Our laboratory has been using Culligan for post treatment of our tap water in order to generate high quality DI water for our testing here at our facility. John is our service rep and I have known him for over 16 years now. He always does an outstanding job, always on time and in a pinch, he always manages to work us in, so our operations never have to shut down. Him and Culligan do an outstanding job always.

Great customer service. They offer you honest answers to the questions. They did not try to oversell their system. Also, for all places I called, they were the most affordable.

We had a water softener and pH neutralizer installed. There was an issue that arose that damaged part of our ceiling and Culligan hired a restoration company and fixed everything exactly like it was before at no cost or hassle to us. Thank you so much Culligan, you guys are pros and our water is sooo much better!

I find it funny how people comment good service etc and only give 4 stars??? Ive had nothing but good experience with them. When I get salt theyre always friendly and quick. Ive only had to have my softener serviced once and they were out the next day. I would definitely recommend. I think the people giving one star reviews are probably going to give bad reviews regardless. Nobodies perfect but Im very happy with my experience.

First appointment they showed up with a very dirty water cooler, I decided to use my own and just get the water bottles. Supposed to be every two weeks but they never come, I always have to call and request water, that is if they answer the phone. Do not bother leaving a message, they don’t return calls. I’m really trying to stop buying plastic containers but I end up buying jugs of water still because it’s so hard to get a water delivery. Very disappointing.

JD is so incredibly helpful. I had a question on if something could be removed from the water and he researched it tirelessly for me. He also saved my family quite a bit of money on the model of water softener he recommended to us. He followed up with us after the installation to see how everything was going. He made sure we knew he was always available in the event of future issues and eager to help. I cant say enough great things about him and Culligan. Thank you!

Best service ever! We had an issue with our water spout and Robert came and fixed us right up! He was so friendly and went above and beyond for us by replacing the whole system. He really put us at ease and now we feel 100% comfortable drinking from our spout again! Thank you Robert!

The next time I purchase a soft water system, it will be with another company. You have to call to confirm appointments that they never return your call on and its always a mix up with the messages for some unknown reason. I truly wish there was another local company you could call on for quality service instead of this one located on S I-35. Its frustrating and very tiring having to almost beg someone to come out and provide service when they advertise as providing great customer service.This is unusually awkward for me to write any kind of review but I felt this one was very, very, very necessary. So if you are thinking about purchasing any products from/with this company, seriously reconsider if you have to have the product serviced. In fact, I have a co-worker who is currently renting one of their water softening systems and she is experiencing similar issues with obtaining proper service.I hope anyone reading this find this review helpful and believe me, I am stating true facts due to substandard service and customer service.If I receive unhelpful service or any at all by this time tomorrow, I will be posting this on my FACEBOOK, TWITTER, SNAP CHAT, bulletin at work, school and church.

Our technician was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help and provide us with information on our water softener. He also was able to move the unit to a better area and did a fantastic job.The office side however could use some work. It took several calls both times to set up appointments for the jobs. Overall great experience and would recommend and use them in the future.

Need better customer service: Kids yelling in the background on the initial call. When the sales rep called back- he has the personality/attitude of someone who was miserable with the job.

Very disappointed in the service given. I met with Mark, who was timely and polite. He tested our water, offered a couple of systems, I chose one and was told that someone would be contacting me the next day to set up an install date.... the next day (Friday) came and went. I called Mark on Monday and was told he (some other employee) would probably be contacting me today or tomorrow. This was on Monday, skip through the entire week and come to Saturday. I havent heard a single word from anyone. No call, No nothing. Unfortunately for Mark and the Culligan Company I had already met with a new company and scheduled the install during those 5 days I was waiting on someone to call me. Im sure the loss of one system wont hit you too hard, but I could bet Im not the only one whos experienced this. Eventually it will add up.

Just had a reverse osmosis unit installed by David Scott. He left everything picked up and clean. Really enjoyed talking to him. He was well informed and helpful. The only thing bad was that I had definitely wanted a unit that got out the fluoride and not once in the info given to me did it say that. I finally found it on page 19 and others below after I pulled it up on line. All of the people in the office I spoke with were very nice and I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

We have used Mollmans for years. First with the bottled water and water dispenser and then about a year and a half ago we had the reverse osmosis system put in. We love having great tasting water that is just the right temperature. Mollmans staff has always been very friendly and helpful with whatever we were needing. I highly recommend them!

In July, my husband and I returned to Blanchard, OK to repair damage done to our house there by renters. The house there had a water softener installed when the house was built in the 1970s. It no longer worked, and we called your company. Since we now have that house listed for sale, and we currently live in Washington State, we elected to install a rental unit. The young Hispanic man who came to our house was over the top. He was professional in every way. We discovered that we had a clogged drain while he was there, and he couldnt finish the installation. We unclogged the drain, but had to return to our Washington home prior to the unit being completely installed. I should have written you sooner about the quality of this individual, but hope that you will convey to him that he far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for hiring such a fine young man. I am so sorry that I do not remember his name.

I love Culligan Water, because it tastes great. You cant taste all the chemicals that you do in City Water Supplies. I bought my own Culligan water machine, and was able to get hot and cold Culligan Water anytime I wanted. They even delivered the new bottles to me. It was a sad day when my machine finally wore out. Im trying to find a new one.

Great products, even better customer service. I had a very minor problem and they went out of their way to make me happy and fix my problem! They listen to ideas regarding improving their service! A lot of companies don’t!

Service was fine while we were using it, however once you cancel do not plan on getting your deposit back for your water bottles. One excuse after the other. We forgot....Check is in the mail Friday....Boss forgot to come in and sign the checks.....we only send checks out once a month and missed you this time. Ridiculous.They picked up their empties on February 22nd, it is now May 3rd. Maybe I should have paid them with the same speed.I am guessing they count on most people forgetting about the deposits. Its not even about the money, its that grown people should do what they say they are going to do. These people do not.I never had a problem with one of their drivers. Their front office is useless though.

I have been a partner with Mollmans for almost 15 years. I have purchased two water acid neutralizer systems from them over the years. They come and check my chemical levels and ensure that my system is running properly. Everyone is GREAT to work with, if I have a question, I just pick up the phone and a real person always answers. If you have any type of water issues at your house or business, Mollmans is the company to call! I would highly recommend them!

We have had Mollmans residential water softener service for over two years, and its great. We have well water, and before having the softener our dishes came out of the dishwasher looking terrible, with deposits all over them. You could also tell there was long term build-up in many of the faucets, some which we had to replace. Since having the softener our dishes come out sparkling and we dont see residue on any appliances or faucets. We havent had any issues with the service, and the company is prompt to answer any questions.

Helpful, friendly, clean. The girls the work up front are all so sweet and will take care of you water purification needs.

I use Mollmans Water for both my water softener and my bottled water delivery. They are the friendliest and most helpful company Ive ever done business with. My hard water was bad! and I had no idea I need a water softener until I called Culligan and told them what problems I was having. Now, I get weekly 5 gallon bottled water delivery and a softener for my house and I couldnt be happier!

We recently had an issue with a water leak in our garage. I didnt know if it was our water pressure tank or the Culligan water softner. I called Culligan first and they sent someone the same morning, the young mans name was Eric Hoenshell, he was very professional, on time, explained where the leak was, which was not in the Culligan tank. He was concerned that the water softner was hooked up correctly after the plumber did the repair work, so he made a second trip, just to check that everything was hooked up correctly and answered more questions I had. It is so refreshing to have a repairman that goes the extra mile for you, you dont see that as much as you would like. I want to thank Eric again for your help above and beyond. Prior to using Culligans Mollmans Water, Flourish Integrative Pharmacy used Ozarka water for our drinking water. We would run out of the large bottles of water and have to wait upon delivery for more! We had Mollmans install small tanks for drinking water that fits under the kitchen sink we can enjoy great tasting water anytime!Thanks!

Always reliable and helpful. Have used their service for years now and find them to be courteous and prompt.

Initial service was meeting expectations. However, the business model for recurring service has repeatedly had them calling me the day they planned to show up, with only 2-3 hours notice. Thats not enough notice to adjust my work schedule, so Ive gone months and months overdue for service. All because they do not call farther ahead than the same day. Ive requested more advance notice on multiple occasions, the technician makes the note, but the same pattern repeats. Fix your scheduling practices to get full ratings from me.

Ive read more and more reports on how bad the city water has gotten so I finally bought a test kit for my home drinking water and WOW it was bad. My tds was through the roof and I had to do something so I call Culligan and had them install a water softener and drinking water system and I really wish I did it sooner. They really know what theyre doing, I used to maintenance a drinking water system at my old house and gave up on it. Now I have Culligan do it and never have to worry about it. I highly recommend them.
