Been there a couple of times. Their prices are decent but Id rather wait till a store has a sale and go for that. Their fishing reports that they submit for Hefner are basically the fish bite in the water, ie shore line, rip rap, main lake for locations.

Talk about service, these guy go out of there way to make sure you have exactly what you need. I have been looking for a special bait for over two years and they did not have it in stock but the owner looked it up and special ordered it. Needless to say I bought everyone he ordered in. Great prices and honest advice. I highly recommend Lucky Lure to anyone that needs fishing gear.

The old man was very rude. While i was talking to my wife and looking at bobbers he walks up bebind me, takes my minnow bucket out of my hand before i even seen him and then says what you want. Then he put the minnows in the bucket, took it up to the front and watched us the whole time while we looked around as if he was expecting us to steal something. I had already told the other guy when i walked in that i had never been there before and i was brousing to see what they had. What a jerk. Good prices but i would rather pay higher prices and get better service.

Great fishing tackle shop excellent selection of rods, reels and any tackle. Its a little higher than Basspro and Cabelas but you dont get the great customer service Lucky Lure gives. Ive taken my old Ambassadeur round reels to them to be cleaned and lubed every year. Ive even trusted them to rebuild 3 of my old Ambassadeur 5500C reels I bought when I graduated high school in 1982. These reels have been fished hard 35 years tookem in to Lucky and the came back good as new. Im certainty glad OKC had Lucky Lure and Tackle.

Its a nice store with some hard to find baits and terminal (Evergreen, Keitech, Jackall, Duo Realis, Spro, Zappu...) but the selection is understandably limited. They have several mid range rods and reels to choose from, mostly righties and Lews, and again the selection is limited. They have a decent selection of Owner and Gamakatsu hooks. The guys there are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are decent, pretty much MSRP. Great place for tungsten worm weights, too. And Sunline.

Didnt even speak to me when I came in never a knowledge me in the store, so when other customers came in and they greeted them l was done !!!!

The great service and friendly atmosphere combined with years of experience that David and Billy bring is top notch. A must visit for any serious angler in the OKC Metro area and beyond.
