Fastsigns lives up to its name. I made a big order for my company stickers/logo to go on my truck. They were patient with me to understand what I wanted and their knowledge to assist me and make proper adjustments to lettering size and font. If you are able to wait 2-4 business days, these guys are awesome! We brought our restaurant to Yukon and needed new menu boards. I contacted Fast Signs in an effort to decal our fleet of vans. Our company did our own van designs, provided tons of information, and still couldnt get anyone to take our order seriously. For months and months, I tried to get answers and information about our project. Four months went by with dozens of unanswered emails before we finally gave up. There was always an excuse about why they werent able to get back to us. Lettering Express was able to get our vans done in a matter of days. This company REALLY needs to work on their customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. I will never use them again.

I have used Fastsigns on numerous occasions and found their work to be excellent. The quotes and drawings that proceeded the actual sign being created gave me the opportunity to change my mind. Most signs have been for outside use and are holding up well, even on an electric gate.
