IF you actually get your delivery without calling everyday, the water quality is so-so. I have had bottles that taste great and some that taste like they have been sitting around for ten years. I have had a bottle that was so bad I couldn’t drink it. On top of that your never guaranteed a delivery. Mine is missed often, I have to call, they say oh I will set it up for tomorrow, they don’t show, call again and they set it up for tomorrow, they don’t show so I ask them what the issue is and I am told they see no issues. Guess the delivery guy stopped by the dispensary and can’t be bothered with his job. Bottom line, the service isn’t great and the water isn’t great either.
Initial delivery didn’t come on scheduled day, there was absolutely 0 communication about needing to reschedule. I had to call the customer service line right before they closed just to find out it was pushed to the following day. Flash forward to my 3rd delivery, I never received the delivery, I contacted customer support who reassured me that my order would arrive by 8pm that evening; I waited up till 10pm and never received my order. This company is not consistent and they have absolutely 0 respect for your time. I recommend you do not use this company’s services.
Horrible customer service. They skip deliveries because they are short handed but don’t bother communicating with customers. Cancelled service.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company has stolen from me, $87 a month for 5 bottles of freaking water. Driver isn’t crediting my account for all bottles returned. I’ve called 3 times and now on hold for the 4th time now to try and get money back for bottles the driver has taken. I will be cancelling. Not worth it I’ll just go to the local grocery store again.
I do not understand how my bill can vary between $15 and $25 each time when NOTHING changes. Save your money. Buy a dispenser and refill your own bottles. Customer service is a joke and the new improved website is horrible.
The worst company to deal with. Bills for items not delivered, does not credit bottle returns picked up and cancelling their service is painful. Rude customer service and a sucked it you have to pay it anyway attitude.

Delivery driver hasnt made our first delivery. He sent me a text to see if we were home. I responded back immediately to let him know we were home all day. He never responded, and never showed up.
There is not a low enough rating for sparkletts. Been lied to then stolen from.... I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy
