Very pleasant experience. Perty good deal on some Vans and Nike for my kids. The quality is great and the customer service was great.I actually asked a young man, that was shocking, for his opinion on which shoe did he think a 13yr old boy would like. He willingly participated and I was able to find the right pair for my son.

Nice selection of shoes and work boots. In my opinion, the prices are justified. The work shoes I had gotten at Walmart ($20) lasted 6 months while these ones (about $60) lasted for 2 is years.

They do have a wide selection of shoes, however I couldnt find a single pair that sang you need me ya know? I just think they could have better prices too. I paid almost 2 hundo on 2 pairs of shoes! Come on.

This location had great assistance. The store associates help me look through their inventory to find my size. Even though they did not have my shoe size they have a great selection and great styles to choose from.

Dirty. Terrible selection of shoes. No womens socks. No greetings when you walk in. In complete disarray. No one asking if I needed any help or if I was finding everything ok. I usually love Shoe Carnival! NOT THIS ONE!!!

Okay first off, EVERYTIME I go into a shoe carnival at least two to the three employees follow me around pretending to stock shoes....NEVER ONCE asking me if Im okay and if I needed anything sort of approach, its just glaring stares and judgment when Im trying on shoes...I mean I know it would cost a lot to store one shoe in the back and one in the box but maybe you could train your employees in the art of stealth lingering. Does that make sense?

I get followed and treated like im going to steal merchandise every time I come here. Which is a shame because I have 5 kids and we drop about 3-500 every couple months for shoes as we will go to a different store now. If I want to see both shoes then I will see both shoes.

Not a big selection of womens shoes I prefer foot locker or the Nike store but it was the only place open that night.

Stock was low for womens shoes. Mens shoes was well stocked. The store was slammed with so many customers the staff couldnt keep up.

Most of their shoes start at size 6, Im a size 5 so they wont be getting any business from me. And I buy a lot of shoes just ask my husband. Lol

Great place for athletic shoes. Needed business casual type dress shoes. Not a huge selection but good enough. Prices are reasonable and they usually running a buy one get one half off a second pair.

Went to the Belle Isle store and they were out of the color and size that I wanted.. they were nice enough to double check and call around. This location had it and they were nice enough to hold them until we could come get them. Staff were fast and efficient here which is awesome for holiday shopping!

Its a really nice store, and I found what I needed. Im just not sure why I was expecting the prices to be fairly cheap. Because a basic pair of Nikes are still close to $100. Either way. Store was clean, people were friendly, and they actually had what I wanted.

The staff were great. They need more tennishoes with black soles though. This is Oklahoma and the red in the soil ruins white soles, even if it is just dust and you avoid dirt. However I ended up finding two pair I liked and picked one for every day wear and one for wearing skirts. They were buy one get one half off so I didnt feel bad for getting a second pair.

I normally have a good shopping experience at this location, but I have to say today, I was in the store trying on shoes for 30 minutes before I saw the first employee out in the store putting things away and having one of them ask me if I was finding everything okay. I saw a couple of employees up front when I walked in, but that was it. I was really surprised because they werent that busy. I gave 4 stars for this reason.

I Got 2 pairs of cute booties, and 1 pair of black Polo knee high boots with the fur all 3 for $42 & change!!! I was being indecisive on a pair of booties when the manager came across the loudspeaker saying all the booties and shoes in the middle aisle up front were another 50% off!! I Walked out with 3 pairs of boots, & a huge smile on my face... All for $42 & change!!! Another bonus the fiance couldnt complain!! 💕

The store is what u would expect, bit the people are rude.. the manager was mad because to many peiple were on lunch... the almighty shoe gods have control over u until u provide a receipt for the purchase, it does not matter that we took the information down from your ID when you ordered the shoes. It must b hard being 50-60 years old and having no control over anything in life except peoples shoes... but the shoes are so cheap!! But they make up for the price with the garbage service...
