This location is always up and down. Upon check in it varies from 2 to 13 minutes before someone answered the intercom. Once answered and let in it is very smoothe. If you are docking; the golden rule is put your trailer tire about 1 inch on the inside of the white line. Usually lines up great from that point. Loading process is slow for the most part. They do use robotics to load the trailers. Once load has been completed check out is a breeze.

This was an enjoyable experience. I tried coming about 5 hours ahead of appointment to no avail, and was turned around to come back an hour before my 1700 appointment time. Arrived back at 1600, issued a dock door and was loaded and out the gate at 1730. Maxed out at 45000 but great place to get in and out

Plant is still running behind due to recent weather, the are doing pretty good though. DONT SHOW UP EARLY!!! Unless you have a drop n hook, dont show up until 30 minutes prior to your appointment. You wont get loaded early until they are caught up.

This place is a Box of chocolates you never know what youre gonna get

Gate takes forever to answer. I drop and hook here several times a day and I spend at least 30 to 45 minutes at the gate every time. They always either pick up and hang up or tell me its being transferred and then I just sit here waiting forever. Sometimes it just puts me on hold forever and ever. Once I get somebody it goes really fast but actually getting someone is a nightmare

Got here at 10pm for a load scheduled 7pm the next day.21hrs early.lady came on the speaker b4 I even pushed the button.loading me right away!!! I dont know if it matters but this is on a sat.for a sun load

Make sure you have your NBL # ready when you call to gain entry. Load times very from 1hour to 4 hours. The yard has plenty of room to maneuver your truck. The docks are spaced appropriately however their are sensor locks so getting line up right is important. Checkout is simple.

Not sure why anyone could say fast loading....the guy next to me was clean shaven and left with a full beard. Almost 4 hours sitting. Same with anyone else there.

First visit here, was nervous about AI loading but only took 48 minutes (we were 2 hours early on a Monday morning). Loaded so gently, could barely tell. Guard shack employees were cordial. All in all, better than 99% of distribution facilities.

Got me in early. Nice people. The AI loading the trailers is so gentle. Nice change from the slamming and bouncing. 3 stars for the weight. Loads all way over 45000 and heavy in nose. Dont go in with more than a 1/4 tank of fuel or youll be overweight. I hate having to run like that. But its a big corporation so they dont care.

In my opinion this facility is the best of all the Niagara locations. They are very friendly, easy to get in and out and usually you are their no longer than 2 to 2.5 hours. Their are times issues arise and wait times can drag on for several hours, with that being said you are generally in for a good experience. I have pulled dozens of loads out this facility.

Drivers be aware 4HR and still nobody it’s lodging me looks like i have to cancel because I’m not going to be able to deliver in Wal mart Dc on time

A little on the slow side but got me out in about 2 hours. Takes like 10 min to check in because overseas guys answer phone and put you on hold

If you can, dont go this place to.pick up.the ñoad in oklahloma, they take more than 30.minutes tomopen the gate, not answer when you call, i dont know what they are doing inside there, is just they dont want work

My 4th time here 3 out of 4 super fast load upon my early arrivals. Today was 10 hours early pit in a doc as soon as I got there. One time (the slowest out of 4) still faster than 90% of the places(Wal-Mart,ECT...)

The call box connects to raj from india so you cant understand a word they say

In & out. I had an 11:00 PM appointment. Was at a door within 3 mins. Light went red within 5. There is only one other truck here getting loaded at the moment. First time here. I don’t have any regrets about booking the load.

Ignore the yellow arrow dock lights, was trying to get them on for 15 minutes before I called the office and they told me to ignore them because they barely work.Wish Id known that at the beginning because I literally wasted 15 minutes.

Load by appts. they prefer no more than 1 hr. early. loading time is normally within 2 hrs, after your appt. If u R late, they will wk you in.( If Late, do not complaint. it best not to ).

One of my favorite places to load out of. Truck stops right around the corner. Always in an out in under 2 hours, even if I show up early. They use automatic loading machines for finished product and they do not work if you have moisture on the floor from humidity or wash out.

If I could give it -5 stars I would. They load with robots. The robot is not set correctly to load properly. I was 34460 on drives, couldnt slide up anymore. Had to go back to offload. Missed delivery appt. Told them to totally remove freight. 5 hours later, still not offloaded. This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!

Very nice and friendly lady shipping go into first driveway go to gate shut off truck to here directions make sure trailer is cleaned out cause they wont load it if not

This place is awesome they allowed me to park on the property until my appointment time which allowed me to do an entire 10-hour break. Friendly helpful clean and got loaded very quickly.

None of the lights around the building so i missed the entrance and had to turn around, and after i was loaded i had to call the office again and then they told me to just go to the guard shack to get paperwork, they acted like i was supposed to know that. I sat there 20 min waiting after being loaded.

Only two trucks here ! Very slow unloading, the guy taking his time thats for sure ..... 3 hours still unloading..... unbelievable....

Awesome place to work

Its been busy or something going on yesterday was the first time it took me more than 1 hr to get loaded, but its still a good place to get these heavywater loads, most of the time you are in and out but also i pick up at night day shift may be a little more busy.

Loading and checking out is automated. Check in is with a real person at this time.

Appointment 1700, arrived 1610, parked waiting on a door. Even doing that I was out by 1750. Guard lady was very professional and nice.

I dont like the idea of robotics taking over human jobs. This is a slippery slope humanity is taking. Pretty soon what will humans be needed for and how long for the AI to recognize that. This is not lunacy or a conspiracy theory. This is real future

Always get loaded on time i like picking loads up here. Robots Load you although ive never seen them thats how you get loaded. If its your first time picking up here its just like other reviews call the number on the call box have your pick up number ready theyll ask for your trailer number your first name and if your trailer is clean and 53 after you check in if you get a door go to your door if someones there be patient unless theyve been there long ask politelyif theyre done..... try to line up your trailer spot on the dock if not theirs yellow arrows that light up once you touch the dock if both blink and then turn off the red light will automatically go on if one arrow stays on then you gotta move as the arrow says dont move to much its mostly an inch or 2...once you get a green light you can go to the guard shack or theyll call you the guard shack is to the left before you exit you get your paperwork and thats it....usually 1 1/2 hours to load....stay safe drivers!

Long detention times. Their dock systems dont work made me move my trailer 2 to the right. Then called back 20 minutes later and had me move it 2 to the left. When I called and threatened to leave after 4 hours in the door they threw 1 pallet on and nothing for another 30 minutes. 1 and done with this place. I feel sorry for company drivers who are forced to come here!

If you are looking for a job don’t waste your time here. Their HR department sucks! Had an interview and was told I had a good chance and then was never contacted back. I sent multiple emails and got no response. Very unprofessional from the start. One of the managers was late to the interview also. And the manager that interviewed me acted like it was his first interview and didn’t know what to ask. So if your looking for a job then don’t waste your time just keep looking elsewhere.

I would have been a lot better if there had been a restroom, for drivers instead of a Porta potty.

They are very very slow unloading u at this place. They seem a bit unorganized to say the least. They moved me to 3 different doors b4 they decided to unload me.

I own a trucking company (Power Point transports) & we do about 25 loads out of there a week. I am a trucker so my opinion is from a truckers point of view. Niagra is a very clean professional Hi tech facility. Robots load you & generally loading takes 90 mins to 2 hours. They are very flexible with loading times. The people are really friendly & try to help you. They dont have a drivers lounge is about the only thing bad ive seen but they are not going to be the stop that messes up your schedule & there are 4 truck stops within a 1/2 mile of there so you should be fine.

They loaded me 7hrs ahead, didnt even ask me for my appointment time. Dont need to go inside either. When they done they call u n tell u to drive to the security gate to get the paperwork n done.

Been in dock 3 hours. Still not loading me. I will put this place on my REFUSE LOAD list.

Very first entrance on the right go through far gate on left if otr give them your pick up number and trailer and then go to the dock they tell you easy in and out lots of room ! And from what I see they allow overnight parking well there gonna have to since I ran out of hours lol have a great day yall !

Took forever to load, and people at guard shack that answer the phone really rude, and do not even want to listen. They put last two pallets against the wall so it was covering my etrack and next etrack was 1 foot from them so I asked them to move last two pallets toward the middle away from the wall so I could secure the load. They told they can not do it because it would redistribute the weight on my axles..
