Since RNDC has taken over Central. It has literally been the WORST customer service our business has had to deal with. Its been impossible to speak to a helpful, knowledgable, polite, customer service rep .Ive been hung up on, left on hold for 24 minutes, and never directed to any superviser when asked to speak to one. Constant mistakes are made daily, and then we get to suffer even more trying to fix them! You guys need help! Cause you suck!
