Always a great selection of Camaro parts. Bravo for less.
Great prices, friendly service, fair selection.
Gotta say I will be back. The staff is awesome the selection is large.Thank you for a great first trip.
Grate place they usually have all the parts that you may need that you cant buy from any part store and if the part store has well you wont to have pay a arm or a leg for it at pull a part and hope you have the right tools and can spend the whole day out the even though they have organized a lot more. Grate place i love it and yes you have to pull your on parts
Cant rate this location, brought someone else here. But he got what he needed quickly
Was GREAT FOUND THE PART PULLED IT N OUT N 30 MIN.PEOPLE FRIENDLY QUICK N
Had all the parts I needed, just wish they had more of them! Great prices compared to any other yard in the area.
Small yard. Everything is picked and pulled over. Only $2 to get in. Didnt find what we were looking for, but there were others there that seemed satisfied enough.
I found what I was looking for and the selection is vast but unfortunately they did not have a lot of the make and model I needed in their inventory
The place is organized pretty good. They dont really overcharge. Ive gone in before just for something a little and they just let me have it so they dont nickel and dime you.
Great got what I need for a good price
I went in today to get a mirror for my wifes car... after I finally found one I went up front to pay for it... after watching the counter guy let all his Hispanic friends in for free after I paid the admission...the guy in front of me was charged$17 for 3 items. One of which was a mirror..I get up to pay and my single item..a mirror is $22...never going back...they charge a white tax.
Scam alert. They tell you to just put a note on the window then leave it unlocked. Then bring them the title. Once you show up they change it. And you dont get any money
They have NO interchangable vehicles for mine personally, which is crazy to me, but they are super useful for cheap parts in general, and they have the option for warrenty some things
Good service and put water bottles free for costumers...
I just been there and highly recommend this place. As I understand this is the best yard here in the OKC metro area because prices are low and fair, the selection of cars impressive, and the staff nice and helpful.I am new in Oklahoma, this place is the best I found for now.
It was great other than the prices. Went up quite a bit for things
How does it work exactly .
Good place for used parts
Great place. Good price. Friendly personal. I visit them very often and get my all used parts from this place.
Great place to get whats needed to fix your car cheap.
The yard was flooded I was almost up to me knees just to get to the part I needed and only got 1/3 of what I went for
Great just what we expected very friendly employees
2$ admission, 3$ to use the cart to haul your parts... Go do it yourself and have your own tools.... They are friendly and help.... Just a good experience
Good prices and good selection of cars and trucks. I want to pass on advice buy the cheap warranty they offer I found out the hard way a few times used parts break. Its so cheap a few dollars more and your covered. I am there monthly it seams so I do recommend this place especially in tgese hard times trying to stretch your dollar where you can!
Very well organized and clean for a pull apart yard. Staff is excellent courteous helpful and I will shop there again very soon.
Awesome got there and the counter man said we close in 30 minutes found everything I needed, 2 finders a hood front Bumper, Ill be back k in the morning to get the rest. And it was All the same color
Finally got rid of a some old junk and Ms. Penny sure made the finalization of it simple. She remained pleasant when I felt I wasnt after hearing not so good news. In person, I apologized and she continued her amazing customer service. I will definitely do business again, as long as shes there.
Great service and cheap prices. The best deals in okc car and truck parts.
Lots of things, but not what we needed. And people fighting in parking lot..
My dog finds this as a second home. Thank you all and I like to invite you to the 10th second annual distillery tasting club New years bash in Aspen Colorado. Like I said its a second annual so I hope to make it myself. Thanks again and Ill get the first round
My favorite salvage yard. Fair prices.
People up front are pretty cool.
Great trip. Found everything I needed.
Very easy to navigate, needed a jump when I was leaving the people there was more than happy to help. Very nice staff.
Favorite place
It was good a lot of different cars to pick from
Fun and has everything i need for my car
TLDR: slow to pick up vehicles its buying from people, and WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!I am currently in the process, of selling my broken down car to Pull-a-Part, and having them pick it up from the service center before the mechanic has it towed off.In the 1st call everything was fine, they picked up in a reasonable time, gave me a fair quote, and I proceeded to get the car ready for pick up. Also the lady on the phone at the time gave me a number for the direct desk to make it quicker. This is where it goes downhill.I get the car ready, and I call the specific number given to me; message that number cant be reached given. Try a few more times on this, but no response. I call the original number, and it rings with no pick for over 3 minutes. I hang up, and try again. After a 2+ minute ring, I get a response (not the same desk person, but that isnt a problem) and I inform them that the car is ready for pick up; reiterating the make/model/year/color of the car along with name and address of the service center.Next day I call again, to confirm that the has been picked up, and I come in with the registration to get the money. Another 2 call attempt to get anyone, and then they tell me they cant confirm one way or the other if its in. My father and I go drive by the service center, and low and behold the car is in the exact same spot.Today (2/10) rolls in, 3 days since the initial offer and set up for pick up, and I call again to see if they picked it up. Now I cant get anyone to answer the phone. I waited for over 7+ minutes with no response at all.I cant really just get another service to get it since I have a verbal agreement, so Im in limbo right now with the service center breathing down my neck to get it removed. At this point I cannot recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their junker, cause they just cant seem to be bothered to pick up, and communicate with their clients.
Friendly employees, parts easliy found, weekend bargains you cant beat the prices!
As ever, their website inventory bares no resemblance to the actual stock on hand.If you love wasting your time and $2 entry fee, go ahead and rely on what their website shows. You can then complain, and point out the discrepancy, but they will neither care, nor change how they operate.Apathetic idiots.
Price are very fair, employees are helpful and friendly . This is the go to place for auto parts because all vehicles run on used parts.
Its a good place to get parts for a vehicle at good a good price.
Went in found what I needed really easy and was out in no time at all, fast friendly service, thanks pull a part.
They are very helpful and extremely nice. Will recommend to friends. Penny was so helpful.
If you can locate the unit youre looking for, its a great place to pick cheap parts
Great place people at desk are always friendly and they usually have what I am looking for.
Went there for the first time. I walked to the counter, dude was just sitting there looking at me and pointing, couldnt use his words. After a minute i found the entrance to the lot, the pointing guy talked to me and told me where to go. Saw wheelbarrows at the entrance, didnt know they were for parts (again first time). Pulled up the site on my phone, it told me where the car i was looking for was. I was looking for a tire, but almost all cars had their tires taken off, luckily i found one laying around somewhere else. Pulled off a few more parts that i needed. All in all, cheaper than buying new and the parts where better than what i had.
Lots of bare vehicles
Location: ****; the location is good and easily accessible.Parking; ****, good they expanded it a couple of years ago.Selection; ****, is good if your looking for stuff 10 years and older. Their website and lobby computer search really helps find the car youre looking for.Service **, this is what I dont about the place. Just about everyone who works there has a crappy attitude. Not just some of the time, but most of time when you have a question of any of the staff its as if youre annoying them. The only reason I give it 2 stars and not one is that there are a couple of staffers who are polite and helpful. Its apparent the owners are trying to invest in the place to keep and attract customers, but my suggestion to them would be to invest in a friendlier more helpful staff.
Best prices and customer service is good
Cheap prices, constantly putting new inventory out. Good people.
Unkempt, lots of trash and employees dont seem to w azad nt to help anyone. Not the establishment it used to be by far.
Let me start by saying a huge THANK YOU! Went to them in need of a small part that would have cost me an arm and leg other places if I had it ordered. They gave me the easiest information and directions to get to each car until I found a what I needed- and it was there first car I found! The staff is 100% top notch and absolutely wonderful! Faith in humanity restored!!
Items are well priced.
They have lots of selections. Just make sure to call to see if they have your make and model car and things before coming up here. Supposable theyre the cheapest place to get parts but, idk how true that is.
Awesome they had what I need
Always helpful when needing parts for older model vehicles
The guys r pretty cool👍
Needed an AC mounting bracket for my Mustang 2002 V6 plus the bolt holding the belt tension pulley (the bolt shaft is no longer made).Paid two dollars, and found what I needed in under 2 minutes. The website gives you a price list, and tells you what cars they have in the lot. You bring your own tools and pick it yourself.Keep in mind, these are junk cars that have likely had most valuable parts already taken. If youre on a budget and you need to at least just check, go right ahead. If you dont want to pull the part yourself or want a guarantee a part is there, look elsewhere. This is not the place for you.People who complain about the times dont read the website or call. The phone message when you call clearly states the time and they stop admittance 30 mins prior to prevent customers dragging on the hours so the employees cant go home. If you get in before that, you can still search the yard until that final time is over. Not hard to understand. If you want to take a gamble to find a part and save money, go ahead. Youve only got a measly two dollars to lose.My total cost for my part and admittance? 11.45 for a part that others online charge 49 plus shipping. Will come back for scavenging.
First time in a long time I went to pull a parts and they had cars out there that had my parts to the car I needed and they were a lot more friendlier then before
Its pull aparts Ive been going there for over 20 years they usually always have my part I need for my vehicles thats all that matters and its cheap theyre amazing
Usually can find what I need. Doing it yourself is part of the adventure.
It was like looking for a needle in a haystack the other costumer brought to my attention a inventory list saying this is how u find the cars . I asked the clerk how come he never said anything about a inventory list he said I never asked them poor customer service today
Im a medically exempt veteran they would not let me enter without a mask they told me to prove it. And were rude I recorded the whole thing. Even told them if they gave me one Id wear it they wouldnt.
Excellent salvage yard. Ive been multiple times. They only charge $1 for admission and generally have at least 2 or 3 trucks I can pull parts off of (80s Ford pickup). Plus they have the yard organized so if I want to check older GM or Dodge trucks for generic parts (seat belts, cab lights, tool boxes, etc.) I dont have to spend all day searching. Definitely stop by!
Awesome they are terrific
Im in love with this place. This is the only place that I was able to find the weather strips for my windows without having to purchase the whole door! Ive been coming to check out the cars and pulling parts that I may not need, but are nice to have. Plus, I have learned more about my vehicle taking apart the same models from the junkyard. The prices are also extremely good. An A/C compressor was less than half of what the other salvage yards asked for. Eventually, I might pull a transmission out, maybe an engine for my truck.
Great place for used parts I have used these guys for years on all my vehicle needs
Great service at a great price as usual
Weak old selection ...yard picked up not muddy strong oil smell
The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and offered to locate the vehicle youre looking for out in the yard. He was quick at ringing you up and getting you on your way! Great experience!!
Awesome employees...enjoyed it.
Been awhile since I used Pull A Part. Mainly because Im a disabled vet and I cant walk their yard with a tool bag to get what I need. If I take the tools I need, I dont get anywhere before Im in so much pain I cant continue. Their cars from what Ive seen are pretty picked. As normal, all the most common wanted parts are gone. Prices are all over the place. Some things dirt cheap, some over priced. They are one of the last places I check because of what I already stated. My review is my experience and honest.
The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and offered to locate the vehicle youre looking for out in the yard. He was quick at ringing you up and getting you on your way! Great experience!!
The worst experience Ive had at a salvage yard. I called several times but they never answered. When I showed up, the old guy behind the counter very rudely told me they werent letting anyone else into the yard even though it was still 30 minutes until close. It wouldnt have taken more than 10 minutes to get what I needed, given they even had it. Also, the admission fee they charge just to let you look around the yard is cash only, which they neglect to mention anywhere before you reach the door.If your time is worth anything at all, do not do business here.
I will never go to this place again. I called and asked them if they had a certain part for my car. They told me they had quite a few of those cars out in the yard and that they for sure had the part. So i drove all the way out there and paid them to let me searched for the part. After 30 minutes of looking i asked them where all the cars were at and they told me they dont have any. I told them i called and asked and you told you had them. He said i must have called a different salvage yard. So basically they scammed me to get me to pay to enter.
Pull a part is a joke. Half the people who work there can not speak English let alone do any of them know what they have. They cant answer simple questions and the office area is just plain out nasty. Their inventory sucks, All the cars are all picked clean. Good luck finding anything you need. I recommend Riverside auto salvage the people there are all friendly, English speaking and know exactly what they have. They maintain a clean office area and a better inventory and selection of parts. Plus they have professional people pull the parts for you. You may have to wait for your parts but you do know if they have what you are looking for or not. The prices are about the same and you do not have to sign in and pay a dollar to come in.
They usually have what Im looking for and usually at a great price.
This place has the worst they charge me 14 bucks for a rim and they wanted me to put any rims I found back in their original car I dont work there
GREAT DEALS MAN!!! CAN YOU DIG IT? 😬
They are very friendly here. I had to find parts for my vehicle and they always at least have one or more of the vehicle I have. I definitely would recommend them. Only reason why they are getting 4 stars is cause there is no guarantee that they have the part your looking for, but for selections they have a wide variety of vehicles.
1st: You can save money here on auto parts.) 2nd: You will probably learn something about your car here.) 3rd: Everyone at Pull A Part have always treated me great. Your customer for 14 years. Thanks!
Great place
Been going since i was a little boy not once have a bought a bad part everything was A ok 👌
This place is awesome! Friendly staff and really good prices. Its like a treasure hunt but with cars. I am excited to go back!
I only have a 2001 elantra, a 94 ram 1500 and a 98 e320. The most difficult to find parts for has been the dodge but somehow I finally got most of what I wanted but now the e320 has become more elusive to shop for. Pull-a-part is definitely affordable and much more likely to find a part that fits.
Very outstanding customer service when saling a vehicleThey really do give customers what the car or truck is worth running or not. With the bill of sale documentation or Tittle must be in customers name in order for Pull apart 2 buy the car or truckI highly recommend Pull A part to every one that want to sale or buy parts, even vehiclesThank you pull A PartU Rock Okc
They wont talk to you on the phone. Looking a an 18 inch rim and I live in western Ok. I will not drive 100 miles to find out they dont have the part. and they wont even answer the phone. Must have poor customer service if they are too scared to answer the phone! This is why they get one star from me. From the service you dont even get over the phone! I even emailed them and never got an answer.
The ones that say this place doesnt have a good inventory are very misinformed. They have a great selection of cars, but you cant expect to get everything you want every time you go. More times than not I get what I am wanting, if its not there I try back next week...And on the weekends they have killer deals on select items, like a few weeks back they had Seats for $5. Yep thats right $5, I got leather seats for my car for $15...They also had trunk lids for $7.50...The place is great, and they have a computer you can locate cars on and it will print out the listings and their locations. They have saved me a lot of money over the years....
Great Selection at Great Prices $2 admission
Nickel and Dime operation on every part your pull from their vehicles. I fix cars for a hobby and this was not a pleasant experience dealing with the people .
Gotten a better inventory than they use to maintain. Still the best priced parts in OKC.
They do have alot of used parts for mainly older vehicles. The bad thing is most of the parts that are commonly needed have already been taken. If you happen to find what you need or something you think will work they will not let you take it to your vehicle to compare and they have no gumption to offer to help. They are pricey on some things that would otherwise be trashed such as factory stereo, hubcaps, spare tire assembly, etc.
I needed a fender for a crown vic, pulled one from a grand marquis, got home, and it didnt fit. So I went back with my receipt after pulling the correct one and asked them for an even swap. They pointed to a sign and asked if I bought a warranty for $5. I didnt before, who would? I also dont remember them asking or stating that it wouldnt be returnable without that additional $5 warranty. But I needed it, so I bought it again for $40. So with the 2 trips the fender ended up costing me $80, I could of got one online for that price and saved myself the trip and my labor. I can see the point of denying people without a receipt, but this is obviously a tactic to squeeze more money out of us. So it left a bad taste in my mouth, but Ill probably still come back, but be more cautious next time.
