I ordered a 5 1/2 quart dutch oven in May, I sent it back because it was not the color i expected was supposed to get a refund and still have not gotten it several months later. I called this store for help and they did not want to help me. I have called multiple times about my refund and I still have not heard anything and just get a run around. Please dont buy from this company not a trustworthy company.

The store manager was helpful and nice! She was informative and efficient.

A clerk let me and my family walk halfway into the store until she told us to put on masks or leave. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and cancelling my membership.

Have you ever wondered just how much money you could waste on cast iron kitchen stuff? Put a french name on it, and it happens fast. Lots of cool stuff to buy after you win the lottery.These gals must work on commission, cuz they jump on you like youre buying a car.

Great selection of cookware from pots to cake style pans. Individuals or packaged in sets of pans, skillets, casseroles dishes, from small servings sizes to banquet serving sizes. Many styles and colors to chise from and prices are moderate to expensive.

Can you find cheaper pots elsewhere? Yes. But having tried both, Id rather buy top quality enameled cast iron with a lifetime warranty than the cheap warehouse club substitute (wore out within a year). LeCreuset pots are beautiful and extremely durable – well-worth the investment. Prices at the LeCreust Outlet are better than what you can find online, and the staff are courteous, and provide great customer service.

I get that this is a reliable product but even so this place is crazy expensive.

Most of the pots broke with in a day

Very knowledgeable staff here who do a good job explaining the benefits and facts of their enamel coated cast iron cookware. However, pricing is ridiculous with their larger bakewear in the $400 range. I purchased a very similar 6 qt bakewear from Sams Club for $40 vs $350.
