This is a great place if you like to be pampered while u wait. I had a battery issue in my Prius prime plus. They took me in right away and diagnosed the problem. But replacement batteries were back ordered for 3 weeks! Whoa didn’t expect that.Then a miracle occurred. The new shipment of batteries arrived at that hour and off I went with a new battery feeling like “you made my day”. Some things are worth going to the dealer for.

I had my 12,000 mile servicing done at the dealership having scheduled an appointment. All service was performed efficiently and timely including additional recommended services. My vehicle a 2018 Prius drove like new on my way home. I highly recommend Bob Howard Toyata as a quality dealership.

My husband called day before & guy said no problem didn’t need appointment as long as we got there in the morning. Got there at 10:00. The man who waited on us was rude and acted like we didn’t know our car! He said it would be done in around 1 1/2 hours. We went back in 2 hours later and they hadn’t even started on it! Got a call at 1:15 and it was done and he added a 15.00 coupon. They didn’t even wash the car which they’ve always done in our past services! You just lost our business! We won’t be back! We’ve bought 2 cars there by the way!

Called @ 7am was able to get appointment same morning. Mike in service dept. Answered questions thoroughly. Didnt try upselling me everything under the hood.I needed front and rear brakes. 1st time in the 2years Ive had my Toyota Rav4 💖 I wanted transmission serviced I am close to that 120,000 mile mark. Brake fluid was free and I got a set of tires with the buy 3get1 deal!I was provided a Uber even though website says they arent right now due to covid.. that needs updated. Fast, friendly staff prices were matched or already beating competitors.Appreciate it! Love My Toyota Rav4 Also

The sales people and the financing people are very nice and don’t put any pressure on you at all. Our vehicles have all been extremely reliable and had no issues. UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW: Dont be fooled by the expressed concern and reaching out replies from Toyota - when I respond/follow up, I get no further response/explanation. Just crickets.Two very different, yet awful experiences means you need to think twice about getting a car from here: First, I leased a 2020 C-HR. A few months after I got it, the under bumper fell off. No clue where as I didnt have an accident or anything like that. Incredibly, they think I should pay for this default/that its not part of the warranty. Again, brand new leased vehicle. When I kept trying to get an explanation of why it wasnt covered, I was told first, Well, you drove over a curb. I did not, and never suggested I had. Then they said, Well, you should have been able to discern from a test drive that the under bumper could fall off. Seriously?Second: I discovered some months later that they sent me the wrong tags! I had the tags for some couple with a Highlander in Texas and who knows who had my tags. Once again, they wanted to blame this on someone else, namely the OK Tax Commission. When I contacted THEM, I was told, no, it is most definitely on the dealer. This is just mind blowing to me.So just think twice before buying from these guys!

Words can’t express how great my experience was. I’ve been to a few car dealers and NO ONE treated me as well as Bob Howard. My advisor Tony was sweet, helpful, and treated me like a person instead of $$$ and my financial advisor was both funny and kind (I’m so used to money guys being dry, but he made the effort and had me laughing and comfortable the entire time!). Considering usually force my parents to come with me, it speaks numbers when I say I was completely at ease the entire process. Ask questions, they’ll answer honestly. I feel like for the first time ever I wasn’t seen as money they had to chase, but a customer they wanted to earn the business of.You guys rock!

I get my car serviced here every time I have an issue. I know they are more expensive than your hibdon tires places… I don’t trust anyone with my 2019 Toyota CH-R except this dealership. Their service maintenance staff… always does a fantastic job with great communication. I also purchased my car here, I did not feel pressured to purchase this car. I asked a ton of questions and the salesman knew every answer. I’ve had this car for two years and I know with help from this dealership I will have many many more years with this car. If you have a Toyota I HIGHLY recommend their service staff. They will get you taken care of!

I stopped by wanting to look at one of thereused cars from online.. of course it had been sold. The rest of their used cars were more than I wanted to spend. The sales person Hunter told me they had a car getting detailed I might be interested in. They brought it out and I looked at it. I was interested and made them a cash offer. They accepted and also gave me a lifetime warranty as long as I owned the car on the power train. Cant beat that deal. Hunter was awesome and took care of all my needs. So if you go there ask for Hunter. Great job. 👍

Getting my oil changes at Bob Howard Toyota always takes much longer than if I were to take my Tundra to a quick lube. I know now and expect the process to take well over an hour, as with today’s experience (1 1/2 hours for the oil change and getting my tires rotated). Michael Wray was my service tech today and was very professional to deal with.

As a person who really does not like the car buying experience, this experience at the car dealership was par for the course. There was a check engine light on in the car we wanted to get it and the reason was given that the people at the dealership who change the oil and such must’ve forgotten to reset the light. They did finally agreed to change the oil, but it did not leave a great impression for me. The level of professionalism has to be raised. In the salesman’s office, there was a leak in the ceiling and a bucket on the desk. As it had been raining, the bucket was collecting water leaking from the ceiling. As I was signing paperwork, it was dripping all over me.I waited for several hours for the car to get through the oil change process. I was told the car would be washed and detailed, which did not happen.The silver lining to this mediocre experience was the person I was working with in the finance office. He and I had a lovely chat and he came across as a very nice, sincere person.He’s the reason I’m leaving three stars instead of two.

My 2008 Prius stopped working, a problem with the Hybrid System. The Master Tech spent a great deal of time trying to find the exact culprit that caused the issue and even spent a good amount of time driving it to try and get the error to recreate. The original problem never was recreated but not for lack of trying. I greatly appreciated the communication with the service rep, he kept me informed every step of the way and talked about recommended service advised by the Master Tech. It was clear that they cared about taking care of my car.

Ok the advisor was considerate and kind, explaining everything. The only problem is that the tech overfilled my oil when refilling during an oil change. Overfilling the engine oil can cause the engine to start leaking at the seals. Fortunately Jason my service advisor made it right and had the tech remove the overage of oil. I appreciate honesty when errors are encountered. Thanks Jason for keeping my 115k Toyota running great.

Terrible service experience. I dropped my car off for a 6:45 am service appointment. I didn’t hear back until noon with their findings and recommendations. After giving them the approval to do the work, several more hours passed without any communication. After 5:00 pm passed without any updates, I got a ride to the dealership to find out what was going on with my vehicle.When I arrived, the service rep had no clue about my car and had to find out. He talked to the technician and assured me that the vehicle would be done in another 15 minutes. Almost 12 hours for brakes is absolutely ridiculous.Nothing but problems every time I deal with this place. I bought a car from them last month and they sent the title to a different state!!

Leo Li found me my dream car I didn’t know I wanted. I thought I wanted a hybrid RAV 4 but the options were limited due to the current car shortage! Leo listened and ended up finding me everything I wanted in a different model so I left that day perfectly taken care.Jason in the service department helped me recently on a flat tire debacle and took care of me exceptionally! We had a bit of a miscommunication in the morning, but once he realized the time crunch I was in he rallied and came up with a plan that got me all taken care of amidst my busy schedule.

I haven’t ever had that experience when buying a car in all my 32 years. Maury was my car sales guy and he was absolutely fantastic. Seriously cannot praise him enough. I was treated fairly and with respect. He was extremely patient with me and my kids. I first started looking at a used car and then saw the new version and fell in love, he adapted with me and went with the flow. The used car manager tried to talk me out of buying the car, promising different free warranties if I purchased the other one and I believe he completely overstepped but Maury put me right back at ease. He was Such a nice guy. He should replace the other guy in my opinion. Finance manager was also really friendly and gave my kids snacks while we signed paperwork. 10/10 recommend this dealership! Will always return here.

I have had too many bad experiences at other places when negotiating in person and I will only use online salesmen now. Purchased vehicle at Bob Howard Auto Group. Asked if any known issues. No none. Didnt make it home. Thermostat and Radiator empty. How did they not know that? Definition of Lemon 🍋. Had nothing but issues since then. Received long list of needed repairs Altenater, AC, Suspension, Steering, etc... Ended up scrapping vehicle to salvage. Thank goodness I didnt pay a bunch. I explained when I bought vehicle it was for my disabled mother. Still sold me this. I took for test drive and seemed good. Not past 20 miles though I guess. Shop at your own risk.

Eventually got the job done to my satisfaction, but a ~3hr job took 6.5hrs. The missing piece was some additional points of communication throughout the day. Several unfortunate delays caused the extra time and if I would have been informed more along the way instead of me having to come ask for updates, I wouldnt be an unsatisfied customer.

My visit was for regular service only. I made the appointment online and chose one level of service; when I arrived, the service tech did not seem to be familiar with my level or even that I made an appointment. After the 90 minute service call and after I left the facility, I noted that someone had torn a hole in the steering wheel of my 2016 Prius and there was NOTHING about it. The tear was quite obvious and not something that could have been overlooked. The fact that nobody said anything to me disappointed me. I will not return to Bob Howard Toyota for any reason.I gave two stars because the quality of the dealership facilities deserve a star.

People are nice enough, but service is slow. We took car for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. With the appointment we didnt expect it to take too long. However after 2 hours of waiting, we went to go check on things. Couldnt find anyone at first. Finally we checked with someone, and they stated it was done 10 minutes ago. Had to redo the invoice because we had a coupon that wasnt included. Communication is poor for the service area. I think the work is fine, but I would not sit and wait for any work even with the appointment.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! I took my Tacoma 2019 for a regular oil-change service. When there, I was told that there was a recall on the vehicle and that the car would be ready by the end of the day. I received a call from them in the late afternoon saying that they broke the fuel feeding unit, ordered the unit, and would have the car ready the next day. The next day they didnt call, and so I called...they said the car wasnt ready and didnt even apologize or offer any reasonable explanation... The following day I called and they said the car is ready. When I asked if a technician can explain what happened, the gentleman said that I had to pay for them to explain what happened because the technician had to re-do the process again (which wasnt what I was asked). They eventually refused to show me how the damage happened and where it happened.BTW, every time I called, I had to wait for more than ten minutes to get to a representative from the service department. Awful experience...will never do business with them again.

I came in before 8 am and was helped by Jason. He was awesome and helpful. I just went for a maintenance check to know if anything needs work (since I wasn’t able to drive it for 2 months). I ended up getting a lost of their suggested things to be worked on, I didnt choose most of it because I don’t have enough but was able to talk to Jason and they were doing a BOGO! So I paid only like $500+ and saved about $400 for 4 of the 6 to issues to be dealt with. Def will come back here for my car’s maintenance checks! I did wait until about 12 nn to get my car, which was understandable because there were several of us customers in the waiting room

Scheduled an appointment at 6:30am to have the oil changed on my vehicle. Arrived and was greeted promptly and was told technicians arrive around 7:15am and will begin working. There were roughly 4 cars ahead of. I stayed to wait on my vehicle as I thought it would only take an hour or so. At 8:30am I was notified my vehicle was finally ready. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and helpful, I’m not sure why it took so long to have the oil changed though. He a coupon for the oil change. Next year I’ll just change the oil myself.

I traveled over 1.5hrs to get there and WELL worth it. They have MANY used cars in GREAT condition to chose from within my price range. The hardest thing was chosing the one I wanted. No vultures blocking my way in or out, but gave me time to look around before they came to see how they could help. It was this way on ALL of Bob Howards lots. Very friendly, helpful, but not pushy! Was traveling through Oklahoma City from out of state when I got car trouble and needed an unexpected repair. d.J. was awesome and kept me informed while I waited. My only criticism would be setting incorrect expectations on the timeline. I was told it could be completed in 60-80 minutes, when it still took an extra 75 minutes more. I mightve gotten an Uber or arranged a ride had I been given more accurate expectations on the timing of the repair. Regardless Im glad they were able to help me in a desperate circumstance and I could get back on the road. Thank you Bob Howard Toyota service team!

I brought my 2007 Toyota 4Runner in to the service center for a routine maintenance check on Saturday, October 2nd. At the time I am writing this review, I have still not gotten my car back. The diagnostic report said I needed new brake rotors, a new serpentine belt, and a leak in my engine needed to be repaired. I was told the car would be ready by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Tuesday evening, I received a text saying that my tech agreed to come in on his day off the next day to finish working on my car. I did not hear anything until I called Thursday for an update, and I was told the car was not finished and the tech did in fact take off Wednesday and Thursday. I was told they would have it ready by the end of the weekend. Sunday evening I had not heard anything, and when I called I was told that I would now need new brake calipers, which would be an additional $800 (but thank God they waived the $440 service charge). I searched how much a pair of front brake calipers cost, and even for genuine Toyota parts they were at most $300 each. The next day I called and was told they accidentally ordered two right calipers, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. I ordered my own calipers for $100 each and hand delivered them to the service center. Fortunately, I was not without transportation during this time, but keeping someones vehicle for two weeks without a clear answer on when it would be available is unprofessional. Bob Howard Toyota is not only overpriced but also extremely inept at returning your vehicle in a timely manner. I will not be returning for future services on my vehicle.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I scheduled a service diagnostic check on my truck (NOT repairs, just look at it to see what wrong). I called 3 days ago to set an appointment at 10 am. I arrived and explained issue. I left and returned 5 1/2 hrs later and STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED.WHY WOULD I CALL AND SCHEDULE an appointment to a diagnosis ?? This service center books appointments when they do not have availability. You are appointed a service advisor, but I’m not sure what this position actually does, other than shrug when your car is still sitting there captive after 3 days and ignoring calls and text messages. When I did get my car back, they sent out a person who was looking at my paperwork for the first time. There seems to be no consistency and no service carryover. I took my car in in January to have the brake system repaired as part of the Toyota Customer Support Program and to get an oil change. I went back to work, then they called me at the end of the day to tell me they didn’t have the parts. Once they got the parts in, I brought my car back in, but wait, they didn’t actually have ALL of the parts. Each time, I lost my car for a full day+. When the parts did come in, someone from the parts department called to tell me they arrived, then I was transferred to a scheduler, who had no idea who I was and what needed to happen to my car. I decided to wait to bring it back in. They did call to check in a few weeks ago to see if I still wanted the repair. When I called to see if I could bring the car in this week, the scheduler again “didn’t see anything in my file” about the customer support program fix and booked me a same day appointment. (Thankfully, the parts manager—a friendly person who now I wish I could recall her name to sing her praises—found what the program called for by looking at my previous service notes.) I brought it in, and they did not even look at my car until the next afternoon a couple of hours before closing. I know they were very busy this week, and I hate to fault individuals. Alternatively, I believe something is severely broken in this management system—silos preventing efficient communication, not enough certified Prius mechanics, time isn’t taken on the front end to ensure there are enough resources/parts available to get the job done at the appointment time.

We got a very fair deal much better than a less equipped they were selling at Jim Norton.Subsequent visits to the service department have been great.My wife took the RAV4 in for a 5k service and I was under the impression that the oil would be changed as it was done in my Tundra. After a brief call with the Service Dept I was told that the policy had changed since I bought my Tundra. The Service Tech apologized for the lack of communication. We are taking it in for the 10k service and the Customer Reps have been very professional and helpful.On our next Toyota purchase, Bob Howard will be on the top of the list.

Horrible experience! I took my 2021 vehicle in for a scheduled oil change and came out with a cracked windshield. My service advisor immediately went to get the manager who literally did nothing!! In fact his response was that it could be anything.....could be HIS personnel putting it on the lift, HIS personnel leaving it in the sun and then running it through HIS car wash but he refused to do anything and basically said it was my fault. Despite the fact the service inspection listing that I had NO CRACKS upon inspection.ROYCE--DO BETTER! I will be contacting your GM as well as Toyota (and anyone else who will listen) to share the lack of care and resolve. Possibly you need to be replaced given you did nothing but send a long standing customer away and took no responsibility. You dont deserve the one star given.

Our Sequoia broke down on our family vacation in OKC. We still had 5 hours to go to get to our destination. We had no idea what to do. We googled and found that we were pretty close to Bob Howard Toyota and we were able to limp the car there. Right from the beginning JT was courteous and professional. They made a quick diagnosis and found that it was a minor wiring issue. Justin had us back on the road within 3 hours and the price was more than fair. I’d give them 100 stars if i could!!!
