Ordered a complete OME lift kit for a FJ60. Once I got the kit the box with the rear shackles have the wrong parts. No fault of Cruiser Corps, but I called and left a message and received a email the next day asking for pictures of the wrong parts. I replied with pictures and a description of what was wrong. Had to send another email to confirm that the pictures got there. Response was no we did not get the pictures. Sent pictures a second time and since then crickets, no response to my emails or phone voice messages. Week later nothing. Customer service is horrible!! Will not use this place again. Ordered replacement parts from a competitor who does answer the phone and replies to emails.3 weeks since contacting about wrong parts still no response on what Cruiser Corps is going to do about. Now after installing the springs I realize the rear shocks are also wrong!!! Hoping ARB USA will exchange the shocks. Waste of time trying to use customer service with this place. I will add Cruiser Outfitters has been a pleasure to do business with.
No stars if I could. Ordered an overpriced radiator only for it to arrive damaged. Customer service says that I should take it up with ups since I didn’t pay for the insurance. Absolute con artists. ***UPDATE*** After haggling with one of the owners for an hour and being hung up on twice by the owner, there was no resolution so I decided to take up the matter with my financial institution. Miraculously Two weeks later I received a notice of refund from Cruiser Corps as well as a return label for the shipping. It was sad that it took so much effort to get them to do the right thing, however I do appreciate it.
I broke a window on my FJ60. Emailed CC the next day asking if they had one, and by the following day Adam had pulled one from a parts truck he had and put it in the mail. I couldn’t ask for a faster turnaround. Very pleased with the service! Thanks, Adam!
Courteous and helpful staff, helped me get my 40 running perfectly, their showroom is awesome and they had some amazing restorations going when I was there picking up my parts.
C.C. Has only automatically responded to my many emails. They wait too long to ship.They will not pick up the phone to call back a customer.... I mean, come on, how many people are truly trying to order land cruiser parts at the same time?!?!If you’re looking for Toyota parts, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying your local Toyota Parts shop before trying to do business with C.C.There’s a much better chance of finding OEMParts with a dealer discount... and when you call Toyota they actually pick up the phone for their customers.
Don’t even worry about contacting customer service. They don’t get anything solved and leave you waiting for days with no answers at all.Try other sites as classicruisers, city racer, cool cruisers. Top quality.Cruiser corps don’t care about the customer.No matter if you try contacting by sms, email or phone.
Horrible shopping experience. Bought items online and seller confirmed order but sent this 3rd party bogus app to track your order. 3rd party app is horrible no info. So I emailed and called cruiser corps, they emailed me some tracking number. I then track it and when I get my item. I didn’t even get what I ordered. Yes I guess human error but look at Facebook and you will see on the forums how ppl have complained. Where are my items!! I paid for shipping and paid $$ for your product. Not gonna shop here anymore.
Excellent shop for any and all Land Cruiser owners. Everyone I spoke with was super knowledgeable and passionate about Land Cruisers. They do excellent work and have fair prices (not cheap, but you get what you pay for). Cant say enough good things about this place. I feel like Cole went above and beyond communicating and explaining things throughout the process. Not to mention, he seems like a super cool guy; the kind of guy you immediately want to go have a beer with. Anyway, they replaced my front brakes, rotors, and end links, as well as installed a 2 OME lift. Everything turned out just right. This place is top notch!!
Your one stop shop for all things Land Cruiser! Have been working with this company for a few years now. Cole, sets up repairs, has extensive knowledge about Land Cruisers. Always a fair price for labor and repairs. Even had them work on my Jeep! Plenty of parking out front and a fenced secure yard to park for repairs.
Excellent service.I ordered a headliner- it didn’t work well and they were not only apologetic but sent me a new one, on an expedited basis, free of charge.

There is zero communication, you can never get a hold of them. I ordered a part and after 4 days I hadn’t heard anything, they had not even shipped the part, so I cancelled the order. The part showed up 3 weeks later. I tried to contact them, no answer on the phone, no email, nothing. After another 2 or 3 weeks after complaining about their communication skills, I get a Facebook message giving me an excuse that they aren’t in their shop, but they will look into it. I will no longer do business with them because, you never even know if they are processing your order until it just shows up or doesn’t. When it doesn’t there is no one to complain to, as no one will ever call you back, answer you text or emails, etc... not even when you are trying to send them back a part you didn’t even pay for.latest update, I am now having to send the part I didnt order back at my own expense, I talked to one of the Mikes on the phone, still not clear which is which. Oh yes, they did finally answer the phone. I was told that if I had called during business hours then someone would have answered the phone, but I had tried numerous times over the last few weeks, and no answer and it was during business hours,, so MIke was basically calling me a liar. They gave me a bunch more excuses about why they couldnt find my order, why it takes so long to get a response, why orders where lost, etc.. so if you want a lot of excuses, and maybe the parts you ordered, or maybe parts you didnt order, then by all means call these folks.
This a very poorly run company. They dont return calls. If you ask for the owner Mike hes never there or in a meeting. If you call and they happened to answer the phone. Dont ask for any technical support because the receptionist will put you on hold for a length of time to go ask the guys if they feel like talking to some guy on the phone. She will come back to the phone and tell you to get on some forum. The question that I was wanting to ask was short and sweet. I am a Toyota MDT have been for 25 years. I figured it out no thanks to Cruiser Corps.
