Stopped into the mall for a break on a road trip and found ourselves in this store. To be entirely honest, I’d never heard of Tradehome Shoes previously. We went in and they had an amazing selection of shoes! Stephanie, the manager, was quick to offer assistance. We walked out with Ana amazing pair of flip flops for me as well as a pair of tennis shoes for my husband.Tradehome doesn’t operate in our area, (Phoenix, AZ) but we will definitely be shopping here again!

Dont even go in looking for a specific shoe, just trust the employees. Their suggestions and knowledge of products is outstanding and their full service shoe store experience is miles ahead of trying to wave down a Foot Locker employee. The original pair of shoes I had bought didnt work out, so I took them back to the store and exchanged them no questions asked and they promptly brought out 6 new suggestions in various sizes and I ended up finding the perfect replacement in under 20 minutes. I didnt know shoe stores could be so enjoyable!

The young lady that took care of me understood my problem of flat feet and recommended 3 pairs of shoes that would work for me. After me wearing the koho. I than decided on the Brooks pair havent been to work. Today will be my first time trying them at work for more than 8hrs of standing. We will see how it stands up for me the flat foot person.

The reason this place is so awesome is because of Mitchell! He is the kindest, most hardworking guy. The two times I’ve been in, he always has a smile on his face and he truly cares about getting you the best shoes. He also knows all kind of tricks to make sure your shoes feel perfect on your feet. Best customer service ever!

They were extremely helpful and very friendly. They even magically had the exact shoes in my size that I have searched everywhere for!! Happened to find this place by accident but will for sure come back for future purchases!!! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone as they have all styles for the entire family. We had such a great experience in this store today. They have a great selection of shoes and the staff were incredibly friendly. Mitchell the owner helped us and he was so very knowledgeable and helped my husband find a great pair of shoes for his gait and ankle problems. He was relatable no BS. His policy for returns is great. We have found our family’s personal shoe store! Thanks for the great experience.

The owner of the store has exceptional customer service skills. I wanted a pair of ON tennis shoes for working out. He brought out every shoe and explained the difference between them so that I could make an educated decision.Stop by for a visit...you will not be disappointed.

Came here expecting nothing, and ended up having the best shoe sales experience of my life. Stephanie and Ryan were amazing and gave excellent advice and had amazing recommendations. Im a single dad given the task of getting my 2 young ones new shoes!!! This was a new adventure I had never been on and soon realized I was not alone!! Josh was my sales person and I was just amazed at the guidance and professionalism this young man harnessed. The patience with my OVER EXCITED shoppers that he had was enough to make me come back again and again, especially if he is available for my crazy bunch of hooligans. Salesforce is very knowledgeable about shoes and the proper fit for the type shoe you need. They measure and scan your feet to ensure proper support for your feet from dress, athletic, work, and casual wear

Ryan ODonnell was So Informative!!! He taught me something no doctor has ever taken the time to teach me! AND help me understand it!! We love Tradehome Quail Springs! We do most of our shoe shopping here! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful! We’ve worked with Ryan, on several visits, he remembers our family and what each of us prefers and is always ready to show us new styles of our favorite brands!

I was in here a couple of days ago and felt the staff was super overbearing. I understand the techniques of selling products, but this was not it. The guy kept telling me “I run this store”, then he asked me if I needed help and I said “no the other girl is grabbing some options in the back” then he says “OH NO, I will go back there I know where everything is”... she was perfectly competent to do her job. I would hate to work for him and the store in general. Also their selection is not what it used to be.

1st time ever coming into this store. Came in with my wife and we each ended up leaving with a pair of shoes! Jacob, the employee was very informative and helped us find something comfortable. Will be back!

Best shoe service I have had! The staff was super friendly (Stephanie, and Ryan) and they nerded out with me and my friend while helping us out. They were were very knowledgeable, and had great suggestions for what I was looking for. There was absolutely no rush. The only downside is the high standard they set for other shoe companies... they just kind of pale in comparison to tradehome shoes now.

The nicest manager Ive ever met in my entire life! We came in and we had to buy the shoes because he treated us so well. What I really liked is that he educated us on how to take care of the shoe, and he knew information on the shoe stock of other stores in the mall. So helpful!

The manager Michael is a great guy, he goes out of his way to help you find the right shoe for what you need, and expects the same of his staff. I love coming to this location and won’t buy shoes anywhere elseupdate: Tradehome moved Micheal to Kentucky and it just hasnt been the same. still a great place to buy shoes but not as knowledgable as the old staff.

The Manager, Audrey was very helpful. I went in looking for Chacos and definitely enhanced my experience by recommending the Cloud chacos. If your looking for customer service beyond your expectations its the store to shop at!

Friendly and great customer service!

I forgot the guys name but he was absolutely incredible. I was looking at chacos and spent about 20 minutes talking to him about chacos, life, and other shoes. He brought out EVERY pair of chacos they had In my size and helped me decide which was a better fit for me. I got the clearance chacos and he showed me how to clean them and he even fit them to my feet for me and talked me through it so I could learn myself. Could not have asked for a better customer experience!!! Big pat on the back for the outstanding customer service and upbeat atmosphere!

Website says closes at 9. Showed up at 8:30 and they were closed. Unfortunately for them, every other shoe store in the mall is open until 9 and will go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service was in there for 10 mins didnt get acknowledged once the store rep was to worried about talking on his cell phone asking who ever he was talking to about their trip to Texas
