Terrible customer service when you order online. I called to ask questions to which I was told I don’t know to every single one. Not I’m not sure but I will find out, just I don’t know. When I told them it would be nice to have some sort of answer they cancelled my order without me requesting it and without telling me. Very very unprofessional for their over priced clothing. Will never place another order from there again. Trust me when I say your money is better spent elsewhere! I had no problems with daddy Dave’s online shop!

Stopped by on our way from Chicago to Las Vegas. Got there 15 minutes before they closed so the only person there was the girl selling souvenirs.

Bought a t-shirt online, seems to be good quality, it was delivered fast to Australia, a little disappointed that I was charged $57US for delivery but the US Postal package indicated $27US postage cost, but anyway I did go ahead with the sale. Love the show Street Outlaws.

Big fan stopped by the shop had two workers guy and a girl there they acted like they didnt know the guys they were bitchy but seen the one guy in the office in all the videos on u tube. The only thing i seen there was murder novas tire on display later on went back my kids wanted to see chief or shawn but had no luck at the gate after a guy in the back told us they are not here it wouldnt take much time to talk to kids I guess money really talk was a big disappointment!!!

I watch the program faithfully. BUT, NEVER, figured Id have to go to the Midwest garage for work on my old Ford E250. I was on my way home to SW Florida from California (4-13-17) when my old Ford van would decide to start leaking engine oil. I got to the store location and asked if they still worked on regular vehicles. The guys were busy that day. But, after asking for a recommendation to another garage, I was directed to Mustang Automotive by the very kind young lady in the office. Thankfully that worked out great. My truck was repaired quickly at a reasonable cost. And I made the rest of my trip back to Ft. Myers, Fl. with ease. My wife and I came from Russia, wanted to see Chef or Shon, but they were not in the store. We were very upset. If it works out we will go to the USA again, I hope we will meet.

Christ there are a lot of whiny babies on here that expect the world. I just got done driving a little over 1000 miles with the wife on our way back east. We arrived around 9pm thus evening with our German vehicles loaded and bikes on top. Decided to go by farmtrucks to call azn out on a best of 3 challenge but it was late and nobody answered when I psst psst slammed gears on 36th.It is a weekday though so understandable. 12:30 am with alot of wind and Hella cold. We will be up though to clean the stank off ourselves in the morning to go back and visit the firehouse and shwaggle. Maybe pop over to the other shops and check them out.If we do not see chief, shawn, monza, chuck, doc it is ok with us as we know they have there own lives and are busy as hell just like everyone else, plus being bombarded by whining babies also probably turns them off meeting people personally. Relax people as they are normal people themselves and if they dont want to see you, well that is there choice..I gave 5 stars before even going to there shop. Why you ask, well because I enjoy there show and there skillz doing what the y do to those vehicles...Rich&Jenn

Was super easy to find. I could see into Big Chiefs office i think, which was cool. Unlucky me the guys were not there but i got my Midwest Street Cars merch while i was there. Super excited to have been there. The girl running the store had maps to the other 405 Street Outlaws shops. Will stop by here everytime im in OKC.

They are not friendly at all. Will not take the time to talk to there fans. Very stuck up people.

Went there twice went they say they were open and no one was there. Had my sons with me wanted them to see what I’m always talking about. Called got a machine said to buy stuff online. That just kills the experience.

I was in there today and could not have been more pleased. Wendi was awesome to talk to and very helpful for picking out merchandise. Yes I wish the guys were there to meet but they had just filmed the night before so were getting some much deserved sleep. Awesome little merch shop, I wish I had more time on this trip to go to the other racers shops.

I love this place no matter how it looks.

Not impressed, the merch was overpriced, the sales girl was a little rude, and unhelpful. I am a big fan of the show but if this is the type of people you employee then not sure I want to keep following it. This is a real good way to lose fans. I asked her if she knew when the new season was going to come out and she said she couldnt say like it was some big secret.

I brought my nephews to meet the guys and they werent there theyre on vacation man this really sucks its cool show though. A couple of nice things but my nephews were hoping to meet them....I recommend going even IF you dont get to see the guys...its worth IT!!!!

Well, Prime-time TV got em. I emailed them two weeks ago and asked them to build me a car (if they were still an actual auto shop). My theory was correct....as I got NO reply. Sucks when good guys get wrapped up in their 15 mins of fame.

Dont come here expecting to see Chief or Shawn or the cars and you will be fine. They have a variety of shirts, hats and souvenirs. Pricey but worth it. Theres also a map inside the office that shows the locations of the other drivers businesses/shops.

We are from Ohio, we were traveling to California for a very sad reason, to bury my wife’s eldest son. On a whim my wife says why don’t we stop for a tee shirt or what ever. No sooner we pull in the parking lot Shawn rolls in the lot and takes the time to chat and have a few pictures. Y’all will never know what that meant to my wife, it’s the first time I have seen a smile on her face since we got the bad news. She even bought a murder nova tee shirt! Thanks and these guys are the real deal.

In N.Myrtle Beach and my home town these guys were down there treated my brother so nice at the North Myrtle Beach dragstrip out on Hwy 90 his name Joe Chestnut the highly characterized announcer took some pictures with those guys they are very beautiful people man so down to earth couldn’t have met are associated with any better people that I know of keep up the good work guys good character and respect all open many doors

I live in Dallas and I have seen this show and most of the episode Im originally from Brooklyn New York and I got the street racing bug when I was 12 years old, had a friend who did wrenching out of his garage and me fascinated with fast cars. Well I finally found the balls to ask him if I could hang out, he had a beautiful 71 black 350 Nova then he built a racer another metallic brown 70 Nova by then I was hooked, thank you Steve...

The stars of the show drove in as we were getting in car to leave. It would have been nice if they would have acknowledged that we were waving to them, lol. Seriously. But everyone whos a fan of the show will love the store.

Spend to much money here.

Terrible experience. I ordered injectors for a 99-06 GM truck from their website two months ago. I emailed them a couple times once asking for a tracking number and another time asking for a refund. A week later they get back to me and essentially tell me they are too busy for me. I emailed them a couple more time since. Its been two weeks and have yet to receive a response. I have tried calling their number too but no one ever answers even during normal business hours. Stay far away from this business.

We have been traveling around the country for 24 days, decided to side track our original plans by 75 miles one way to see this shop. Yes the reviews are correct the young lady that was inside was very polite. Very disappointing that even though you could see some of the men through the gate that they would not come closer. Its very unfortunate that they no longer allow people near the shop. You have to take pictures through a gate. Just a reminder to all of the Street Outlaws....your fans is what keeps the show alive.

Small place cool merch! I know the guys are in the back working, u can see the bay doors open and their trucks parked out back. Anytime u ask the workers say the same line they are elsewhere filming its ok we got some cool stuff.

Every time I go to OKC which is twice a year I go threw Midwest awesome customer service, extremely nice people. Or I know from experience if you order something offline and they run out before it’s shipped they will personally call you to help figure out a different shirt or hat for you.

The girl run the register was rude. Not polite at all. We purchased a few items. But didnt stay long due to her rudeness when asking questions about products. And we drove all the way from Chattanooga, tn. Really was looking forward to seeing the shop the girl ruined the experience.
