You ALWAYS get what you pay for. Always. Car repairs included. I hate that I even tried going elsewhere. Yet another life lesson I had zero desire to learn. I once had my battery changed for super cheap at a well known supercenter, the technician forgot to tighten one of the terminals down. My car lost all power on the interstate on my way to work and I didnt have a wrench to fix it. I had to call for a tow. I went to another area repair shop to diagnose why my car wouldnt start, was idling rough, and wouldnt accelerate. They told me my battery was dead, they trickle charged it and sent me on my way. That was 3 months ago. The problem got worse, and worse, and worse. My car was barely running when I took it here. I needed new spark plugs and ignition coils. Did the prior repair shop try to diagnose the problem at all? Apparently not. You get what you pay for. Firestone is more expensive but it saves you a lot of headaches. Paying to have your car towed every other week and missing work while you are waiting for the tow is not cost effective or smart.
Called on a Saturday to have them order 2 tires and they set up an appointment for me on a Monday. I called again on Sunday and asked them to change the order to 4 tires and they said no problem. Arrived Monday and had no problems with the mounting of the tires and the staff was extremely helpful.
I HAD THE PLEASURE OF TAKING MY CAR TO THIS GLORIOUS AUTO REPAIR PLACE. UPON ENTERING KYLE GREETED US WITH A SMILE THAT WAS ALL TEETH AND DID NOT LOOK LIKE A VAGABOND. I EXPLAINED WHAT MY CAR WAS DOING INCLUDING SOUNDS FROM MY OWN MOUTHTICKLE. KYLE SAID HE WOULD HELP US AND KEEP IT ON THE LOW SIDE SINCE I AM BALLING ON A BUDGET. I’ve visited this location 2x in the past 2 months for 2 different issues, both times Chase has been who has helped me. He is awesome, being a women having to deal with car issues is stressful but Chase always keeps me informed and make me feel at ease. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
Hours say 9 to 5 on sunday, i called around 9am for over 20 min and no one picked up, drove there at 10am, nobody was there and door was locked.
This firestone needs major help. Took my car in last night on Friday for two new tires to be installed on front. Paid for tires and explained what was wanted front tires changed. Got a call Saturday early afternoon they were ready went to get the car. Left thought if felt odd stopped got out and they changed the rear tires. Called them and they said bring it back. Explained I wanted front changed again and to put the rear tires back on. Went to get food came back they asked me again did I want the new tires on back or front. I once again explained I want the new tires on front and the continental tires on the rear just like the were when I came in. No apologly they did fix it but it added time and energy to a day that was already busy. I thought wow.

07/10/21...Forgot to put oil in my car. Threw a rod 4 days later. The location accepted responsibility however the Insurance company denied the claim. Avoid this place. They are unprofessional con artists ...from management on down.
Went to get 4 wheel alignment few months ago on my hyundai elantra after replacing some items that affects alignment.on a weekend told them what I did as far as work done to it and was reason for alignment.they had it in for about 35 or so minutes and told me I was all good to go.so doing an oil change and rotation today doing my own left front inside tire worn these are brand new 90 k tires and now I have one worn more than the rest.i thought it was out somewhat by the feeling.so I suggest you find another place but here.i will change my time if they do it again and do it right no charge.

I had used Firestone in the past but I hadnt been in recent years. I have always been satisfied with the work theyve done and Im happy to report that I am still pleased with their service and efficiently. I made an online appointment which was easy to initiate and arrived at the specified time. They were courteous, professional and efficient. I had an oil change and vehicle inspection done and was out of there in about an hour! Perfect! Thank you Firestone, I will be back again!

All of these employees were great! They communicated every thing that was going on with my truck. They gave me options without any pressuring me into paying more to fix it, which in turn had me go ahead and let them do everything needed. They were extremely fast and showed me exactly what they fixed and where it was. ( I’m even a female! 😊)

Will never go to this place again. Went in for a front end alignment, was told it couldn’t be aligned because the gearbox and joints needed to be replaced, EVEN QUOTED & PRINTED THESE “PROBLEMS” FOR $2,300, then charged me for the alignment they couldn’t do. I left with my car in the exact same condition it was in when I arrived, with $150 less dollars. Took my car to Xpress tire and lube and, apparently, my gearbox is perfectly fine. They aligned my car with no problem whatsoever.Firestone is an absolute ripoff in my and many others I’ve spoken too since. Apparently, they’re famous for looking for problems that don’t exist. Only wish I’d have asked around before hand.
I like this location. 6501 NW Expressway, OKC. They are very helpful and nice. Price is high but work is great so I cant complain. Better than brothers who arent dependable. 😄

I always known Firestone Auto shop has very high quality on their tires and services. But the Pricing that the manager worked with me on my tight budget because of my fixed income monthly.
Good, but I dont like when O have to ask the same question twice because I dont understand I would appreciate a nicer tone in his voice and not act as if I was annoying him. My son and I do all of our work there and spend a lot of money. If that happens again we will use a different Company
I am giving this location 3 stars the customer service with Melissa was great!!! I last minute changes what tires I wanted and they got them there within 1 hour which wasnt a problem either. Where the problems started was the amount of time it took to change the tires and do the alignment it took them 1 1/2 hours to get it done which is Abit crazy to me I have never waited that long for that kind of service and the tires were already off of the car.
So I made an appointment online which was confirmed. Then the guy at the time of my appointment said he went through and cancelled all appointments that morning because they were full. No call, email, anything. WOW!!

Terrible!!! I came here in August to get an alignment on my car. I was charged for it but it was never performed. My tires were purchased in July of this this year. The tire wore completely out within 2 months. I asked them to reimburse me for the tires and the alignment that wasnt performed. When I took the car back, they said that the alignment never happened and that my car need front end work done. They never informed me of anything wrong. I had to bring my brother here with me because the manager would not cooperate with me. After he argued with the manager, we were finally reimbursed for both the alignment and tires. I am never coming to this place again!
This Firestone is great they are always very nice and accommodating. They take the time to explaine everything. If I ever have any problems they go above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this Firestone to everyone.
Took my car in for front end work (tie rod and control arm) got it back and car was pulling to left, went to another Firestone and they corrected the problem, but also found out that this store didn’t put all the bolts back in the skid plate or attach the rubber boot back over the tie rod. Will be going back for them to fix what THEY took apart. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Update!!! Took my vehicle back and they corrected the rubber boot and put the bolts back in the skid plate, But I will never return to this store, I shouldn’t have to check their work and make sure they put everything back like they were supposed to.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN LOCATION. I took my car in with a NAIL IN THE TIRE and was helped by an EXCEPTIONALLY NICE young man by the name of MATTHEW C. They were rather busy but he VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY took care of my problem. The nail was not deep enough to have caused any damage to the tire so I was QUICKLY HELPED and NOT CHARGED A SINGLE PENNY. I can NOT recommend this location any higher. I wish I could give MATTHEW C TEN STARS and I would! WE HAVE BEEN TAKING OUR CARS HERE FOR YEARS but I am not typically the one to take our cars in for tires and repair. My husband was out-of-town and so this was my first experience! Now, I understand, FIRST HAND why my husband always uses this location for ALL OUR TIRE NEEDS. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! WE WILL CONTINUE!

Bunch of scam artist. I took my work truck in for a oil change. I had a couple nails in one of my tires so I asked them to patch the tire while they had it. Without even taking the wheel off, they quickly came to me and told me the nails were too close together and they couldnt patch it, so I needed a new tire. I knew that was a so I told them no. After 2 hours they finally finished my oil change. I then took my truck to a small tire shop. They patched the tire in 30minuets and I havent had to put air in it for 3 months now. Dont fall for their scam
I love this place... these men have helped me maintenance All my vehicles given me accurate information on my car as well as good reference to others who do work that they do not do.. I appreciate them well above and hope that any future mechanic that comes to this location continues to uphold the same professionalism as the current firestone workers.....been coming to this same location for over 5 years. .

I waited for the doors to open for the day and was the first person to walk in. Another person came in after me, but they pulled her vehicle first. Both of us just getting oil changes. I thought, maybe she made an appointment. Since Ive been sitting here an hour now, Ive overheard them say many times that its first come first serve on Sunday. I got up super early to be sure I was the first person and I could get to church on time. And I was overcharged! Two stars!!

DONT GO HERE!!!! This company ruined my vehicle, and refused to take any responsibility. I had them replace a camshaft in my truck, they didnt put oil back in and caused severe engine damage. The customer service with the corporate office is lacking to say the least and good luck getting a call back! It took me 2 months leaving messages to get a call back to basically hear sorry bout ya.Awful company
They did a tune up on my vehicle. They were very thorough and the prices were decent. Only down side is they had The View playing in the lobby and that show is cancer.

Scheduled an alignment at 8am just so I can go in and out quickly from the rush hour. They informed me that they wont be able to get it in until the afternoon. Whats the point of appointments anymore? Customer service sucks here.

I’ve been a customer of firestone for years and they are disappointing me now! First they lost my hub cap of my truck when the changed out my tires and pretended I lost it. Today I took in my Chrysler 200 and dropped it off at 1:30pm. I was told my tires would get rotated and the would pull the nails out of the tires. Hours later, around 5pm they call me and tell me to get the car and bring it back Monday? Are you serious? Not even a call to tell me they couldn’t do it? Sad.... they are losing a customer that have spend thousands of dollars on them.
I was having problems with my A/C. The A/C was charged and I was told a dye was put in the refrigerant to find a leak as one was not readily apparent. This cost $200. I brought it back 2 weeks later and was told the system was completely out of refrigerant and the compressor was out with dye all over it and the whole unit needed to be replaced for 1500-1600. I took it to a local shop that wasnt a chain and he looked all over it with a black light and could not find any dye. He charged it and I left it for 4 weeks. after 4 weeks the A/C had lost only 5% of its charge. We determined there was a trace leak at one of the ports and it was replaced for 40 dollars and with the additional recharge it was still less than $200. The mechanic at the local shop figures that firestone never fully charged it or put dye in it and then wanted to replace the whole system for revenue. He said chains like this do it all of the time. WATCH OUT.
I went to a different location for an oil change and noticed oil all over my drive way. So I came to this location and it turns out the other location just did a lazy job and didnt clean the mess up. I received complementary new windshield wipers and they cleaned up the mess for me.
I will NEVER return to this Firestone. I ran over a screw and took my tire in to be patched. My tires were all purchased from firestone and within warranty, so I expected this to be done in a timely manner and a reasonable price. I get a call 5 hours after I drop my car off, expecting it to be ready for me to leave for my job, for a man to tell me that they could not get the tire off my car without damaging my lug nuts. They told me that the bolts were swollen from driving and that they physically could not get the tire off of my car. They were trying to charge me $80.00 to replace the lug nuts PLUS labor. Now, I am a young woman, but I know how to maintain my car and have replaced many tires myself. I told them that I had no problems taking the tire off myself the day before with my own garage tools to plug the tire. They obviously thought I had no clue how a car works and thought they could pull a fast one on a well dressed woman. This isnt why I am absolutely livid with Firestone and its employees however, I was treated like scum and I was treated like I was a ditzy girl who doesnt know how cars work. I was talked to very condescendingly by the man who I dealt with, who stormed out of the garage when I demanded that my car be taken down and I take the tire off myself, at home, once again, which I then did the next day, all by myself. He insinuated that because of my gender I wouldnt know how to remove the lugs from the tire, and that I had very obviously purchased the wrong nuts for my car. I am still driving around on a donut because of the incompetence of Firestone. I am outraged with the service I received and the way I was treated simply because I am a girl. No one she be treated this way. I will be having a very nice chat with Kevins manager when I get the chance.TL;DR Take your business and your time elsewhere.

They were great. Had service done 2 weeks ago on my front end. Today all my lug nuts have fallen off and my tire fell off my car. They called a tow truck and fixed it for me
Too slow with poor results. Needed tire patch and requested oil change since they would already have it in their shop. said it would take several hours, went home took all my personal things out, took it back to them and dropped my truck off. i returned about 15 minutes before they closed and was told it would take about another half hour. I asked why and i was informed the they just finished the oil change ( the secondary reason i was there, not the Main reason) and that they have not started on the tire. so i told them i would return first thing in the morning when they open to pick it up. arrived shortly after their opening time and it had not been finshed or touched since i left last night. waited another hour that morning before it was done. the manager Did say sorry and offer a small discount for my troubles

Josh the manager as he called himself is very unprofessional and spoke to me as if I he was just to busy to deal with me. I have spent thousands of my hard earned dollars at this store. After todays experience I can tell you that I will never return here and wouldnt recommend anyone going here. A 600 dollar brake job to have squeaky brakes and have some punk talk down to me... I will now go to a store where the employees know how to show others respect

I will never go back! I brought in my Lexus for a check engine light issue thinking Firestone would be reasonable and cheap - I was wrong. I dealt with an older man and he advised after diagnosing my check engine light that I would have to pay for the diagnostic in addition to the repair (most places will waive the diagnostic fee if you have the vehicle repaired there). He said my vapor lines will need to be replaced which would run about $800 plus the $100 diagnostic fee. I was looking at appx $1000, but I gave him the green light to order the parts from the Lexus dealership and scheduled an appt to drop my car off the following Sat morning. When I arrived at my appt, he didnt order the part and could barely remember who I was. He blamed it on the Lexus dealerships failure to deliver the part. I said if the dealership was behind on their delivery, he should have been more proactive and call for status knowing he had a customer dropping their car off at the end of the week. So, he called the dealership and while on hold he received a personal phone call and hung up on the dealership saying hed call back later because he didnt want to miss his phone call. Needless to say I was irate by this point! Horrible customer service. I told him to take the hold off my credit card for the part and Id go somewhere else that had better follow through. I went directly to the dealership, but I didnt share Firestones diagnostic because I wanted to see what they would find. They found a couple wires were left disconnected by Firestone and the engine light was due to the gas cap seal! A $20 fix and they waived the diagnostic fee. Firestone is a joke!

Terrible service. They charge you for things that doesnt even need to be worked on your car. They dont contact you when your car is done . If you were to take your vehicle to other shops ? They will diagnose it and tell you its a different problem . Two of the shops I took my vehicle to said the same thing . It had nothing to do with what firestone said it was. They will charge you double of what other places will charge you. Its one problem to another. Is like they are just up for it for the money. I hope all firestone isnt like this . We dont have a running car now and we had firestone diagnose it? They said it was the fuel pump? Took it to other places and it wasnt the fuel pump. Firestone was going to charge us $880.Pep boys were only going to charge $450 and Aamco was only charging $560. Our car start running funny a day after leaving the shop and it start sputtering. Two weeks after that ? Our car died on the side of the highway thats why we had them tow it to firestone and they diagnose it and told us its the fuel pump.oh to diagnose it ? Its pretty much $100.we only took it to firestone because some of our parts were under warranty. Please call around or take your car to other places that will actually do the work and not rip you off. I would not recommend this location to a single person.

Went there to have my brakes fixed and they messed up my car worse than what was wrong with it. Brought it back with the warranty and messed it up again. I would of never known had I not brought my car to the dealership. SHADY is not a strong enough word. Dont waste your time and money.

I paid to have my oil changed. My car ended up having some issues and was driven less than 200 miles. It ended up in another shop and when they drained my oil, they saved the oil filter (it was obviously NEVER CHANGED). I would never go back. My experience, they can NOT BE TRUSTED!!
