Purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had a laundry list of hidden issues that should have been vetted out before the vehicle should have ever been offered for sale. Fog lamp wire coiled up & placed under the battery where it wore thru & shorted out the ignition... automatic tranny fluid in a manual transmission... a tune up he said they did where the rotor was improperly seated causing it to come lose & damage the distributor cap. Would not adjust the price to cover the repairs. Took 45 days to provide the title & lein release when I refinanced to get out from under this guy. The location isnt even occupied anymore and hasnt been since about 4 months after I refinanced in mid-2019! IF Hassan Shoureh is still in business elsewhere do NOT buy or trade with him! I even found 2 of the 5-star reviews on this listing were done by him & have been reported as conflict of interest.

Absolutely terrible. Bought the car back in September. Just got the title for the vehicle and was supposed to get a check back for $250 never got the check. Ever. The car itself was a total nightmare as well. Had the dash lit up like a Christmas tree within 30 minutes of driving after I bought it. Was supposed to replace paint on the car and the paint came out completely horribly to where I’m having to fix it all. AC went out and he took a month and a half to use the warranty on it. His exact words on the title not being on time was ‘oh I forgot I’ll mail it and the check tomorrow’ and I had to check up with him 3 times to get the title and was told the check would be with the title fast forward to almost December. No check. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life by far hands down and completely confirms everyone’s worst fears of car salesman. Completely unprofessional and totally not surprised why several of his cars got vandalized right before I bought my car and felt bad for him. My best guess is he did to someone what he did to me exactly and they were less forgiving.

Hassan is a great guy, sells great cars and makes amazing deals. 5 stars is not enough!!! I appreciate all the effort this man has gone through to make sure I have a great experience buying a car through the Broadway Motor Group!

1 Star is 1 too many. The owner, Hassan Shoureh, is a thief and liar. BEWARE of this guy. This guy writes bogus checks and then you are out thousands of dollars for services you provided.

Horrible communication . I tried to buy a truck from them for two days that was listed online . After countless calls and messages still no call back only an automated text saying they will call you back . I set up a trip to go get the truck and tried to call all day to set up a time for pickup tomorrow . Still no call back from them since the first call . Don’t waste your time with this place !
