Staff was very chill. Alil hard to find things but I figured it out. Not a bad place.

A clean store for the most part. I do not like the way they try to sell you stuff so they can win a prize. At another store by my house an employee was super rude to me end pretty much tossed my change at me when I couldnt add a Reeses cup.

Like everywhere else Family Dollar Employees are showing signs of crispiness around the edges...lol...really though, they are to be commended...most are working longer hours since their co-workers are out sick. Be prepared to once more have your pre-2020 moral compass values and patience checked...be well and love all.

Few favorite customers until one told me that one of the other workers said to follow me, kinda hurt my feelings because I go there over Walmart that’s close and dollar general. But other than that the Native American ladies that work there are always nice to me and the new young man that started is super sweet.

Lady tried to help but the credit card reader didnt accept my card kept declining even though I had just used it at another store and had plenty of money. She ended up getting annoyed became rude and didnt listen to what I told her customer service told me which was try payment in another terminal .

Organized and a nice selection of items. The staff is typically nice and helpful. Its a good place to go at and Id say its a bit better than other Family Dollar stores in the metro area.

Good selection for a not quite a grocery store. Good online coupons. My bank has an ATM in the parking lot which makes it convenient. They take cigarette coupons and usually have a pretty good choice of candy for $1. Without this place I would be forced to walk much further or get a ride. Good place.

Great employees who try very hard to serve the customer. Like many businesses the search for a balance between serving the customer and making effective business decisions has caused a few small bumps in service but overall this store has made a lot of improvements. It is one of my main stores when I need a few items quickly.

Finally good employees at this location. Its been hit or miss for the last 5 years but the most recent 6 months its improving. Great place to shop usually in and out in no time.

It was a pleasant enough experience. I found what I was looking for fairly quick. Cashier was courteous. I was able to get in and out of the store.

I took family Dollar cat food back for a refund and mgr told me they couldnt refund it because it had been opened. The guarantee on the box stated that if I was not satisfied to take empty box back to store for complete refund. I had the box minus a serving thrown out(cats wouldnt touch it) and my receipt. Then she saidWell yeah empty box. I asked her if she would like me to pour out the remaining contents. She said no. I asked her do they not stand behind their guarantees. She said its company policy. She told me she was going to go ahead and refund it because she was tired of arguing with me but she would probably get in trouble. I told her to have them call me and wrote down my number. This was all for a $3 box of FD brand cat food. Maybe the managers need a little more training on how to deal with customers. All I asked her to do is follow the guarantee stamped on box.

My mode of transportation is bicycle so I always have a backpack for my bike lock and whatever items I may purchase. As soon as I came in the store the woman at the register told me I had to leave my bag at the register. I asked her if this policy applies to purses. She raised her voice and said that I could leave my bag or leave the store. So I said bye. That is a sexist practice when not also applied to purses. The policy and the fact that this horrible woman felt it was acceptable to yell at me has made me decide to never shop there again and Ill encourage as many people as possible to not shop there as well.

Great dollar store. Yes, the prices are cheap, but some of the stuff are cheaper at Wal-mart. Nevertheless, it is a great store.

They dont care about their costumers how sad! Their Manager jennifer needs to train her employees much more! And possibly this location needs a new manager as she seems not to care either.

I like to check out the clearance section. Friendly staff and a pleasant stocked store.

Buy groceries there daily,and say hi to employees always. Why because Im as polite as one should be. But today I got a rude glare by the manager for just saying hi to her. Because she was apparently trying to hit on a guy who was trying to get a job there. Im sorry i interrupted you,while you were not talking about the job. But i dont like to faced people and especially managers should be more professional than that.

Beware they will FALSELY accuse yu of stealing take your picture and bann you..Went to this store for about 5 years regularly even the old store in same shopping center Went to take something back i had receipt for and had just purchased day before Was giving attitude and eyes rolled at as soon i walked in store with item cashier refused to take back item because there was a plastic tape missing from box she said (Which i took to another location and they refunded me my money with no problems) I then go back days later being accused of stealing and that i was banned from this store Ask for coooerate number and they refused since when can someone FALSELY accuse you of stealing with no proof and bann you from a store youve came to for years..

This store is ok. Its not great, it lacks a lot for customer satisfaction but the prices are good and they try to help you.

Shopping for good products at reasonable prices.

A very large store with lots of clothing, shoes, cleaning supplies, detergents, and so much more. Every carries up 3X clothing for women.

I LOVE THIS APP

Was disappointed, I was in shopping and my son needed to use the restroom. The lady said she could not let him use it, even though we were paying customers. Had to leave with out my things such an inconvenience.

Found what I was looking for and the cashier was nice
