-3 with 4-6 since 1-3 werent firing. Instead of doing what I wanted they took it upon themselves to take them to someone to supposedly get inspected even though john said the closest place was in Texas. Well Im still having the same issues and the injectors are the problem. If they had done what I told them to do then we would have known right away the injectors were the issue. I highly recommend no one use this shop unless you like getting screwed with no lube. I shouldnt have to pay for their incompetence.Updated again 1/5/2019:The entire issue was caused by the Jake brake solenoids. Its fixed now finally.

Come to change muffler got estimate at truck stop 364$ we think will be faster at the shop finnaly got bill 882$ for muffler change :) 2 clamps 4 bolts and muffler 4 hr labor this is crazy, threat you like a junk,muffler it self cost at dealer 78,81 in oklahoma city got charge 380$ for muffler and 2 clamps how you like that, we will never come back to you guys we have a gps and we see when you pull truck in the shop.Read at think even before you call those guys.
