Low stock on size 6 shoes for women. It seems like nobody carries that size anymore. No employee greated us and the prices were not great.

If I could it will be 0 stars! Very rude and disrespectful will never go back to this place again. I went to the store on Fathers day, they were running bogo and we are a family of 5 so we each got 2 pair and some (back to school).When I approached the counter the cashier asked me rudely if I was going to buy all of those shoes (I replay are you going to sale them to me? he clearly was irritated by something prior to our encounter) and then mad because he said Now I am going to have to scan all of those shoes). I dont know why I didnt got the (1st hint) and just left. so I continued to see how rudely he was being (like if scanning shoes was hard) well didnt charge me correctly.(2 hint) then the manager comes has to cancelled the order re scanned everything and 40 min later still at the counter and all of this time he is just giving excuses on how the employee is young and was overwhelmed and that he didnt know etc. (Which I understand he is human but sometimes as a manager if an employee is being rude to the customers send them home). I have been a loyal customer at shoe carnival for over 15yrs (unfortunately they were not at the outlet) BUT I WILL NOT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!

They wouldnt honor buy one get one half off

It was very stuffy, only stayed in a few minutes bought some socks. Prices are decent though.

My shopping experience was okay and I found what I needed on my own. I just want to say no one greeted me and no one talked to me the whole time i was there. When I got to the cash register the guy doesn’t even say hi. Like I couldn’t even tell who worked there and who was a customer. Poor management of the place.

Picked out shoes that were marked 49.99 and got to the register they rang up 59.99 and instead of honoring the price that was on top of the box that the shoes we got they said sorry about your luck but Im not honoring the price because I needed to verify it was the right price marker on top of the box. Um no thats your job.

Worst shoe store to shop at worst customer service worst employees need to get rid of that store.

Poor customer service. Both employees had headphones during my entire visit and didnt engage me once for assistance or even to acknowledge my entrance to this store. In addition, they locked the doors to the store 10 minutes prior to closing. I had planned to spend a good deal of money here tonight, but I wont reward and invest in poor customer service.I understand what its like to be a young man who really wants to go home after a hard days work, especially in a retail setting. My advise to you both: Work all things with excellence in your career. You never know who could walk into your shift at any time to put you in a better position. As it stands, I wouldnt hire either of those young men to work at any establishment of mine.

Not organized and just as expensive as the normal store you would go to.

Usually a great place to get some good shoes especially when the have good sales on.. Which happens every few months. They were able to ship me a good pair when they didnt have my size at the store. All in all a good place to get shoes

Good selection. Prices arent any less expensive than shopping at any local store. Not sure why they call it an outlet store.

It would have been easier for other customers to shop if I didnt have to try the shoes on in the shoe aisle. The shoe benches need to be positioned in an area away from the shoe aisles. If one person is trying on shoes it blocks anyone from coming through that aisle. I felt rushed and was trying to hurry and get out of everyones way.

I was in town attending a special event and realized that the laces on my dress shoes were worn, and almost broken. I needed the wax laces that usually come with new shoes. I tried Macy’s, JC Penny and other men’s stores and Rack Room was the only store in OKC that stocked them and saved my appearance.

So proud I got shoes from here very nice staff very helpful!

Never been rushed out of a store when I know exactly what I want and just need to find the size. Close to close or not, from the second I opened the door I was basically told they wouldnt help.

They were very rude about social distancing and it was a lot of people and it was only supposed to be 19 people in the store at one time intent of the people did not have on mask so what is the whole point in making us wait outside in the hot heat I will never go there again I should have stood in the Nike store line
